Le jardin exotique, la grande piscine à débordement avec hydromassage et son style oriental incomparable vous offriront des vacances de rêve exclusives en toute détente.
Les espaces de vie et les espaces communs ont été soigneusement pensés pour le confort optimal des hôtes.
Les 6 chambres, toutes avec leurs salles de bain entièrement équipées donnent sur la piscine, le grand et confortable séjour avec la salle à manger et la cuisine équipée donne sur le jardin luxuriant, sur le patio extérieur se trouve la deuxième cuisine extérieure pratique pour les barbecues entre amis.
La propriété est unique et indépendante, toutes les zones de la photo sont privées et exclusives pour les clients qui passent la nuit.
La Villa est située à quelques mètres de la plage équipée, de plus sa position vous aidera à rejoindre toutes les zones touristiques de la Sicile en utilisant l'autoroute à proximité.

Dans la villa il y a Celim un balinais qui parle anglais, qui reste à l'intérieur de la villa dans un appartement détaché et indépendant des parties communes, il gardera toujours la propriété en excellent état, il s'occupera de garder la piscine en marche et propre , le jardin soigné, sa présence très discrète et polie est réservée ne se fera même pas remarquer.

Everything was simply perfect - clean, beautiful, efficient, and therefore, relaxing. You can’t beat the location as well - close to great restaurants or simply bunker down and relax in the beautiful surroundings!

Italian Family vacation

We loved everything about our stay at Rumah Saya. The grounds were fabulous.The house suited our family very well. We all picked our room. What was especially inviting was the way we could all commune outdoors whether by the pool or one of the wonderful sitting areas. There were wonderful tables for all 13 of us to eat together. Then, just out the gate we could be at the beach or one of the many eating places along the waters edge. The bread truck came by every morning, so we had fresh baked goods almost every morning. We went into Cefalù twice and to Castelbuono for a wonderful wine dinner. We also went into Palermo for a day. We had Loradonna for a 1/2 day tour. The one negative was the kitchen set up. It was difficult to make coffee for 10. The Italian way is great, but we had to wait our turn for our morning fix. The knives were not sharp. We could of used a few more cutting boards. But, we made due with this beautiful bit of heaven. Selim was there to answer any questions we had. Also the art in the house was very interesting and very suited to the villa!❤️

A well appointed property across the road from a (stony) beach

On arrival, the property immediately strikes one as a very lovely and secluded place to stay. Indeed, the facilities are high standard, ie 6 bedrooms, large kitchen/living area, excellent walled garden giving good privacy, wide verandahs on 3 sides, a first class swimming pool and a garden of tropical plants and 2 Indonesian-looking huts. The sea is a 30 yards walk away - across a road and the beach. The property is looked after by Salim, originally from Bangladesh, who stays unobtrusively in accommodation with his family behind a hedge. He is available for any queries that might arise, is cheerful and willing to assist (eg preparing a BBQ, location of supermarket etc). On the downside, we were disappointed by the bedding - eg rock hard pillows ; and there was a continual problem with hot water (or rather, the lack of it). It seemed to be a lottery which bathroom (and often the kitchen) was going to have hot water. Salim did his best but we did not want to call him out continuously. If there had been no problem with the hot water, we would have voted this place as 5**

I'm very sorry x things against negative, but when we received the mail of the problem of hot water the next day was solved by the plumber, as regards the pillows each has its own preferences and those who want it hard who soft, we have both, just ask. Furthermore, in April the beaches are not clean, but after the spring they remove the stones for which they will be sandy thanks.

Magnificent villa in the perfect location

This villa made our holiday! We received a warm welcome from Daniele and Saleem, and a fantastic spread of local pastries, cheeses, charcuterie and fruit. The photos on the website do not do this home justice!! From the lush gardens to the beautiful interiors, the whole property was perfect for a large group of friends who love hanging out with each other around the pool, but also need moments separate from the group to do a little work or read or just to nap. The beach across the road from the villa was beautiful, clean and not too crowded the week we were there in late June. There is a long sea front perfect for morning jogs and evening strolls. We did a combination of dining in the nearby restaurants at the beach and elevated town of Campofelice and taking out pizza to dine on the long table that easily accommodated the 10 of us. The beautiful town of Cefalu was an easy 15min drive or train trip away, (the train station is only a 10 min walk. The pool was beautiful and well maintained by Saleem, who lives next to the villa and was so helpful and generous with his time and expertise! One fabulous feature was that each morning there was baker with a van that would come by the villa calling "pane, pane" or bread and would have fresh pastries and loaves of bread, foccacia and other treats that would be the makings of a fantastic breakfast. I would definitely recommend this home to my own friends and family. Thank you to Both Daniele and Saleem!

beautiful holiday

We stayed at Rumah Saya for one week with 10 adults and 5 kids and it was just wonderful. The villa is superb - spacious, safe, kitted out, well maintained and clean. The surrounding gardens and pool are spectacular and make you feel like you are encapsulated in your own little paradise. The owners are extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had fresh fruit and small cakes on arrival and pastries on departure! There was nothing that was too much to ask. They arranged for small single mattress in exchange for a travel cot so one of our toddlers slept more soundly, and helped us when we needed a doctor when one of the kid's feel sick. The can also arrange to cook your party a meal if you so wish. There is also a very helpful man called Telim always available to respond to your needs. He helped us find the train station, brought out tricycles and garden toys for the kids and helped us light the barbecue one evening. The surrounding area is great too. Just opposite is a beach with some bars, restaurants and cafes. At the time we visited it was out of season so the beach and cafes were very quiet as they were setting up and cleaning the beach for the season ahead. I expect it would be more lively the later it gets in the summer. In terms of general location, you are 40 mins from Palermo and the airport and 25 mins from beautiful Cefalu and just in land you can wander around a stunning natural reserve called La Madonie. Whether you go by car and visit a cute small village like Castelbuono or take a walk right into the woods - the rolling mountains and views are not to be missed! Nearby there are improvements being made the road leading to the seafront and a main train line being renovated. I expect when that is finished the connections to Campofelice will be brilliant. I really wished we had booked for a longer stay as it was a very special holiday. Gracie mille to the entire Tinnerelli Family for your wonderful hospitality and good luck for the future! Super vacance

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est grande et bien équipée, fidèle aux photos voire mieux Nous étions 12 adultes et 7 enfants en bas age, notre hote nous a même fournis des lit parapluie pour les bébés S'il fallait relevé quelques améliorations je citerais le frigo qui nous a paru un peu petit et l'absence de l'abonnement cable pour la télé JE recommande vivement cette maison pour de super vacances en famille

Fantastiskt hus att hyra för stort sällskap! Underbar trädgård och poolområde, skönt ställe att hänga på i olika loungegrupper, närheten till havet var perfekt, brödbil som kom varje morgon, ett fåtal restauranger i närheten som var bra, sjyst strandbar precis utanför huset, endast 8 min till tågstationen därefter 10 min tågresa till Cefalu rekommenderas. Mycket trevlig personal samt härlig ägare.

Fantastisk ställe

Ett paradis där vi 11 personer tillbringade 2 veckor. Rejäla ytor ute där alla fann en egen plats att vara på och rummen var jättebra. Poolen var suverän det var nära till havet där man tog sig ett dopp. Fantastisk fin trädgård som Edens lustgård. Personalen och ägaren var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Återkommer mer än gärna.

Droom vakantie!

Wij, grootouders met onze drie getrouwde kinderen en onze 5 kleinkinderen onder de 4 jaar, hebben genoten van dit heerlijke huis. Vanaf aankomst tot vertrek voelde het als een warme deken! Bij aankomst stonden de eigenaren en Salim ons op te wachten met allerlei heerlijke Siciliaanse lekkernijen, inclusief bier en wijn! Het huis met de geweldige buitenruimte de heerlijke donkere slaapkamers met ac en een eigen badkamer de prachtige tuin de goed uitgeruste keukens de eindeloos lange tafel, alle verassende hoekjes en het geweldige zwembad maakte het plaatje compleet, De stille kracht van de altijd bereikbare Salim en de heerlijke kook kunsten van de eigenaar hebben er toe bij gedragen dat dit de droom vakantie is geworden. Doordat de tuin hermetisch afgesloten kan worden hebben de kleinkinderen heerlijk kunnen spelen en ontdekken in de tropische Balinese tuin inclusief kippen! Poort uit strand op, dat was met alle kleinkinderen ook heerlijk! Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken ( behalve misschien wat wijnglazen) en we hebben allemaal enorm genoten! Hulde ook aan Alfonso het contact persoon die zo vriendelijk en adequaat deze vakantie tot stand heeft gebracht! We willen morgen weer!!!

Amazing vacation

Our family, 7 adults, had an absolutely marvellous vacation for 9 days. And mostly thanks to Rumah Saya with all facilities and maximized relaxation du to the calming environment. Helt i top super service

Da vi ankom sent om aftenen var udlejer klar med en let anretning, vin frugt og lækre kager. Vi fik en rundvisning på stedet og kunne i fred og ro lade stedet komme ind under huden på os. Sikke et fredfyldt paradis der ventede os næste dag. Alt var bedre end vi havde turdet tro, efter billederne at bedømme. Svømmepølen var fin og stor. Haven, som var man på Bali, og sidst men ikke mindst, den service som Salim og udlejer leverede var 5 stjernet. Vi blev vist de bedste spisesteder, bager, og indkøbsmuligheder, ja vi blev endda gelejdet til toget af en smutvej. Vi har aldrig oplevet bedre service en for os uforglemmelige ferie.

Sicily vacation with friends

Our vacation started with a warm welcome of wine and treats from the owner. The property was better than expected with a beautiful tropical setting. The location is on the beach side with restaurants and train station nearby. All 11 of us had plenty of room to relax. A pleasant surprise of this vacation home is the caretaker Salem, who lived behind the property. He did whatever he could to make our stay comfortable. He chaperoned us to the grocery store and train station as well as assisted with grilling out. He even moved cushions under cover if it were going to rain. We were grateful to have him around and he will be missed. Secondly, the property owner addressed our request for a local meal prepared on site. He generously volunteered to prepare a fabulous meal of local cuisine. It was a highlight of the week! He also provided tips and recommendations to restaurants in the area. Definitely a generous host. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great Vacation Rental

The owners met us when we arrived, gave us a tour and had prepared a lovely late arrival lunch with some local delicacies for the 6 adults (1 Scottish and 5 Italians) and 4 children that descended on the property. Property was exactly as expected, better in some respects as the photos don't do the property justice. The outside living areas are fantastic, with plenty of space and furniture to support us all. The pool was great, the kids especially loved it. The beach across the road (30 meters away) was also very good (a little messy as it was the end of season) but a great advantage to the end of season was that the beach was not too busy or overcrowded. The owners of the villa were very welcoming, dropping in a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and the caretaker Celim was also very good (and discrete) and generally helped us with BBQ and local directions when needed. Cefalu is an easy 15 minute drive, Supermarkets all within easy driving distance (5 minutes) and local Pizzeria and Bars are only a short 5 minute walk away. We would recommend this villa to anyone and we all had a great time

Siamo molto contenti che siete stati bene ed avete avuto una super accoglienza, ma abbiamo un disappunto sul vostro commento per le sdraio e lettini , faccio presente che siete stati gli unici a lamentare ciò, ma se questo era il vostro unico problema riscontrato che ha portato a dare una stella in meno che pensiamo di non meritare ,potevate semplicemente comunicare la vostra opinione sui lettini che provveddevamo subito al cambio. Facciamo presente che era in previsione di sostituirli ma dopo il vostro commento sono stati subito dopo acquistati sdraio e lettini nuovi. Ma purtroppo come spesso accade la comunicazione di eventuali problemi o opinioni ci viene comunicata attraverso i commenti finali che possono danneggiare il nostro punteggio , noi chiediamo a tutti di comunicare ogni problema o necessità per fare in modo di poter risolvere tutto immediatamente, per offrire un soggiorno ottimale a tutti gli ospiti.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage.

Das Haus hält das, was die Fotos versprechen. Es liegt direkt am Strand, ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einige Kleinigkeiten funktionieren eher "italienisch", aber das stört nicht weiter. Außerdem steht einem ein sehr netter Hausverwalter zur Verfügung, der in einem abgetrennten Teil des Grundstücks wohnt und der bei Problemen jederzeit Hilfe bietet. Ansonsten hält er sich dezent im Hintergrund. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett, antworten auf Anfragen unkompliziert und schnell. Vom der Position des Hauses aus ist die Bahnstrecke Messina - Palermo 5 Minuten Gehstrecke entfernt, so dass sich ein Besuch von Palermo mit der Bahn anbietet (40min). Andere Ziele, wie Cefalù (sehr schön) oder auch Inlandorte sind mit Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus mit mega Terrassen

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und sehr begeistert. Die Fotos stimmten tatsächlich mit der Realität überein. Allerdings passt der verdreckte Grill nicht ins Bild und die Müll-Entsorgung ist verbesserungswürdig. Aber das ist Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Ein top Haus! Der Strand war zu unserer Zeit Ende September nicht besonders gepflegt. Auch war an der Promenade fast gar nichts los. Letzteres hat sich allerdings am Wochenende geändert.

My wife and I along with 4 very close friends arrived at the villa on Saturday September 16, 2017. Our stay at Rumah Saya started out poorly as we arrived at 6pm to find the caretaker Celim and a cleaning lady still trying to get the house in order due the previous guests leaving very late. Celim unloaded our suitcases as he tried to explain the situation. We decided to head to a nearby supermarket to load up on food, drinks, toilet paper, napkins, charcoal for BBQ, etc. We did not realize that we also needed spices, cleaning supplies, paper towels, shampoo, body, dishwasher and dish soap which the villa does not come supplied with. We arrived back at the villa beautifully lit up to find everything in order. The air conditioned rooms and property was immaculate! The only downfall was the lack of towels due to the previous guests use of all the towels (Santo the owner should buy more towels to avoid this). Celim delivered them to us in the am after air drying.Villa has a washing machine located in the outside bathroom but no dryer. The villa is equipped with an additional outside kitchen with a small refrigerator , freezer, stove and dishwasher, etc. Celim was nice enough to give us ice cubes the 1st evening and was very helpful throughout our stay! He kept the pool (not heated) and outside property clean. He does not clean any part of the interior of the villa after you arrive. The property is located close to major roadways to access other parts of Sicily which we took advantage of! Cefalu is 15 minutes away via car or train and Palermo 45 minutes by train and 45-75 minutes away by car depending on traffic (watch for speed traps use Waze app.).The train station is a 5 minute walk from the villa and there are 2 very good restaurants and a wine bar cafe within a 5 minute walk from the villa along the beach. The village of Campofelice di Rocella is a 5 minute drive. Since the beach clubs shut down in early September we found the rocky beach littered with cigarettes, plastic bottles and broken glass. I was told that the beach is clean during the summer season. Lots of construction along beach and surrounding area. This was really the only regret of our stay. The beach at Cefalu was sandy and clean! The decking around the pool was loose and many screws were popping up. I have been told that this will be repaired in November. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Rumah Saya and would like to return with family and friends in the future!

I was delighted that the villa was better than your expectations. But I'm sorry you found little problems .. I remember that the villa is a rental home and this involves the presence of basic products such as mold soaps. salt etc. if there was something missing as I repeated several times we are ready to immediately cover up, sorry for the wet towels on the first day we were equipped for this problem. as well as repeated at the end of all stays we will do the deck renovation work around swimming pool in November. when all reservations will end because you can not do with the guests are present Thanks Santo

Great house and location, but in need of some improvements

Everything was really suitable for us and the house is roomy, comfortable and all necessary utilities are available. We were 7 adults and 6 children and it was no problem what so ever. We are considering going back there next year, but in such a case four things needs to be improved: 1. The deck around the pool. Many of the screws are coming lose and the children tripped on them ones or twice. This needs to be fixed as it will be worse after another winter. 2. The dishwasher did not clean properly. With 13 people it runs all the time so it needs to be in a great condition. It probably only needs a decalcification as I cleaned and the visible filters. However, it needs to be looked over. 3. The washing machine was electrically conducting. With six small children it is good to have one working and it worked but it was conducting which is dangerous. We noticed it and did not use it afterwards. 4. The guy working there Celim, was a great guy, but maybe not as helpful as mentioned in the ad. Celim was very nice and friendly, but it said that he should keep the toilets clean and help with some other chores. He helped us with a few things and was always alert, but he did not clean the toilets. Maybe he felt that there was no need for it, but a quick cleaning could have been needed. Also, the trash piles rises quickly when you are 13 people and we did not know where to put it. He said he would sort it and waited with doing it so animals ripped open the bags over night... As he is there anyways, he could maybe also clean some towels and help out in other ways. If those changes are implemented, we would happily go back as the setting is really nice and the house is great otherwise!

I'm sorry that you found something that did not go in your stay but I have to say that everything around the pool was repaired now because we could not do it before because of the stays continue of guests. Also remember that it is not a hotel but a holiday home so the villa is delivered clean but does not include daily cleaning and change towels, that is possible with extra payment. Celim is there to help guests and clean the outside areas and the pool. Definitely for any problem we will intervene immediately if it is said but not reported only in the review will surely try to do as much as possible to make the best possible customers thanks

Fantastiskt strand nära boende

Vi var 12 personer mellan 20 - 80 år som spenderade en underbar vecka i detta fina hus med en härlig trädgård. Rummen är bra och alla har egen dusch men de flesta av oss använde oss istället av de två utomhus duscharna som fanns i en hörna av poolen. Poolen användes flitigt av oss alla (men har inte någon barndel, dvs på det grundaste gick vattnet ovanför midjan på en vuxen), det fanns inte solsängar till tolv personer men gott om soffor och utrymme att sitta skönt i alla fall. Poolen sköttes av Semil som bor i huset intill och som hjälper till med det mesta (han följde bl.a med oss till affären första morgonen). Anna och Santo som hyr ut huset är oerhört vänliga och tillmötesgående. Alldeles utanför huset ligger stranden och strandpromenaden där det finns ett antal restauranger, vi åt gott hela veckan. Vi hade ingen bil utan gick till affären (10-15min promenad) och handlade till frukost och lunch. Tre kvällar tog vi tåget (2,50€ enkelresa), som ligger fem minuters promenad från huset, in till Cefalu som är en underbar liten stad som erbjuder allt man kan önska. Sista tåget tillbaka går vid tio tiden så vi tog taxi tillbaka (35-40euro). Då vi lagade alla luncher själva tyckte vi att huset skulle kunna vara lite bättre utrustat köksmässigt (det fanns bara 7 kaffemuggar t.ex men det köpte vi till). Det vi saknade var t.ex skärbräda, pepparkvarn, kaffebryggare (fanns espressomaskin). Vi var supernöjda med vår vistelse och kan mycket väl tänka oss att åka tillbaka.

Fantastic house for big family vacation!

We had a loveley 10 days in this fantastic villa. Ideal for bigger groups with children. Beautiful garden, great size swimmingpool and right by the ocean. Not far to supermarkets, town center and a couple of great restaurants nearby. The caretaker Selim was a great host and sorted out the small issues we had during the stay very quickly and descreetly. We would definetly like to return here one day!

Incredible and memorable vacation, however, some challenges with the property during our stay.

A group of 10 friends from the U.S. stayed at the Rumah Saya for a week at the end of April. What a wonderful and memorable time we had! We embraced the life and culture of Campofelice di Roccella. Despite a few mishaps we made the best of it and made ourselves at home there. Overall I would give the accommodations a 3.5 out of 5. Pros: -Beautiful property and outdoor patio area, including outdoor shower and well maintained pool. The property actually does look like the pictures! -Beach is right across the street and we had it to ourselves most of the time. -Incredible pizzeria restaurant and gelateria within in walking distance -Train station is within walking distance - (Celim was able to walk us and direct us where to purchase tickets). -Short distance to Cefalu and Palermo (definitely a must see). -Dining tables that easily sat our entire group -Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans -Very neat, clean and well maintained property Cons: -Very limited warm or hot showers. (The warmest shower seemed to be the outdoor shower.) -No Wifi - even though it was advertised to be available. This was very frustrating for some guests as they needed internet to get some work done during our stay. -No household supplies were included - once we arrived we were informed that we needed to purchase our own toiletries and pantry essentials such as toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, salt & pepper, olive oil, etc. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. (When we left the property, we left behind an abundance of supplies which hopefully will be left to the next guests.) -Communication with caretaker was often challenging as we did not speak Italian or Sicilian and he spoke very little English. -Caretaker was not as discrete as the description had advertised. Caretaker lives on the property with his family and whilst they were very friendly, they were often times loud and caretaker seemed to come and go on to the property, including inside the home freely rather than consulting with guests first. -Final payment for reservation had to be paid in cash rather than by credit card which was an inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place if a few of these issues could be resolved.

We are glad that you found the beautiful structure with your expectations .. But we are very sorry for the evaluations against, as we try to make it very much for the customer to have no problems, 1. As for the lack of kitchen products we are surprised as the kitchen is equipped with everything we put a bottle of Oil, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, salt and pepper spices there always present, then if something is over you are having to buy it because it is not a hotel with eating included but it is a vacation home !!! 2. As for Celim we will say to be more discreet but he must keep the swimming pool clean it's and keep all the house clean, you can agree with him when doing these things, 4 in each bath there is an 80 liter water heater so we do not understand how it is possible to have lukewarm water, also for a problem you have to call it we solve it, we not a have a problem of money for resolved everything , but do not make a negative review later when We know what happened. 3. Sorry about wifi, but there was a phone company interruption, but nowadays it has all been resolved but it was not our fault so we are willing to give a fair refund to this, I hope That you return will see that these problems do not exist. thank you

Eine schöne Woche

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Außenanlage und super Lage zum Meer. Makel gab es nur wenige. So finde ich einen Kühlschrank für ein Haus, dass für 12 Personen ausgelegt ist recht wenig. Die Bretter um den Pool lösen sich allmählich, was insbesondere bei Kindern zu Verletzungen führen kann. Deshalb der eine Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten haben wir uns super aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine Anmerkung am Rande, die das Haus aber nicht betrifft. Der Strand war zumindest jetzt in der Vorsaison sehr verschmutzt gewesen. Die Aufräumarbeiten begannen aber jetzt allmählich.

Hallo Jorg , ich bin froh, dass du in meinem gut waren, aber das Haus muss ich antworten, dass die Villa verfügt über zwei Kühlschränke zur Verfügung, die eine die andere zu laufen, wenn wir es benutzen, wenn wir benötigt werden, wie es in der Beschreibung der Villa verfügt über Abteilung angegeben, wie bezieht sich auf die Tabellen spielen wir jedes Jahr die Wartung zu tun und wir unsere Kinder, die Probleme nie gehabt haben.
