Maria , Happy to give you and your friends , a great week , at my " its the beach house" as you said a short walk to the two area beaches and town center only 1/2 mile away , property is open thru November( heated ) and surrounded by shops and places to dine , are literally right next door . Thanks for the review. Not surprising that you were critical of my place , ( after the reported theft) my place always gets High marks. ( reason I’m a premier host, on this site and others ) Being my first customer of this season, there was no mention of the Request for four beds , for a family of four , nor was there any thanks for the goody bag that I left including wine , coffee and candy for the kids, I was extremely disappointed in you and your families behavior arriving after 10 o’clock pm at night and flashing phone lights at my neighbors , was unacceptable. ( no need , doors were left unlocked and email instructions sent prior to your check in ) Checking out after 10:45 AM when it clearly states 10 AM also not cool, ( and not letting me know ). Leaving lights and heat on in every room When departing , the place was left in disarray, sand in both showers, furniture and items moved around, tv instructions ripped apart , and check out instructions were not followed about stripping the beds, and yes there’s a missing vintage menu sign taken from the fridge I had taken pictures prior to your check in , so I know that your family for some reason took it , thanks for paying the additional cost of your late check out and damage / theft charges. Not sure , What you’re talking about regarding water or noise, too bad you didn’t communicate with me on any of your concerns , during your short two night stay, next time consider a Motel.
