You will receive an access code 3 days before your arrival date. Note: The first floor of this house is a separate apartment used by the owners which will not be occupied during periods that the 2nd/3rd floor unit is rented.â

Saturday to Saturday Rentals only during Peak Season Months. June 14-September 6
Off Season Months are able to book 3 night minimums
Reservations require a 50% rental deposit fully refundable within 7 business days of reservation. Cancellations made after the initial 7 business days will be subject to our cancellation policy and fee - see Rental Agreement.
After the initial 7 business days, ALL rental deposits are nonrefundable. If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.

You will receive an email with a rental agreement attached, which is in the form of an eSignature document. Please review, complete, and submit the document within 7 days of booking.
