Cette maison est entiÚrement rénovée et remodelée avec une piscine chauffée à couper le souffle avec un solarium profond de 4 pouces à une extrémité.

La piscine est entourĂ©e par la cour complĂštement privĂ©e qui a Ă©tĂ© conçue pour que vous vous sentiez comme Ă  la plage et offre un petit quelque chose pour tout le monde Ă  l’esprit si vous avez 7 ou 70 ans! DĂ©tendez-vous sur la double chaise longue au bord de la piscine, faites une sieste dans le hamac, savourez un moment de dĂ©tente sur les chaises Adirondack dans le coin "coucher de soleil" ou flottez tout simplement dans la piscine et laissez tous vos soucis s'Ă©vader. Il y a aussi d'excellents jeux de plein air Ă  jouer, y compris le lancer de sacs de haricots et le golf d'Ă©chelle.

La vĂ©randa, le bar Tiki et la piscine ne sont pas blindĂ©s, vous ĂȘtes donc vraiment Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et profitez de toute la cour. Une fois que vous avez franchi les portes coulissantes de la cour arriĂšre, vous ne voudrez plus rentrer ni quitter la propriĂ©tĂ©, car vous serez dans votre propre paradis.

Dans la soirée, restez assis au bar ou rassemblez-vous autour de la table et regardez la télévision avec un cocktail pendant que vous préparez un fantastique dßner sur le gril à gaz ou dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec comptoirs de quartz et nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Le mobilier confortable est tout neuf, et la maison a des jouets, des jeux et des livres pour tous les ùges, ainsi qu'un lecteur DVD avec des films et un jeu de fléchettes dans le garage.

Si vous parvenez Ă  vous arracher, vous ĂȘtes Ă  10-15 minutes Ă  pied de tout ce que le centre-ville a Ă  offrir, notamment de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins exceptionnels!

La plage de sable se trouve Ă  5 minutes en voiture, si vous avez besoin de sentir le sable de la Floride entre vos orteils.

Excellent stay!

Upon entering this rental I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The attention and care for this home by owners Ed and Dianna is shown in every room. Dianna was quick to answer any questions when I reached out to her. Also the neighborhood was safe and neighbors were all friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals this rental is by far the best of them. I would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

I would definitely stay here again. The place was beautiful and so clean. Everything was comfortable. Pool was perfect, even my two fur babies had a great time roaming the backyard. Owner was a perfect host.

Amazing rental

I don’t normally comment on properties but this has been such a lovely place. While not super big it was just right for our family of 4. The pool was amazing and so was the host who was so helpful - probably the best I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely will be coming back!

Perfect getaway

This place was heaven on earth. Ed and Dianna have thought of everything. It was spotless and Dianna responded to any questions we had immediately. Very private fenced back yard felt like your own private oasis. Restaurants and grocery stores are a quick 5 minute drive. Kitchen cabinets were stocked with everything you need. Even the toilet paper was top of the line. Lol. These guys didn't cut any corners.

Perfect home a Florida vacation!

We had the best trip at this property! It is extremely clean, updated, and and comes with all the best amenities. My family especially enjoyed the pool, yard games, and tiki hut out back. It has everything you need for a easy and enjoyable vacation! The host was extremely kind and quickly responds. Also great location! It is a short walk to some really good restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon!

Back Again - Still Amazing!

It was our 2nd year in a row renting this house from Dianna and Ed who are so great to work with. Last year, when it was time to check out, the family was already asking me to consider renting the same exact house for next year's trip. The second time around was just as good, if not better than the first. I can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed. So much to do in the area, so many beaches close by, but most days it's difficult to get the family to want to leave the comfort and fun at the actual house and in the back yard. The house has every thing you need! Once you stock it up with food, it's time for a glass of wine and a real vacation.

The Perfect Rental!

This house was truly perfect. Very clean, nice interior, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood, and an easy drive to Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. We spent a week here with our young daughter and just stayed at the house for a few days enjoying the pool and the outdoor area. The house came with everything you could possibly want, including fun things like yard games, pool toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs, plus plenty of essentials. And the owner Dianna is AWESOME. It's obvious how much pride she takes in this property and how much she cares about making everyone's stay perfect. She sent a long list of activity/restaurant recommendations as well which was super helpful. Couldn't recommend this house more. We'll be back very soon!

A Piece of Paradise

My husband and I stayed at this amazing property from 1/29-2/26. I can’t say enough great things about the house, location and especially our hosts. The House - the pictures of the house are beautiful, but once you get there, it gets even better. Dianna and Ed have done everything you can think of to make you feel welcome and at home. The house is very well stocked with any appliance you could want, along with extras like cozy blankets and even a band aid for the blister after my first walk in sandals after a long winter. The pool area is equally equipped with floats of all kinds. Location- the location is great! There are many restaurants within walking distance and anything else you want is just a short drive away. Note - the drive to Ft. Myers beach can get crazy. Go early or check into a water taxi. Our Hosts - Dianna could easily teach a MasterClass on being a VRBO host. Her emails prior to our arrival provided a ton of great information on local attractions and restaurant options. She was there any time we had a question on any topic. My only regret was that we weren’t able to meet her and Ed in person - next time for sure.

Christmas in Cape Coral

Oh my gosh where do we start! Dianna was awesome to work with best of the best! She was just great about checking on us making sure we had what we needed. And we did, this house was the best "stocked" home we have ever stayed in and the Pups had a great time too! Made our vacation even better since we did not have to board them they could hang out by the pool and chill. They were not allowed in the pool and they seemed "ok" with this, while we played in pool they lay on one of their beds or our 1 is a sun goddess so she actually layed mostly in the sun all day. Location was perfect we were close to so many restaurants, groceries, liquor stores anything you needed was within 5 mile radius. WiFi worked excellent, son had to work some while there so he had no trouble logging in and working, while the rest of us were streaming music or watching tv. Plenty of channels and smart tv's Kitchen had any gadget and very nice dishes we actually had a cookout with family 1 day and utilized the awesome Weber Grill. There were bikes to ride, laundry area was clean and orderly . Plenty of towels, beach towels. Garage was a plus for storing our golf clubs, beach chairs and suitcases. Backyard very private and fenced. This is one of our top VRBO Stays - look forward to returning to this property in future. Thank you for making our Christmas great! Granddaughter was in the pool every day and loved every minute! She will remember this Christmas for years to come, thank you for all the personal touches. Bill and Janie

Perfect little getaway!

We loved our stay at this home in Cape Coral. The home and grounds were very clean. Dianna was available 24/7 for any questions, which was very helpful! We stayed for over a week and literally did not leave the house the entire time. It had everything we needed. Our two dogs loved the yard and all the space for running and playing. We will definitely be back!

Best Week Ever!

This house was made for total relaxation. If you think the pictures look nice, wait until you see it in person. The neighborhood is adorable and super quiet. The home is immaculate, and is set up perfectly. The remodel on this place is top-notch, and the decor just immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. A crisp, clean, cozy beach theme that makes it so easy to feel like it's really your home for the stay. Our family of 6 plus our dogs had plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing, and then plenty of gathering spots to hang out together for family time. The house is great, but we were outside so much more than inside. The private outdoor space felt like a mini resort, and we couldn't get enough of it! We were out there day and night, and ate most meals out there too. If you were hesitant to rent this property because you saw that there was no screened lanai and are thinking that mosquitos will be a problem - don't worry! I almost let my husband talk me out booking this one because of that, and it was NOT an issue. The owners take such good care of this property and it is actually treated for mosquitos. We were swimming out there every night and had no issues with any bugs at all. Dianna was an incredible host, so happy to share her incredible home. We had the best week, and everyone has asked me to book the same house for next year's trip! I would have given this experience- renting from Ed & Dianna- six stars if I could!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Can't say enough on how great Dianna is..she was so great in answering any questions and always quick to respond. Great Stay!

Amazing stay in well appointed house!

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully renovated property! It was one of the best stocked rental houses we have stayed in. It was also extremely clean and tidy. The house has quick access to the restaurants in Cape Coral, as well as an easy drive to the beaches. (Although it was hard to leave the relaxing by the pool.) Dianna was a superb host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She was so easy and quick to communicate directly with.

I mean, what is not to say about this property? The property looked exactly like the photos. The pool was an oasis and we spent probably 6 hours a day in the backyard. The house was so clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable there were plenty of towels and pool towels for all 5 of us. We were able to bring our dog and he enjoyed the fenced in back yard. You can tell that the owners really put thought into every detail. The kitchen is well stocked, the pots and pans were in great shape, there were basic spices etc in the cabinets, the towels and linens smelled lovely and were soft and fluffy. There were bikes for our kiddos (we ended up not using them bc of spending all our time in the pool). The owners were super nice and quick to respond and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and restaurants. We ordered take out from several of their recommendations and enjoyed them all (Slate's shrimp and grits was the best!). I love that they even labeled the remotes and wall switches so there was no guessing game :) Honestly I can't say anything bad about this property. It was a 10.5 hour drive for us but we will definitely be back!

Peaceful and relaxing home with amazing amenities! A true gem!

I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this lovely home and the owners, Ed and Dianna!! It is pristine; stocked with any and every household item you could imagine and the renovations are absolutely beautiful. It was just perfect for our three kids. We stayed for 12 days and never ran out of things to do! Walking and biking paths are right down the street, Sanibel beaches only 25 minutes away, constant pool fun, movie-watching inside and out, cooking, relaxing, this all made for such wonderful family time. We really felt like we were away from it all
 the hectic pace of life seemed to be stilled by this tranquil oasis tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet still only minutes away from anything you could possibly need. The owners went above and beyond on countless occasions to make our stay unforgettable. They thought of EVERYTHING. They are the most thoughtful owners and really take the time to get to know you and your preferences, likes and interests. They even had bikes waiting for us upon our arrival, perfectly sized for each member of our family. The renovations made were beautiful, everything was immaculately clean and inviting, making the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing, truly allowing us to enjoy our family time. As stated before, the location is just perfect, giving us easy access and only a minute drive to Winn-Dixie, CVS and countless restaurants. Anything you need is minutes away, you could even walk if needed (or bike ride!). The pool is amazing, both day and night. The lanai was a perfect place for coffee in the morning while enjoying some quiet time, hanging out during the day or having a relaxing dinner and evening-time fun. The kids enjoyed the vast array of pool items and we had many competitive games of pool basketball. The pool lights made night-swimming so enjoyable too. The sunrise was just spectacular from the Master bedroom and was a wonderful way wake up! What a bonus! We are truly grateful for the time we were able to spend as a family down there. We made lasting memories for a lifetime and our kiddos are already asking when we can go back. The owners felt like family to us by the way we were so well taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to just get away from it all and truly experience a piece of heaven on earth.

Perfect home away from home!

This property is phenomenal. Definitely home away from home. Booking was very easy and owner extremely friendly and communicative. Property as listed, even better! The inside of the house was immaculate and the decor was colorful and welcoming with a beach theme. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities you need! (It even included a Ninja blender and cup, just like I have at home!). The backyard and pool were just breathtaking! The palm trees, places to sit and relax, tiki bar, and pool with waterfall made the outdoor space a great place for our family to hang out. My kids enjoyed using all the pool toys, floaties, and yard games. The host was quick with responses when we had questions and made our first time VRBO experience fantastic! If you want to “beach hop” it’s a great location in a great neighborhood. We visited Sanibel Island (about 30 min drive), Lovers Key (about 35 min drive), and Delnor Wiggins (about 45 min drive). Our family definitely made some great memories at this awesome home away from home property.
