The penthouse was beautiful in an excellent location. The check in process was very easy and the rooms were clean and well stocked with the basic silverware and plates in the kitchen. The view was amazing!

Quick walk to pool at Tower 2. The walk over to MGM wasn't bad. All 3 towers and MGM are connected. Pretty cool view from the balcony day or night!

5 Star Property!!

Will definitely stay here again. The view and location were perfect. The bed was super comfy. It was super nice to have plenty of space my adult sons in their own room.

Exceptional stay and great hosts!

Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay, we loved all the bathrooms and having tons of space and a balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent experience having such engaged and responsive hosts. Lazy river at mgm access was a plus. Awesome spot!

The view, Amazing! We loved sitting and watching the sphere, great photos too. Need garbage pick up and more coffee. A towel service would be helpful and pool was only open till 5:00 pm. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and jetted tub was great. Bit of a walk to the MGM casino.

Regarding your feedback on services, we’d love to share a few tips for future stays: The Airbnb Experience: Because this is a privately owned residence, we operate on an Airbnb model rather than a traditional hotel model. This means that, as noted in our listing, daily housekeeping, towel and coffee refreshes, and trash removal are performed between guest stays rather than daily. On-Demand Services: We definitely want our guests to be as comfortable as possible! There is a placard located inside the suite with instructions on how to contact our private housekeeping service. They are happy to arrange extra towels, coffee, supplies or mid-stay cleanings for a nominal fee. We truly appreciate you choosing our penthouse for your time in Las Vegas, and we hope to welcome you back soon! Thanks again!

Beautiful property for Vegas trip

This place was just as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Took my 21-year old twin sons for their first Vegas trip, so we needed both rooms and the space for them, and my wife and me. This place is great. Owner was responsive when I emailed him a question, and the Signature staff was good at check-in/check-out too. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful penthouse with excellent hosts!

Stayed here with a group of close friends for our trip to Vegas. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials there. The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, which made the experience all the better. This location is very close to the Vegas strip, which makes it a very convenient stay if you want to experience the Vegas strip. Thank you!

The condo is great with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That extra bathroom works well when getting ready to go out. We liked the balcony to sit out and enjoy a drink. The location is good for the monorail and walking to get to different hotels Would definitely book this condo again. A beautiful condo

Our stay was super comfortable, spacious. And the balcony view was my favorite part. Great for a group of girls especially for the other amount of space to get ready in 3 restrooms! Highly recommend

Fantastic property

What an amazing experience to have two perfect rooms with king beds and great bathrooms each. So hard to fine nowadays. My sister and her husband and my husband and I had a fantastic time at the signature MGM. Our hosts were beyond amazing. We will be back

Excellent place however a few suggestions

Would suggest a more detailed list of items available for use. When we flew in from out of state, we were expecting more items to use for cooking and cleaning up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Salt and pepper, dishwasher soap etc. would have been nice to have. No extra blankets for the pullout couches A little disappointed based on other VRBO places we’ve stayed. Great place- just a few suggestions.

We are pleased you thought our Top Floor Penthouses were "GREAT" Sorry you didn't see the list AND the pictures of kitchen supplies in our advertisement showing EVERYTHING that is currently in the unit. Things like salt and pepper are not left due to Covid protocol. Starter supplies only are in the rooms. If you need more paper towels or toilet paper you may request a refresh, in our ad also. We wish you would have let us know during your stay so we could have resolved these issues. We strive for nothing but 5 star reviews as this is the way we make our living.
