Une vie simple et élégante à proximité des célèbres plages du Delaware. Vivre spacieux, confortable et moderne à son meilleur. Cette belle maison en rangée de 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (+) avec la proximité de tout ce que cette merveilleuse ville de plage a à offrir; restaurants raffinés, magasins d'usine, sports d'aventure, location de vélos et de scooters et, bien sûr, la magnifique plage de Rehoboth! À quelques minutes en vélo ou en voiture du centre-ville de Rehoboth, du célèbre Boardwalk et des plages! Le lotissement est juste à côté de la route 1 à Rehoboth, et est situé du côté de la plage de la route - pas de routes principales à traverser au moment de la détente, plus de temps pour s’asseoir et profiter du soleil. Great Beach Getaway

Beautiful place and perfect location, right off the boardwalk so it’s not as congested and easier to get to. The hose was beautiful and super clean, plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

House was very neat and clean. All amenities first rate. Kitchen utensils all modern and top quality. Location to beach, restaurants and Cape Henlopen State Park very accessible. Enjoyed the entire stay. Very good instructions and communication with host. Will go back again next summer.

Amazing clean cozy and well decorated. Great space for a family getaway.Nice Quiet location, off the beaten path. Minutes to stores restaurants and the beach. Had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. Will return!

Wonderful Beach house!

Beach house was very clean and and modern. Very close to the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better beach house! Owner was also very prompt with communication and made everything very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Accommodations!

Roomy, clean, beachy home-away-from-home! Owner is super responsive and easy to work with. Our short stay was fun and provided plenty of space for everyone to find their own space to retreat to. Quick drive, run, or bike ride to the beach. We will be back!

Just what we were looking for

This was our first time to the area. After getting quickly oriented, we realized what a fabulous location we were in! Quick ride or walk to downtown. Near lots of restaurants. The place is immaculate! Very spacious. There were only three of us, but the place can easily accommodate twice that.

Fun weekend away

We had a group of 3 couples for our trip and it was great! Having a bathroom for each bedroom was perfect. The place was really cute and well decorated. We appreciated having the extra beach stuff in the garage. The location was not what was initially shown on VRBO (I think because it’s such a new building) but it was still pretty good. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and used it every day.

Perfect for Multiple Generations

We found this house perfect for my 90 year-old mother-in-law, because it offered a full bed and bath on the ground floor, but then a second floor living room with bath so she wasn't having to run up and down stairs all day. The third also allowed a little get away the teenage kids as well. Loads of space throughout!

Excellent stay!

Everyone in our family really enjoyed this home. We had everything we needed. It was a very nice kitchen for cooking. We cook often, so this was great! The location was walkable to the beach which we were glad for many times. Each room had plenty of space and was comfortable. We had no issues or problems at all, but it was nice to feel they would have been addressed if needed. We would easily give full stars and return again! We had a lovely time!

Short stay in Rehoboth

This property was amazing! We loved it and will definitely rent again and tell our friends and family. Everything was first class and beautiful. We especially loved the screened in porch! The rooms were all big and roomy and decorated so beautifully! All the bedrooms had their own bathroom. And the kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. This is a great find. So nicely located too - close to the beach and all of the shopping. Loved it!!!!!!

Home away from home

From the moment we walked in the door we realized that we made a great pic with this home. The decor was beautiful and the vibe was amazing. Check-in was great and there was plenty of information on the area available upon arrival. Having three floors was awesome so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very clean and up today. I can't say enough good things about this home we would definitely be back. If you have a chance I would book here you won't be disappointed.

Another stellar review

Fiacre was an excellent host, offering detailed guidance and responding quickly to questions. The house is conveniently located near Ocean Highway but nevertheless quiet. The house is spacious, well-designed, and pleasingly decorated. The beds are comfortable, the main room is perfect both for meals and hanging out, and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality wares. Finally, the place might as well be a designated arboretum for the lush greenery throughout. It was perfect for a long-weekend family gathering, and we would love to return when we can.

Impeccable townhouse

The property is very quiet, clean, tastefully furnished, and has an extremely well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, screened porch, balcony, and patio. It's on 3 levels which gave us all lots of privacy. Our family group consisted of parents and 3 young adults. It was a comfortable walk to downtown Rehoboth and the beach, but you might want to drive and park if you have a lot of beach equipment. Everyone was very happy with their accommodations. Hope to return!

Wonderful home away from home

Our stay was all that we could have hoped for, and then some! This home is very well appointed, with care taken to make us feel very welcomed when we arrived. There is a lot of space, both indoors and outdoors, and our family made use of all of it. The kitchen has all that you could need for making a meal, and the dining table was a central place for meals and family games! The rooms are spacious, and each has their own ensuite. We were very impressed, and loved our stay. The icing on the cake for our stay was the owner. They were very welcoming, thoughtful, and accommodating. When we needed something, they responded promptly through the Vrbo app.

Perfect home away from home

Just a wonderful experience all around. Incredibly easy and organized in every way. Owner always responded right away and was super clear with a slideshow presentation of all procedures and amenities. Townhome was perfectly appointed, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. A beautifully curated experience!! No detail missed. This is not a typical sandy, beach flophouse. We had four of us to include to include two college-age adults and everything is set up for a serene and relaxing getaway. No rooms crammed with bunkbeds. Traffic on Route 1 makes things harder but there's no getting around it so plan accordingly. We will be back!!!

Lovely home away from home

This property was clean, beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. Not your usual rental quality accommodations - the kitchen and appliances in particular are great quality. The decor is beautiful and the home has clearly been set up for ease of use - all the furnishings were easy to clean and the clutter-free decor was warm but also made it easy to live comfortably for a week. Great porches make the home feel like there’s even more space than meets the eye. Homeowner is incredibly responsive and accommodating, and I felt we could reach them and get a quick response easily. They were great hosts and clearly enjoy hosting. The location is tucked away in a spot you’d easily miss if you weren’t looking for it; we enjoyed this aspect as it was quiet and easy to access both great restaurants as well as downtown. We spent most of our time at Whisky and Deauxville Beaches, about an 8 minute drive away; walking or biking into town is possible. Recommend renting or bringing monitors and baby gates if you have young children, as the layout over three floors makes it a bit hard to contain little ones; however, we were prepared for this and felt quite comfortable as a family of 5 in this home. This layout would also be great for guests who want somewhat separate spaces, as the basement room/bathroom give guests privacy and keep them away from the noise of other parts of the house, and multiple decks could be used at once. Highly recommend this owner and property!
