The house was very beautiful, clean, and had nice views, lots of wild life to see. Close to town, easy to book, however a little on the expensive side compared to other houses. The only thing we missed was a fire pit. The hot tub was nice, and we used the grill. Overall we enjoyed out time. And loved the house.

Very nice property! Very clean and nice amenities. A short drive to downtown West Jefferson. Just a heads-up: there is only 1 bath towel provided per person at the property. So if you plan on going in the hot tub, you'll have to either bring your own towels or do laundry, if you want a dry towel each day. Also, if you're having multiple people driving to the property, you may want to carpool. There are only 2 spots where you can easily park at. The property is down a steep hill and there are rocks and bushes at the end of the driveway (where it is flat), so it makes it difficult to reposition vehicles in the driveway.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay and will come back in fall season for sure. A few minutes away from Jefferson national park and all big stores (Walmart, ABC, etc.). Great place!!

Comfy stay

Nice place that was very inviting. Plenty of space for my family if 4 to spread out. It was only about 1 hour from Boone and Blowing Rock which allowed us flexibility on what we wanted to do each day.

Beautiful cabin with amazing view. Clean. The small road to get to the driveway is a little scary at night, but they communicated upfront about that and left the light on for us.

We appreciate you letting us know you planned to arrive at night, we always like to try and leave a light on if possible, especially for evening arrivals. Our area is rural so there are not many lights while driving at night which can definitely make curvy roads and any steeper roadways feel daunting.
