Thank you for your feedback, Chadd. We apologize for the frustration surrounding the wristbands at the start of your stay. After being made aware of the issue, our team worked with the association to have the wristbands ordered and delivered the following day. While we understand the inconvenience this caused, the delay was limited to a portion of your first day, and amenity access was restored within 24 hours of arrival. Our Guest Services Manager also contacted you directly during your stay to discuss your concerns, provide updates, and ensure the matter was being addressed. We value open communication with our guests and regret that our efforts did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the arrival experience for future guests. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

We noted these items that you reached out about during your stay so we may work as a team to get these matters attended to soon in hopes we are able to bring this beautiful home back to its full potential! It is still an excellent choice for a getaway being close to local favorite restaurants and Emerald Coast beaches. Richard, Thank you for sharing your review of your stay at A Whale's Tail. We are super grateful that you chose Benchmark Management to facilitate your vacation needs. The Watercolor community is undeniably one of the best! With 3 different beach accesses and over 10 different pool options, you are sure to have fun. We want you to know that we never intend on disappointing any of our guests, and your feedback means a lot to us. We have already forwarded your comments to the housekeeping department to ensure quality service at all times. In our area, pine needles and pollen are very common; however, the home was just power washed and is now sparkling clean! We are glad the home represents as is online. There are many beach accesses to choose from when visiting A Whale's Tail, we would have been more than happy to point you to a more easily accessible one! Watercolor also offers a complimentary golf cart shuttle to take you anywhere you want to go within Watercolor - the tennis courts, the pools, the Beach Club, the Boat House, etc... Many guests love this area because of how family-friendly it is, the distance to the Watercolor amenities, and their favorite shops/restaurants! We hope that you'll give us another chance to provide you with a better vacation! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Hi Frank, Thank you for sharing your feedback on our rental. We were happy to have you and are so grateful for your response. We do hope you and your family enjoyed your Thanksgiving in our rental home. We work hard each and every day to bring our guests the best vacation experience. We can’t wait to see you again, happy holidays. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Heather, Thank you for sharing your feedback for A Whale's Tail. We so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! The home is very spacious for families and the Beach Club is so fun! Our apologies there was some confusion on how it works. We really like your idea about offering an upgraded provisions package for an additional fee. As you can image how expensive it is for a company with over 400 properties to stock supplies for the guest's entire stay. We work hard each and every day to bring our guests the best vacation experience. We can't wait to see you again and make it a complete 5-star experience for you. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Hi Lana, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are grateful for the 5-star review! The location of this home is so close to shopping and restaurants in the area. The beach is .8 miles from the home at the intersection of Hwy 395. The access is about a 15-minute walk. Definitely, a golf cart would be a great help! Can't wait for your return!

Brent, It was a pleasure hosting you, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Being so close to everything you need to have the perfect beach vacation, A Whale's Tail is hard to beat. We can't wait to welcome you back for another beach vacation in the 30A! Sincerely, Benchmark Management
