Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience at Palm Breeze. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, the proximity to the beach, and the beautiful pool. It’s great to know that the kitchen, furnishings, and beds met your family’s needs, and that the golf cart made trips to the beach more convenient. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We’re addressing the grill situation to ensure it is fully functional for future guests. Additionally, we are working on improving the internet connection to better accommodate guests who may need to work remotely. The concern about mold in the downstairs bathroom is being taken very seriously, and we are arranging for a thorough inspection and cleaning to resolve this immediately. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
