Amazing place and amazing host

My roommate and I really enjoyed staying here! Our host greeted us upon arrival and told us where everything was, as well as left us snacks and waters! I highly recommend staying here and I will be booking here again next time I am in the area!

Convenient location, attentive host

Melinda was very responsive, the studio was clean, the kitchenette was effective. I appreciated the bottled water, utensils and snacks available. Her place is a quick drive to the highway and H‑E‑B (grocery store) is nearby.

Amazing stay!

We were only staying for one night, but we were so impressed. The studio was spotless and had everything you would need. Water and snacks were even available. The room was comfortable and the air worked great. Our host offered to give us a ride to a destination and allowed us to lead us there so we wouldn’t get lost. She was extremely friendly and made our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone and I would come back again.

Better than a hotel!

Communication with the owner/manager was A+++! Probably the best I have ever had with a VRBO rental. The apartment itself was spotless, well-furnished and comfortable. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own bed at home. The bed alone is worth the stay. The kitchenette is well-stocked with coffee, water and snacks...much appreciated after our late arrival. We lacked for nothing, felt like we were staying at a friend's home, and had a lovely evening visiting with Melinda on the patio for a perfect evening. Highly recommend.

Cute and clean space

Melinda was great and accommodated my needs, she was kind and made sure we were happy with our stay! She offered water and snacks! It was what we needed for one night while attending a wedding. Thank and we will be back when we need to stay in San Antonio.

Excellent Stay As Usual

This has been my 3rd trip to San Antonio and this has been my home every trip! Everything is laid out for you in the room. Snacks, water, coffee, maps, and local menus can all be found right there. Excellent backyard hangout and maybe you’ll get to meet Grayson! Love this place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town!!!

Our stay was very nice and our Host was great. Our accommodations were exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, with everything we needed, for a nice trip to visit our family
.The A/C was amazing and kept us comfortable after the long days of hanging out in San Antonio in June.

Great studio apartment

The studio apartment is very nice. Melinda met us when we arrived. She has a board inside with everything you need to know about her place. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few blocks from the freeway so it’s easy to go other places. We went to Fredericksburg, Boerne and San Antonio well we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

When the love of my life passed away suddenly in 2020, I laid in bed one night wondering what I was going to do, how was I going to get by. That's when I had a light-bulb moment, and that was to convert our spacious den into a private studio and put it on VRBO! I immediately went to work on this endeavor and four months later went live with it. It has truly become the new "love of my life!" My guests' approval & comfort mean everything to me!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I classify my neighborhood as a working-class neighborhood which is very peaceful and safe. I have great neighbors who are supportive of what I do and are respectful of my guests.

Centrally located. Easy access to 410 and I-10 expressways, can get to anywhere in the city in less than 15 minutes. Only 4 miles to airport, 10 miles to downtown, 5 miles to medical center area. Only 3 miles to North Star Mall and Park North. Also Lackland AFB is 15 miles.
