Condo familial: Whiteface Club & Resort - lac, golf, tennis, randonnée!

Ce condo très souhaitable de 2 chambres est situé sur la belle propriété Whiteface Club & Resort surplombant Lake Placid et parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il a un lit queen très confortable dans le maître BR, 2 lits jumeaux et lits superposés dans l'autre plus un canapé-lit dans le LR. Il y a des téléviseurs dans les deux BR ainsi que dans le salon, des bordures sur le thème ADK au pochoir et des imprimés olympiques. Deux grandes salles de bain complètes à thème (pommes de pin et feuilles de chêne), une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon très confortable avec une cheminée (nous fournissons le bois), parfait pour se détendre et avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Meubles ADK et moquette moelleuse avec des décorations ADK cueillies à la main partout. Une salle à manger ouverte pouvant accueillir 6 personnes mène à notre terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain et la chaîne Sentinal. Vous pouvez également voir les pistes de bobsleigh et de luge ainsi que la lune et le lever du soleil. Internet sans fil, un téléviseur HD, 40 DVD, 20 jeux de société et de nombreux puzzles pour le plaisir de la famille. Accès facile à pied depuis un parking privé jusqu'à ce refuge paisible mais central. Parfait pour les jeunes enfants ou les seniors!

Nous sommes à 5 minutes de la ville mais avec de la randonnée, du canotage / de la marina, de la natation, du golf et du tennis sur place ainsi que du ski de fond et de la raquette pendant les mois d'hiver. Il y a 3 excellents restaurants sur place: le spectaculaire Lake Placid Lodge avec Maggies Pub est un endroit idéal après une journée, le Moose Lodge Boathouse (été uniquement) avec une marina, une petite plage et de magnifiques jardins de fleurs ainsi que le café ADK (sumemr / automne) au club-house. Vous obtenez 5 laissez-passer gratuits au bord de l'eau et un golf à prix réduit à 55 $ contre 105 $ régulier - dirigez-vous vers le premier tee!

Family Weekend Getaway

Rudy’s condo was the perfect fit for my family for a weekend visit to Lake Placid. We enjoyed lots of family time by the wood burning fireplace!

Enjoyed our stay in Lake Placid. The condo had everything we needed and Rudy was very good to work with. We had one minor problem and he was very quick to respond. Our granddaughter participating in the winter luge event which was very exciting to watch. Enjoyed shopping in Lake Placid and the snow was beautiful. If we have to come back again for another event we would definitely stay at Rudy’s condo again.

Beautiful condo with lovely view of mountains

Great layout of condo with no stairs to climb, easy get in and out. Two lovely bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very comfortable and convenient location to Lake Placid.

A perfect "home away from home"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, well appointed two bedroom two bath condo. Rudy and Kathy were easy to do business with. We would definitely rent this condo again when it Lake Placid.

Beautiful condo!

This was our second stay in the lovely condo. The location on the resort provides easy access to the waterfront and golf course- and love views. The unit is very comfortable and Rudy, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful with any needs or advice. Thank you, Rudy, for sharing your beautiful condo!

easy stay

First, Rudy was quick to communicate and accommodate. Second, he provided detailed directions and check in information. Third, everything about the stay was easy. The cabin is simple, rustic, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. Though it's not within walking distance of town, it's an easy and quick drive - the same goes for the trip to Whiteface. We are in Lake Placid often. Rudy's place is somewhere we would recommend to friends and family

Relaxing Getaway

Rudy's Paradise was a very nice condo! Our reason for coming to Lake Placid was to see the "Miracle on Ice" exhibit at the Olympic Museum and to have a couple days of just relaxing due to my daughters just finishing up their college semesters. Rudy's condo was exactly what we were looking for. The description and pictures were exactly as posted. It was very homey and comfortable for me and my husband and two adult daughters. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One of our favorite things was the deck. It had views of Lake Placid, Whiteface Mt and Mt. Marcy. It was great sitting out there and one morning my husband caught an awesome photo of the sunrise. These views could also be seen from the dining room and living room. Rudy was a wonderful host. He stopped over the first morning and introduced himself and then we ran into him uptown later in the day. He was so nice and friendly! He filled us in on anything and everything you needed to know about Lake Placid. The communication was great! The resort is right on Lake Placid. It was nice but unfortunately last week was off season for the area, so alot of the activities such as, the boat house, beach, tennis, etc were not open. We were early by a couple weeks. I know we would have enjoyed many of the amenities though. We did walk around the resort. The property is very beautiful!

Summer 2022 vacay

We enjoyed our family stay in mid June. Loved the outdoor activities while there but couldn't do much on a rainy day. Unfortunately it rained 2 out of 5 days that we had planned to be there for. For that reason we ended up leaving a day early. Regardless the time we spent together as a family on this short trip was beautiful. Thank you. One note- The view was gorgeous but I have to say the bugs especially by and on the lake (in June) were plentiful. Make sure to stock yourself with a lot of bug spray.

My husband and I came to Lake Placid for a wedding. This property was a perfect choice. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious! The views were wonderful. Defiantly recommend it!

Picture perfect view, great for the whole family.

My family loved Rudy's place. The mountain and lake views are incredible and the adults loved the great access to the Jackrabbit trail. The kids were delighted by all of toy bears and other ADK toy animals so thoughtful placed around. Rudy is a wonderful host and has provided everything we needed to enjoy a cozy winter stay. We highly recommend and hope to return next year as well.

Perfect Place for a Whiteface Ski Vacation

This property was ideal for our recent family ski vacation. It was an easy and scenic 20-25 minute-drive to the slopes and our family particularly enjoyed the warmth and relaxation in front of the wood-burning fireplace in "Rudy's Paradise" after a day of skiing. The condo had great views of Lake Placid and was very quiet and well-stocked with supplies. Will definitely consider returning again for a future ski trip!

Great Time

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay at Rudy's property in Lake Placid. He was a wonderful host, checked in on us and the communication was great. The property was wonderful, the pictures don't do it justice, it is much bigger in person and fit our family perfectly! Location was great, only 6 minutes to Main Street! We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great place! Very peaceful and a wonderful place

The place on Lake Place Placid is really well maintained and very beautiful. Access to Lake Placid where you can Kayak and Swim is definitely a bonus. Unfortunately for us there was a private event. Cafe and Boathouse was closed for our access. Would have loved to chill by the lake at Boathouse Cafe. Still a great place.

breathtaking view

This Condo is perfect for a getaway, all the comforts of home , plus more. Fireplace is a nice touch, wood included. Comfortable, clean and great location. Rudy was a great host and even recommended mechanics when I had car problems. His know before you go trip info was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo

Wonderful and cozy

The condo was very cozy and clean. It's location was ideal, close to main street but still tucked away in a quite and serene location. The host Rudy was very helpful, and gave us lot of info in advance. It helped us plan our trip really nicely.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love the location as it is at the resort with so much to do and see around it: golf, tennis, swimming, hiking and boating in the summer with XC skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. We are built into nature but yet just a short 5 minute car ride into town!
