The property is great except the parking lot door out of order. The log in for Liquid Life asked for birthdate, very clumsy to scroll 70 pages of (I'm older) calendar. Had to manually verify check in. Another unit had EMT/Fire Dept on scene for a call, Fire engine had issue coming in gate, could not enter, may want to discuss with OB Fire. Medic truck no problem.

We will never be staying at the property or using this host again. When we arrived at the unit it smelled like sewage. The washer was full of disgusting black water and the smell was terrible. I contacted the host who said they had ordered a part for it but couldn’t pump the water out or anything to help with the smell. So we were stuck with a non working washing machine which is one of the main reasons we always book condos when vacationing because we have 3 kids and need a washing machine. They did provide clean towels but we need the washing machine for clothes. We ended up staying 2 1/2 days and then had to leave due to a mandatory evacuation because of a hurricane! The host refused to refund our money and said to go through our insurance. Weather promise also refused because rain threshold wasn’t met. VRBO said the host is responsible for the refund but they can’t reach the host! This was literally the worst vacation we have ever had!

Hi Nicole, I'm sorry we weren't able to be of more assistance with the washer. If it helps, we did process a courtesy refund of your missed nights on 10/22 since your insurance claim was denied. If you have not already received the funds, you should receive them soon. If you're still in need of assistance from our team, please reach out. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a much improved experience.

Great view! We actually enjoyed the side view of the gulf and the canal being able to watch the boats come and go. Condo was clean and plenty of space for 6 of us. Check in/out was an easy process. Only 2 negative's was minor but the coffee pot desperately needed updated! The other issue was apparently there was a maintenance call made from the building while we were there and we were not informed by Liquid Life. Again it was minor but a heads up that a complete stranger was going to be coming by would be nice to know.. especially with children around.Overall, loved our time there and we will return to Grand pointe in the future!

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the side gulf/canal view, that the condo was clean, roomy for six, and that check‑in/out was easy. I’m sorry the coffee maker was dated — housekeeping and maintenance have been notified and we’ll replace it. I also apologize you weren’t informed about the building maintenance visit; we should have given advance notice and will update our procedures and coordinate with the building so guests are notified when maintenance is scheduled. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to hosting you again at Grand Pointe.

This property was exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony is awesome. The balcony is huge .

We spent most of our time resting on the balcony lounge chairs watching the fishing boats travel in and out of the harbor.

Very clean and had all the necessities you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the boats coming in and out of the Pass. It's across the street from a shopping/dining complex with great restaurants on the water and live entertainment.

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

This is the first time I have ever written a review. I understand the wear and tear on rental properties and am very flexible, however, there are a few things I wanted to make you aware of. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom was not clean. It looked as if someone spilled something sticky on the outside glass, tiles and railing. There was a trash bag taped over the transom at the front door. We removed it. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was basically nonexistent and could not be used. I was extremely upset of having to pay 60 for a second parking pass, When I called to request one, I was quoted 60 but was charged 69.60. It should have been communicated that there was add-on charges. I was given a location to pick it up. The building was empty with a sign stating they had moved. I went to the new location and was told there was a lockbox at the building which was not visible because I walked around the building twice and did not find it. The person I spoke with was nice and gave me the addition parking pass. I reread the guest guidelines. Under the parking section, nothing was listed there would be a 60 plus surcharges for a second parking pass. Overall our condo was in good shape except for the few things mentioned above. My biggest disappointment was the issue with the parking pass. The condo states it sleeps 6 and a second parking pass should be included. Thank you.
