Ce condo est parfaitement situé pour les amateurs de plage et de navigation de plaisance, car il se trouve à moins de deux pâtés de maisons de Whitecap Beach et à quelques minutes de route de trois différentes rampes de mise à l'eau publiques (dont une à Packery Channel). Vous trouverez le parc de la rivière Schlitterbahn à seulement un kilomètre au nord et plusieurs excellents restaurants, notamment le Boathouse Bar and Grill, à quelques minutes de l'appartement. À environ 20 miles à l'intérieur des terres, vous pourrez visiter le musée Selena, le musée d'art du sud du Texas, l'USS Lexington et le musée de la science et de l'histoire du Corpus Christi si la pluie décidait de s'y installer.

Great Location

It was so very easy to walk to the beach or grab a golf cart. We had all we needed within the apartment and more!

Great stay at the beach!

We love this area of North Padre and have stayed at these condos multiple times. We love the pool and the close location. This was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and updated. Fan in 2nd bedroom didn't work. Had plenty of bathroom towels. Appreciated the soaps and starter kit in the kitchen. The property grounds (grassy area) are covered in sticker burrs which makes in a major challenge to keep them off your pet's paws and your shoes. No matter how much you try to get them off, they would find a way into the condo every day. We stepped on them numerous times in the condo. The property complex ground keepers need to manage this better especially since the place is advertised as pet and family friendly.

Short quiet stay.

Overall great stay and property, close to beach. First impression was very clean, but don't leave food out on counters...and maybe don't ask guest to strip the beds when they're so badly stained. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortably. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the sauna to work.The maids are prompt at checkout and helpful in how to avoid extra charges not listed. totoworkand thethere was no d

Nice property

Nice property. Big pool and good location. A couple things, missing a few light bulbs in lamps and ceiling lights. One ceiling fan non functional. Floor could be cleaner. Need more pots and pans and bowls. Knives were extremely dull. One drawer in the kitchen came apart while we were there. But overall the stay was pleasant.

Nice condo with great amenities

The place was nice and clean upon arrival. Both bedrooms are a good size and the beds were pretty comfortable. The condo is in a complex with a great pool and hot tub and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. My main complaint is the fact that there is not enough furniture in the living room to accommodate 4 full-sized humans (just one couch). And, I made a simple request through the rental agency's text service and I never received a response from anyone on the local staff--just talked to a bot that said it was going to open a ticket (which I don't think it did).

Great price, but poor attention to detail

While the location to restaurants and beach was great, the room was on the struggle bus! The beds were clean and comfy, and living area and overall layout was great for our family of 5 (three teenage boys). It started to go south when we noticed that one of the two deadbolts did not work- it appeared the door may have been kicked in at some point. Then we move to the table… with only three chairs of which two were broken - so we couldn’t use those. The master bedroom only had one working bedside lamp - that was the ONLY light in the whole room. The other lamp had no lightbulb and the fan was missing the light fixture(it was on a shelf in the closet and the fan wouldn’t turn on. The brand new towels were nice except they left lint ALL over you trying to dry off. Also cleaning the shower curtain liner would also be nice. Mildew all along the bottom edge. Gross! There were also quite a few staple items missing in the kitchen- a can opener, measuring spoons, and any type of mixing bowl. The detailed cleaning of baseboards, door frames, window seals, curtains, and inside cabinets is much needed. The property management was notified of the main problems and did comp a potion of our stay, but basically made up excuses for the reason why the property wasn’t in better condition. I would not stay at this property again.

Very nice condo. Check out at 10am seems a bit early; other places allow late checkout or set it a bit later. Otherwise very nice and good price!

Extremely disappointed in this vacation rental and would not recommend. There were several things wrong with the rental starting with dirty bathrooms upon arrival. One bathroom had hair all in it and the other black stuff all in the shower. The condo was missing several essential items that should have been provided. Here’s a list of everything we took note of: Lots of damage to the condo Only 3 cups for a condo of 6 Absolutely no way to make or store ice so we had to purchase these itemsOnly one knife and it was a large chopping knife-had to purchase knifes to eat dinnerNo mixing Bowls-had to purchase one Only a giant stock pot and a tiny sauce pot No Trash bags-had to purchase themNo TVs in roomsNo Dressers or storage for our belongings with no place to set our suitcases Absolutely no Blankets-had to purchase someNo Pantry to store itemsPOOL was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING upon arrival. Not swimmable at allNo paper towels except a used partial rollNo can opener-had to purchase one Stickers all over the property including around the pool area…if I had brought my dog it would have been a nightmare for her. It was a nightmare with my kids always stepping on them Cookie sheets and skillets were dirty and had to be washed before usingReached out to Vacasa regarding all the issues and of course the response was a team would look into it. 100% disappointed and will never return!!!!

Cute condo near WhiteCap Beach

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Roomy and spacious! Bunk beds (with a trundle) were the feature that sold us so the kids can sleep in separate beds, haha! The beach is close enough for an evening or morning stroll, but if you’re packing to spend the day, it’s a very short drive onto the beach. Make sure to bring your own beach gear as none is available at the condo. There were however an abundance of beach and house towels!

Loved the area and how close we were to the beach and local shops. The only thing that was disappointing is not having access to the pool when it was a hot weekend. The pool was drained.

Cozy, relaxing beach getaway!

The apartment was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away and recharge. The only complaint we had was that since we were in a second story unit, we did hear a fair amount of noise from the unit above us. Otherwise it was an excellent experience!!

Perfect for our family of 5

Just as described, we had a nice little wknd stay and enjoyed the condo. I took a star off just because the living room could use curtains that block the adjacent building lights coming in the patio door at night. Also there was no main light or working ceiling fan in the master room. It did have 2 lamps near the bed though. Nice kitchen and great size for 5 people. All needed supplies were provided and the kids loved the pool. We walked to the beach and it was not far and a nice little walk. Would for sure return!

Better than we expected!

This place had everything needed to enjoy our trip. Tons of linen and toiletries for our party of 4. Very spacious. 2 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!!

Walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the porch. Very convenient to restaurants and the pick up spot for our fishing trip. In unit laundry was nice for refreshing our beach towels during our stay.

Not great

Dirty floors and nothing in the kitchen to cook with also fridge was very hot. The ac was great. House and hall has a very weird smell. Was kind of disappointed.
