Trois chambres et 2 salles de bains à concept ouvert avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin au cœur des Keys. De nombreuses places de parking et une propriété bien entretenue vous accueillent lorsque vous vous arrêtez. Home comprend une machine à glaçons de 500 livres pour ceux qui aiment pêcher ou veulent rester au frais dans la chaleur, des porte-cannes sur le quai pour votre capture du soir et un deuxième étage avec des couchers de soleil incroyables.

Pour la pêche; un trajet de 10 minutes à travers le célèbre ruisseau Sisters jusqu'à l'océan, à 15 minutes du pont de sept milles, six NM jusqu'au récif Sombrero.

Des chaises longues sur le pont arrière pour capter les rayons du soleil et un belvédère pour vous protéger des brises pendant que vous attrapez la brise qui flotte dans Marathon. La plage de Sombrero, l'une des meilleures des Keys, se trouve à dix minutes à pied. Voir le soleil se lever au-delà de la fenêtre de la cuisine et du pont avant. Cette maison peut accueillir 2 familles, ou jusqu'à 4 couples pour une escapade d'une semaine à un peu plus d'une heure de Key West ou de Key Largo. Un mile à Publix et Winn Dixie pour tous vos besoins d'épicerie. Grande cuisine avec coin repas pouvant accueillir 6 personnes au bar / comptoir avec vue dégagée sur la table de la salle à manger et le salon.

Votre choix de lit king dans la chambre des maîtres, lit queen, lits doubles superposés et vieux divan-lit offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre groupe de 8. Si vous n’avez pas suffisamment relaxé dans l’océan, votre salle de bain contient une baignoire immergée parfaitement éclairée par la lumière du soir à la fenêtre, ainsi qu’un bidet, un double lavabo et de nombreux rangements.

Great location for day trips throughout the Keys

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Great having the dock to fish (even without a boat). Ice machine was a huge plus for packing a beach cooler.

House is nicely decorated, comfortable for the 7 people we had, and everything worked. We appreciated having access to the ice maker, and storage room with freezer. Couldn’t have been better!

Nice Location

This house was in a nice location and accommodated our boat just fine. The house was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. When we got there the ice machine did not work. The owner called someone out and it was fixed right away. Very responsive.

Hard to pick a favorite!

I fell in love with the kitchen at first (who wouldn't) and then the deep soaker tub, the comfy king bed, the sunsets, the walking path to the beach, paddle boarded to Boot Key and saw a manatee (see more standing than with kayaks). The home was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. It had everything we needed for our stay. We actually only packed carry on luggage as we didn't want to check and lose our bags. Harvey was very responsive in advance with all the questions I had while packing. I loved the colors and décor and felt right at home in this gorgeous well kept house. You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic from the kitchen window or chairs on the front patio, if you don't want to walk to Sombrero Beach. The commercial ice machine provided plenty for fishing off the dock, the boat, picnic lunch in a cooler, or for drinks! I sleep well in ac, but want to enjoy the outdoors whenever awake. Everything you want is within an hour so we weren't stuck in the car. My husband loved not having to do anything, and being perfectly content in the shade on the back deck or watching the sunset. The kids loved walking around Key West, parasailing, jet skiing, seeing the Key Deer, and also the Marathon Turtle Hospital! So much to see, can't wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great

We would love to stay again. We had a couple of hiccups at the start which were taken care of right away. Convenient to town. Quite. Affordable. Someone mentioned before the long canal ride out. There are two ways out. One to get gas which takes a bit. One straight to the Ocean that takes no time. Ice machine on the property. Excellent.

Amazing Stay, Awesome Property!

We are two boating/diving/fishing families and this is our 9th year staying in Marathon, but first time at this property. Our stay was for 2 weeks. It’s spacious enough for two families (with 4 teens) without having wasted space. The home is well stocked, clean, and maintained. The, ice maker, parking space, and location is excellent! Plenty of room for all of our dive/fishing gear, kayaks, and paddleboards. The proximity to Sombrero beach, Sombrero Lighthouse, 7 mile bridge and reefs for diving is so convenient! Communication with the owner is also a plus! He was super helpful and responsive. Definitely a great stay and highly recommend this place!

Our whole group loved the porch and big kitchen space! Time spent in the house was comfortable and the canal access leading to both the Atlantic and Gulf was perfect for our time on the water.

The house is great with an open floor plan and a bunk bed room perfect for kids. The ice machine was a savior as well as the bait freezer. A floating dock would of been nice for the boat but the ladder worked well enough. The fish cleaning table was amazing. Throughout the process Harvey was easy to contact and very helpfull. Will be staying again.

Great week

My girlfriend & I as well as a few other couples stayed for mini lobster season. It was a great clean house, everything seemed to work as it should. Harvey was very helpful with everything and answered any questions quick. We had 2 boats which fit on the dock, it was tight but we got it. Overall a great choice for a rental.

Amazing house

This house is exactly like the pictures show. Amazing huge second floor outside deck with covered seating and table to enjoy relaxing. We had the whole place to ourselves there are no other units attached the entire house and huge dock out back was ours. We fished right from back canal. You can bring your boat and dock it right behind the house. We had a great time and would definately recomend renting this home. Amazing home in an excellent location.

This was our first time renting a house and Harvey made it a wonderful experience. He answered all our questions and fixed a few small issues very quickly. The house is beautiful with a lovely deck. Will definitely consider going back.

Sun and relaxation

Property was nice, but needed some things fixed. Ceiling fan switch in guest room was broke and the fridge needed a deep clean. Front door knob and lock needs to be replaces, I locked myself out and was able to slide a credit card in the lock to get back in the house. Great location, very close to everything.

Fantastic Stay with Plenty of Entertaining Options

We loved our stay at Rock Resort. The house is clean and came with a fully equipped kitchen. The back deck is amazing, and the property is in excellent condition. We fished, kayaked, and walked down to the beach almost every day. This place is a moderate walk down to Sombrero Beach, which was huge benefit to us. The check in process was very easy and Harvey Rock was easy to work with as our contact for the house. We would certainly come back in the future.

What a place!

Super clean house in an excellent location

We stayed in this house for one week in July 2020, and we had an excellent vacation. The house was super clean from the moment we stepped in, as opposed to many other rentals that we stayed in recently, and Harvey provided all the relevant information ahead of our arrival, and also during our stay. The house has a good layout with high quality furnishings and everything you might need during your stay, and the location is excellent, in a very nice residential area, 5 minutes from Sombrero Beach, on a nice canal, and very close to a large shopping center with Publix, Kmart, Walgreens, and many other stores and restaurants. Marathon is also an excellent choice for exploring everything that Florida Keys has to offer, from Key West to Islamorada. Thank you Harvey and hope to be back someday!

Raised in the midwest with summers spent on the lake fishing, swimming, and diving. Two summers ago I was introduced to the Florida Keys and absolutely fell in love. Retired from the military and working my way up to PADI Dive Master so that I can help others experience what I fell in love with 25 years ago.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Light, airy and open with colors of the sea, conveniently located in the middle of everything. This property was purchased site unseen (only by internet photos) and it was love at first site.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

As most know the area can get quite warm, especially in summer. Living on the second floor allows you to capture the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Ice is a necessity for both fishing and cooling down, so we provide a 500 lb ice maker to cover all needs of our guests. Short boat ride to either Atlantic or Gulf of Mexico for fishing or water activities, 10 minute walk to Sombrero Beach. One can find anything in a 20 minute walk or 10 minute car ride in this area. Sun rises just past the front patio on the Atlantic side, and sun sets within view on the Gulf side of the property. Sombrero Beach is one of the top beaches in the Keys.
