Peace & Quiet, Ocean & Pond Views! Pool & Cabana opening April 2024!
Charming house with gorgeous views of Miacomet Pond and the ocean, as well as distant conservation land. There is a large deck with table for outdoor dining, and an expansive yard, perfect for summer play. Pool and cabana will be completed by April 2024, just in time for summer! Only minutes away to one of the most beautiful beaches on Nantucket, and still very close to Town and mid-island conveniences. Front lawn is wonderful for a nice croquet game after the beach.
First Floor: Recently updated kitchen. Separate dining room. Large living room. Side/back door mudroom entry with laundry. Half bath.
Second Floor: Three bedrooms on the second floor. Primary bedroom with Queen bed. Second bedroom with Queen bed. Third bedroom with Queen bed. Two full baths on this floor, both with tub/showers.
