This designer decorated two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers 503 is comfortably furnished and features complimentary in-room wireless internet service. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great stay

We have a few suggestions. Please add black curtains in the main bedroom, and replace door handle on front door. We loved the location and condo. We would definitely stay there again.

Great quite place close to the beach

A great community with clean accomodations, just a short walk across to the beach. The pool and room were very clean, equipped with most things we needed. We had plenty of room to spread out with 2 adults and 3 teens. :)

Great Location

The location is great, very close to everything. The place is nice with a pretty good view of the ocean. Everything was clean and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The ice maker worked GREAT! The pool and hot tub are great and it has lots of seating and umbrellas. The kids loved it. The only issue was the locks on the door. It was very difficult to get the key out of the locls and the dryer’s lint catch, I don’t think, had EVER been cleaned out, but the maintenance person was quick and friends.

Overall, the accommodations were fine. However, the light pouring into the condo at night - especially the second room, made the stay very uncomfortable. Black out curtains could easily fix this issue. We did appreciate being able to check in early, and the location of the complex is very convenient. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Poor hospitality

Technical aspect of experience was excellent. Decor could be updated, but did not effect the quality of our stay. Very few parking spaces available. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The windows were so dirty that when the sun shined through them you couldn’t see out. There were grimy used sponges under the sink. The pool was not the cleanest, either. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close. There was no hospitality at all. No on site office to go to. You are given minimal supplies- one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, two garbage bags, two dishwasher tablets and one set of towels per person. If you needed anything extra, like towels or toilet paper, you had to pay for it. I’ve never stayed anywhere that did not supply toilet paper. You have to walk what seems like a good quarter mile across the sand to get to the beach. If we return to St Simon’s we will definitely be looking for a different place.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you didn't completely enjoy your stay. We do supply guests with a "starter pack" of supplies that is usually enough to get them through 3-4 days of vacation.

We loved our trip! The location was perfect and the listing was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this for a family and we definitely hope to go back.

Great weekend in St. Simons

Good, well maintained property in a great location...Enjoyed sea, pool and restaurants in the town (the latter only 5 mins away by car)...Property good quality as everything worked !....Only small complaint was no shampoos provided...but overall a very good choice ! Property company helpful in correspondence and logistics for handling keys...

Terrible beds

Faulty mattresses in both bedrooms and couch ! Even guests rooms! My children couldn’t sleep! My back hurt for days! Old bags of food and chips behind the couch that had not been cleaned up.

Nice and small complex.

Very quiet. Lovely ocean view. Close to many interesting historic sites and restaurants , but not close enough to walk to. Ample parking. Friendly folks. Wide beach and private access to beach. Only slight negative was there were absolutely no extras like salt and pepper or creamer packets / sugar or coffee packet to get you started that first morning.
