Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #322, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful furnishings throughout.

This property does not offer monthly reservations.

Beautiful place. The only complaint I have is wishing there was a more comfortable chair for relaxing at night. Otherwise, it was perfect. The beach outside the condo is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo. We loved St. Simon's Island. You can easily visit Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island - all are so beautiful.

Even better than the reviews!

The condo was superb, clean, and well quipped with everything we need! It even had games for the kids to play! The condo even had a twin and full in the room for the kids so it actually worked out even better! The elevator was right next to the room and there wasn’t much walking around unless it was to the beach!

Each couple has their on bedroom and bath. Close to pool and beach. We enjoyed the grills!

Labor Day Weekend

We loved our stay at 'The Grand' as we were on the third floor and had an amazing view from the great room and master bedroom. The elevator was located directly across from our condo which made it especially easy to get around. Our condo was beautiful and clean. We will stay again in the future!

Beautiful Beach Condo!

I have stayed in several beach condos, but this one was my absolute favorite! The condo is very clean, spacious, and has everything that you need. I loved sitting out on the balcony to see the beautiful beach. I also loved taking the short walk to the beach every day. We had our groceries delivered via Instacart and we ate delicious food at many of the nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful beach condo!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was great. Awesome ocean views. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses. If I have any complaint, it was that the elevator right outside our door either didn't work at times, or people held it on their floor, which was annoying. However, that was not the fault of the unit.

Great Condo

New pictures need to be taken, as the drapes and wall colors have changed. For the better! We loved the condo and its location. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we would have. The beach was clean and easy to access. There were just a couple little problems: the front chair leg on the chair in front of the tv is broken and the queen bedroom toilet flusher handle was loose. We took off the top and screwed it back on, but someone should check it. Other then those 2 minor incidents, the place was great. We would rent it again!

Great condo for families

We were here for 4 days and could easily have stayed a whole week. This condo is very spacious, in great shape and nicely decorated with a lot of seating. Nice TV with a lot of channels. The kitchen is well-stocked without being cluttered with too much stuff. The only thing that we needed was more than 1 kitchen trash bag provided! The ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony are stunning since it’s on the 3rd floor. One suggestion for the balcony would be to switch out some of the nice arm chairs for some lower cheap Adirondack chairs - would give you a better view of the ocean when sitting. The location is perfect. We rented bikes from Ocean Motion. Our 3 teens rode around the island by themselves and had a blast. We were able to ride our bikes to the pier, lighthouse, and the surrounding restaurants and stores. We would absolutely rent this beautiful condo again!!

Beautiful view of the beach

Rented 322 at the grand for the GA-FL weekend. Condo was right on the beach, steps from the elevator and bigger than how the pictures show. Very nice a3bed/3bath condo on the beach! Would absolutely recommend this property.

Great Family vacation

We had a great time. Condo was close to some local restaurants so we were able to walk. Really enjoyed the beach each day. So much to do on the island. Condo was a little worn in some places, but nothing that would detract from the experience. We got a great value for the week.

Great condo

Great condo. We love the complex. I would like to suggest the owners update the additional seating in the living area. The high back and wicker chairs were not very comfortable. Also, better quality pillows would be a nice touch. Overall it was a great place.

Great time

Very clean, staff attentive, not crowded in May! Beautiful beach and pool. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! A perfect set up for teens! We could have added more. Nice little village area with pier. Only here for 3 days but could have stayed longer and still not been bored. We went to visit the historic Christ church. Beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony each day. Sipping coffee, reading. You really do have a beautiful view of the beach from the room and living room. Kitchen well stocked but no pantry supplies. That is totally understandable.
