Family Friendly Oceanfront Condominium

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club-the largest oceanfront condominium community on the island.

Professionally landscaped grounds feature stately oaks shadowing the gated entry, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the center of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large courtyard offering an oceanfront swimming pool, seperate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, charcoal grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 410 is located on the top floor, ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from the balcony, living room, and bedrooms. In addition, Beach Club 410 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service, an updated kitchen with granite, and nice furnishings throughout.

Awesome view

Check-in & out was easy. Everything was as described. Shower grout needs bleached and sealed and the door adjusted so it does not stick but otherwise very clean. We stayed an extra night we loved it so much and that only required a phone call to arrange. Would certainly stay again!

Coastal Georgia Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break stay! Location is convenient to everything. Condo had everything we needed. Excellent balcony view. Could use some updating but we were comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Had a minor bathroom issue and maintenance was extremely prompt and courteous.

Cherished Memories

I have been coming to the The Beach Club for over 30 years. We reserved nine suites and the "All purpose room" for a family celebrabtion of a wedding. Everyone had a very good time. We used the pool , the workout room , the beach , the tennis courts. The Manager did give me a break on the "All purpose room". We were 42 in numbers. Love the Club and feel at home when there.

Great location

We loved this property overall but would look elsewhere in the future because the unit is Tired. The first bowl I took out of the cabinet was dirty, and the rug in the living room was Filthy. I wouldn’t step on it with my bare feet.

Needs some updating

Great location and beautiful view! Unit is aged and needs some work. Towel rack fell off the wall, 2nd bathroom shower door does not shut. There are no hairdryers or shampoo/conditioner (fyi). Kept losing WiFi and xfinity so had to watch college games somewhere else. Communication was amazing, though!

We’d stay there again in a heartbeat

Wonderful property overall. Manicured landscaping and plenty of oversized parking for my F150. Lots of luggage trolleys and grocery carts available to assist in load/unload process. Oceanfront room was terrific. Showers were spacious, had nice tile, and a door rather than a curtain. Large piece of tile was missing from the side of the tub, but it’s mostly hidden by the commode. Beds and sofa were comfy. Mosquitoes were the worst part - had to run through them to get to the beach. Nothing that Hodnett Cooper can do about that however. Otherwise, we’d stay there again for sure! Thanks for preparing such a nice place for my family to get away for the weekend.

Beach Club 410

The Condo was nice but dated. Parking was designed for compacts. Don't bring a big car/SUV/truck. The beach was a long walk from the condo, made longer by a large tidal permanent pool you have to walk around. There is a rental company that gets to the beach early each morning and sets up about 40 umbrellas and chairs in all of the prime spots in front of the condo. Very few are rented. If it is high tide, you stare at an umbrella. We will not be returning to this property.

Filthy dirty in every way!

We walked in and our first impression was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The floors were gritty with sand and there were so many knick knacks we could barely find a place to put things. The view was great as was the beach, but that's about it. The master bath toilet backed up, the kitchen sink and vanity in master backed up, we called the property management company twice and went to their office, but no one did anything. Patio furniture was broken, had to take 2 chairs to the balcony from inside just to sit outside. The furniture inside was also dirty, looked like they were purchased at a garage sale and all the cabinetry was falling apart and needed paint. I would not recommend this property or the building-The Beach Club- it was old most certainly needs to rehabbed in every way-one elevator for entire building-unfortunately this was not a good experience for us, we had really looked forward to this trip, coming all the from Nebraska.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us! I appreciate the feedback. I only wish we had known of all of this during your stay. We would have been more than happy to immediately send housekeeping and maintenance to address the problems. I do see that after you spoke with someone at The Beach Club we sent maintenance to fix the kitchen sink. I am glad we were able to take care of that for you! We do try to accurately depict all of our properties with up to date photos. Also, there are actually 3 elevators on property! Again, I am sorry that you were unhappy with the property! We would love to welcome you back again and have another opportunity to host you!
