Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Completely renovated bathrooms and an updated kitchen make this the perfect condo for both short and long term stays. | With all of the upgrades, the 2nd bedroom offers an en suite making a perfect location great for couples.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Beautiful stay

The condo was just as described, and very beautiful for a 5 day stay with the family. The condo was clean and spacious while the building was very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. I have two suggestions. King bed needs a new mattress. Also, if there is anyway to work on water pressure that would make that beautiful shower in mater so much better.

Fantastic Property!

Perfect place to stay on St. Simon. Access to beach was great and the location was perfect distance to great restaurants and museums. The beach gear credit was a great benefit - perfect place to explore on a bike. Everything was clean and super comfortable.

Relaxing stay

We have stayed at numerous beach club condos over the years, but the updates in this unit were the best yet. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with young kiddos.

The condo was exactly furnished as stated and photographed. Very well designed and appointed. Being on the east side of the complex turned out to be a bonus with the morning sun. The condo was very clean, but the carpets in the entry to the bedrooms could use a good cleaning to really make this property shine. I would definitely plan to stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

I loved the way this condo is decorated. The garden in the middle is beautiful and pool is gorgeous. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This condo was exactly as described in pictures, and was great for two couples -- with bedrooms on each side to account for privacy. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable, which doesn't usually happen in a vacation rental! Kitchen accommodations were appropriate for quick morning breakfasts.The location of the condo was just a short car ride from local restaurants and the pier village. Great for walking on the beach and Ocean Blvd. We didn't use the hot tub or pool because of the chilly weather, but the pool looks like it would be enjoyable during summer months.Local restuarant recommendations for future visitors: Barrier Island Brewery, The Crab Trap, Porch, 3 Birds Cafe.

Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen - pretty and clean Apartment felt spacious and had everything we needed Kitchen well equipped Garden well maintained Nice swimpool area and kiddie pool which had shade in the afternoon

Great stay

The property was fantastic and the location was perfect. The only negative was the shower heads were limed up and the flow wasn't the best. Have your maint people soak them in white vinegar. I would definitely stay there again.

Love this location!

This unit was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Just be aware that there were no towels, beach chairs, or beach toys stocked like there are in some of the other units, so you’ll want to be sure to bring your own. My family enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this condo! We went for for our 8th anniversary! Great location, exceedingly clean and modern condo (even the hallways smelled clean and vacuumed every day), nice pool and easy access to the beach. Local restaurants in walking distance. A must is Barrier Island Brewery!

Spot on!

Wonderful experience. Our condo was clean and exactly as described. The condo is beautifully located on East Beach. I am already planning our trip back. Shelling and delicious seafood. My family had a great time. Very pleased with our whole experience.

Condo needs a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and I wish we knew that beach chairs and an umbrella were available to rent instead of bringing them.

Grandparents and Granddaughter

Short getaway with our 10 year old granddaughter. Each year we take her somewhere she has never been. However, a nice pool is always necessary as she loves to swim! Beach Club fit the bill just fine. Condo was clean and well equipped, reservation and arrival/departure procedures were all handled smoothly and efficiently. ! efficiently

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and bike rides around the island. We rented the bikes and beach umbrella and they were delivered to the property by the time we arrived. They picked them up the day we checked out. It couldn't have been more convenient as easy. We look forward to returning.
