The tiled dining area seats six at a glass-topped table and leads directly to the tiled living area with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, easy chair and 42" flat-screen television with Blu-Ray DVD player. From the living area, slider doors lead to the balcony with patio furniture overlooking the picturesque courtyard and view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile and lighting. Off the kitchen is a large capacity stacked washer and dryer.

The master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, desk and sitting area. Slider doors from the master lead to the balcony. The newly remodeled master bath includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen televisions and connecting newly remodeled baths with tub or shower. The living area features a sleeper sofa.

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
