Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is excited to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 113 is amazingly gorgeous! This unit even has updated doors! Designer furnishings and appointments throughout including stainless appliances, granite counters, newly tiled baths, plantation shutters, and much more. Beach Club 113 offers a view of the courtyard pool and ocean from the balcony.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Clean and comfortable

Unit was very clean and comfortable for our family. Space had lots of storage as well. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was repaired within a couple of hours of reporting it. Very helpful and friendly staff at the Beach Club.

Weekend getaway

The condo was great. It was very nice. However, when I was researching for condos I was specifically looking for a hot tub at the resort. It did have one but under maintenance during our stay which was a bummer for me and the distance to the beach, It was quiet alil distance through the marsh( Actually slipped and fell, scrapping up several parts of my body). Besides those two things I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Nice, but could be so much better

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice condo with a view of the water and proximity to both beach and town. We were disappointed with the state of the porch furniture - basically on its last legs. Chairs were worn thin and there was no table. Also, fans were not working in bathrooms so smelled musty. Want to add that the condo faces the hot tub, and people can get VERY noisy so it makes sitting on the porch u pleasant.

Beach Club Unit

The condo is beautifully decorated with nice furniture. It also has a nice view of the pool and Ocean. The unit did need a good deep cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and microwave handle had food residue on them. The master bathroom shower also had some mildew forming on the ceiling above the shower door. The master bedroom also needs some work done to repair the trim in the corner near the balcony door. Other than these minor issues, we did enjoy our stay. The area is quaint and family friendly.

Great place. But a few updates would go a long way.

Comfy, convenient, and accommodating. Some minor issues (and I repeat: MINOR) things to take this location from Great to Awesome would include: - Update master bed frame. Wood bed frame squeaks and creaks with every slight movement. I slept alone in it and was still annoyed. - Give a map to guests of property with location of room. We had to play detective to figure out which wing and floor the room was on. Also we didn’t know where to park since we didn’t know where the room was. - The A/C unit is on the opposite side of the condo from the master bedroom making it the hottest room in the place. Luckily, we were able to turn the thermostat down low enough for comfort in the master bedroom. But the rest of the condo became frigid. I would certainly rent again, though. These are only minor inconveniences documented solely to provide (hopefully) constructive feedback. Great stay!

Great beach getaway!

My family and I had a great trip to St Simons Beach. We stayed in a Beach Club condo. It was very nice and clean. Very comfortable. The only dislike was the master bedroom would not cool off like the rest of the condo. I know we were having extreme heat but even keeping the shades closed and keeping the air low the master suite never got “ comfortably” cool. Luckily, we did bring a fan and that helped tremendously.. However, great trip and condo!

Lovely family get away

Perfect family get away, lots of other families, the unit was well appointed, appears to be an owner unit rather than just income rental. Larger balcony with beach/ocean view was relaxing and courtyard landscaping kept it from feeling overly public (and it is raised despite being a first level unit). I was very impressed with the cleanliness and well maintained facility, Hodnett-Cooper rates several cuts above your average management company based on our experience (no signs of neglected management), well landscaped and cleaned, the one public gate that was broken was fixed within hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the lovely condo, huge balcony, and our stay on St. Simon’s The beach was beautiful and my two college aged children enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the gym. The front office assistant was very helpful with brochures and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We rode bikes, visited the light house and WWII Museum, Fort Frederica, and Christ’s Church. We ate at Southern Soul BBQ and Crab Daddies and enjoyed live music at Mellow Mushroom . We even made time to seek out a few of the tree spirits on St. Simon’s and spent a few hour on Jekyll Island. We visited the sea turtle rehabilitation center, Jekyll Club, and beautiful Drift Wood Beach. Beach Club Pros: very helpful staff, clean grounds, two hot tubs, medium sized family pool, well equipped gym, on-site bike rentals, beach access, beach view. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. Cons: no adult only pool, beautiful balcony with a beach view if you look to the left otherwise no privacy as 50+ balconies overlook ours. Expensive add on fees (not hidden) to include a nonrefundable damage waiver fee, cleaning fee, and processing fee by VRBO AND Hodnett. A 5 night stay was about $1500 total. The condo needs to replace its cookware pans....everything sticks to them no matter what you try to cook; The couch and kitchen table are pretty worn and coming due for replacing.. I also advise sending the unit door code in an email. It was written on the welcome packet inside the condo. We had to notify property management who had to let us into our unit. The beautiful master bedroom needs some maintenance on the far ceiling wall. There is some separation. Lovely condo and complex over all.
