Magnifique condo sur la plage. AC dans chaque chambre. À quelques pas de la plage et à cinq minutes de Laie, du centre culturel polynésien, de BYU-Hawaii, de boutiques et de bons restaurants. Voyagez n'importe où sur l'île depuis l'arrêt de bus situé à proximité. Idéalement situé à moins de 20 minutes des plages et des sites de surf les plus populaires au monde, notamment de Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Pipeline, Sunset et Pounders! Piscine et salle de sport sur place. Grande plage pour la plongée en apnée et les enfants qui jouent dans l'eau.

Ce complexe de condominiums (Pat's at Punalu'u) est situé à Hauula, sur la côte nord d'Oahu, à seulement 5 minutes de Laie. Il s'agit de l'une des communautés les plus connues de l'Église de Jésus-Christ des Saints des Derniers Jours et du site de Laie Hawaii. Temple, le cinquième plus ancien temple opérationnel du monde. L’Université Brigham Young d’Hawaii est située à Laie. Le centre culturel polynésien, le plus grand musée vivant de l'État, attire des millions de visiteurs chaque année.

C'est un condo d'une chambre situé directement sur la plage avec une vue spectaculaire sur la plage, l'océan et le coucher du soleil! Situé au-dessus du 3ème étage, accessible par deux ascenseurs. Le condo a été entièrement rénové en 2019 et dispose d'une laveuse / sécheuse.

Nice! Would stay here again!

Condo was as described. It was perfect for the needs of our family of 6. Our kids thought the big bunk beds were awesome! It was nice to have a washer and dryer. We were surprised by a sea turtle coming onto the beach to rest right behind the condo.

Great stay with kids

We loved this quiet location on the island. The beach was amazing and we had fun snorkeling with some turtles and fish in the calmer water. A couple of mornings we even saw some spray from whales out in the distance, glad we had thought to bring binoculars. Any concerns that came up were addressed quickly. We loved all of the great recommendations of places to eat and play. Construction was a little more noticeable for us as they were working on the balcony right below us but we weren’t really there much during the day so it didn’t bother us.

Excellent place for our Dream Vacation!!!

Everything was wonderful from when we arrived till when we headed back to AZ . Condo was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space, very clean and well stocked. Views were great of the ocean from the porch. We ventured out to several other beaches and by far this was our favorite. Condo had plenty of snorkeling gear and other items to make the beach a blast. Even saw turtles on our evening walks. Couldn't ask for a better location for all our excursions. Hands down this was the perfect vacation and thanks to Bret for offering such an amazing condo. He also made everything simple from checking in to a list of great information on local things to do and places to eat. Overall outstanding place and would definitely stay again!!!

LOVED North Shore

Perfect location if you are trying to get away from the hustle and bustle from the City. You definitely want to rent a car. Polynesian Center was a blast. Space was as described in listing. Condo was well stocked with supplies. Bring washcloths and bar soap if you need it. It can get a little stuffy so be proactive with the little AC and definitely dump your garbage every day/night due to cockroaches. Overall, our family had a wonderful time. Gorgeous beaches and kind people were every where!

Our Hawaiian Experience!

SUPER IMPRESSED! Feel free to quote me when I say, 'Pat's at Punalu'u's is the way to go!" Compared to the crazy busy traffic of Honolulu, Pat's is TOTALLY the move if you are wanting a real and authentic hawaiian experience. With it being on the north shore, it is secluded. Totally worth the effort to get there. Gorgeous green, jungle-covered mountains and a beautiful beach make the views from Pat's incredible. We loved the "personal" beach (as only those who stay at Pat's use it), the incredible sunrise views from our balcony, and seeing the sea turtles that beach during the night. Perfect spot to stay as Laie is just up the road 15 minutes at most.

Spectacular Views and location

I cannot say enough about this property. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. It was like having your own beach, very few people, and quiet with plenty of places to lounge. We were delighted to see turtles swimming in the area and on the beach at night. Perfect place for snorkeling. Loved driving to the north shore and being close to local shops and eateries. Construction was ongoing, but never interrupted our comings and going’s. The unit itself was clean and can sleep up to eight people comfortably. The AC was a nice addition, but not needed if all doors and windows are open. Overall a wonderful stay, and would absolutely recommend. Awesome place to be away from all the crowds. Mahalo!

Cute location

Cute location and decor with a well-supplied kitchen. However, if anyone uses the murphy bed or pullout couch to sleep, they will be awake before 6am from the sun. The curtains are difficult to close and don't block out any light. The bathroom door also does not close or lock properly. Communication was plentiful but did not contain the information I was looking for (like parking) until I asked. Still a cute location right on the beach and great for a staycation or family get away.

Serene escape in paradise

We were welcomed by serene music, chocolates and the best smelling condo I’ve ever stayed in - Iykyk - The pictures are just as it appears in real life which if often not the case for VRBO. The construction was never an issue for us but we were out and about most days exploring the North Shore. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, laundry soap, etc. the Murphy bed was the most comfortable VRBO bed I’ve slept in. I had 3 teenage girls that appreciated all of the mirrors and the power strip where they could plug all their electronics in. Bret was very responsive and communication and instructions were top notch. This was the best condo stay I’ve experienced with VRBO and give major kudos to Brett in making sure you are comfortable and not want for anything during your stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Pat’s at Punalua was the perfect place for our Oahu vacation! The location is unmatched - a nearly private beach with daily sea turtle sightings, easy access to both the North Shore and Honolulu, and every amenity you could possibly want! There are also options for breakfast/lunch/dinner within walking distance, which we utilized a number of times & throughly enjoyed (try the coconut shrimp at Kaya’s!). The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the number of beds, the washer and dryer (although the dryer didn’t work all that well), and the kitchen with full size appliances (and coffee maker w/ provided sugar & filters!). That’s not to mention the wonderful view & balcony with chairs to watch the sunrise. The condo also had scuba gear which was fun to use outside in the ocean - there’s definitely some cool reefs and fish right in the backyard! The extra touches of both beach towels and shower towels, and toiletries in the bathroom was an added luxury. The owners of this condo definitely care about guest experience and I would highly recommend this place for your next Oahu stay!

Great stay at this beachfront Condo

We had a great week with our family of 6. We arrived at the complex late evening so it was a nice surprise when we looked outside upon waking up the first morning. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from our lanai each morning and hearing the roosters. We really appreciated the beach gear supplies for us to use during our stay. The air conditioner in the living room and kids bedroom was an added bonus. The kids loved the bunk beds in their room. The washing machine was a bit of an issue during our stay as it was not working. They did their best to get someone in to fix it but unfortunately it still did not work. 2 days prior to check out a very friendly repair man came to fix it and was successful. We were thankful for our time in our condo. Thank you

Pool was closed for maintenance, but I don't think we would have used it anyway. The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes. Very impressive.

Had a great stay here. The sea view right out of the balcony is unbeatable. We spent many many hours there. The house is clean with all amenities. Brett was super responsive to any questions we had. One note, that the pool was closed for maintenance. Had no effect on us with the beach in front that was excellent for swimming with calm waters and turtles :) . Overall, great stay. Would love to come back and stay here.

We (2 of us) really enjoyed our ten (10) night stay at Bret’s Condo. We really enjoyed the location being away from the big city. The unit is located perfectly in the middle of the complex on the 4th floor, which gave us an excellent view of the grass, ocean, and palm tree’s. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were beach chairs and snorkeling gear in the closet which we used often. We threw the beach chairs in our rental and stopped along the coastline and used them many times to eat lunch or just enjoy the views.We slept in the bed that was make up for us in the living room. The bed is not a pull out couch bed, but one that comes out of a wall type unit. The bed was very comfortable and leaving it out still left plenty of room in the living area to enjoy the couch while watching tv. Although we did not use the bed’s in the bedroom, they are large for bunk type bed’s and also have tempur-pedic type mattresses on them.The unit has two (2) portable air conditioners….one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They kept the unit very comfortable.As noted by reading past comments and mention by Bret at booking, there is construction going on at the condo. However, I can honestly say that the work that the where doing did not bother us at any time during our stay. No pounding or loud noises at all.I highly recommend Bret’s Condo and we are already looking at date(s) in the future to return.Thanks again Bret!

The condo was amazingly renovated. Everything felt new, with good taste and new. Amazing floor, amazing countertops, very nice cabinets.The location was also amazing, basically right above a nice quiet beach so we did snorkel there a couple times before going to the more famous ones (Kuilima cove was nice)There is a very good coffee Shak just 0.5 mile away, that also have nice drinks for the kids and a very good restaurant (crouching lion) 3 miles away, we ate there every dinner :). The coffee shak is in the direction of the crouching lionOverall great experience

Loved the amenities of the building - the kids loved the boogie board. We enjoyed the East side of the island immensely and the shops on the road. Kaya's was closest and delicious!

Family Vacation in Punalu’u

We had a great stay! The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciated the hospitality!

The Hawaiian dream

Came to Hawaii to bring my twins back after their freshman year at collage and found this absolute jewel of a condo. Our family of 6 had enough room to relax with the pull out bed in the living room and watched the ocean. And Hauula is a beautiful small town with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. It just was the perfect spot for all my family's needs. As i now have a pretty good reason to visit Hawaii often, i 100% will stay here everytime. And the staff was amazing.
