Vous allez adorer cet endroit !!! Fraîchement rénové, la maison AMAZIG. Planchers de tuiles de porcelaine modernes, comptoirs élégants de quarts, appareils électroménagers neufs en acier inoxydable. La maison a avec 1 lit king et 4 lits queen plus 2 lits gigognes dans le salon. Super salle de jeux avec table de billard et télévision. COUR ET PISCINE MASSIF !!! Loved this place!!

THanks Casey & Vanessa for sharing your home with us! it was huge with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family!. Loved the pool toys and the fact that in September the pool water wasnt HOT and was super refreshing!! Appreciated the outdoor seating but some of the wooden chairs need to be replaced as they are wobbly and we were afraid to use them as they seemed like we might break them. But we just took the chairs from the kitchen table inside so we had plenty of seating. We will definately be staying here the next time we come to Houston!!

Exactly as adverised

This property was everything it advertised. I am not sure why There were comments about this being a terrible place. Even though I had three children staying with me (very excited about the playroom, pool and shear number of rooms) I did not receive one phone call about excessive noise. The swimming pool was clean and serviced while we were there. Yes there were leaves in the pool. You want trees around your pool so you don't burn. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We were here for the junior olympics and we could get there even in the worst traffic times in 5 minutes. All in all my entire family was impressed, and I did not experience any of the negative things I read in the negative reviews.

Weekend in September

Property and amenities were as advertised. Upon arrival we noticed the tables weren't wiped, we found food in the kitchen sink drains and the end tables in the master were not cleaned. Our dishwasher was inoperative. The property manager promptly got on that but our trip was interrupted by the maintenance person who was very nice and knowledgable. A new dishwasher was installed on the last day of our stay. Also one of the burners on the stove was inoperative. The location and the house were very nice and it was all that was advertised.

I apologize for the Dish washer not working. Of course this was out of our control and was repaired as soon as possible.

Motel 6 at Hilton Price

As I approached the horrendously dirty front door for the first time I was apprehensive. Dirt caked the window sills. Inside the beds are a wooden frame with a thin mattress. One thin blanket on each bed. Horrible pillows. No extra blankets. One bath towel per person. Floor tiles are loose. Dried toothpaste was in the upstairs bathroom sink. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out. The grill was rusted out the bottom. The AC thermostat kept resetting to 68; freezing us. There was unsafe electrical wiring under the cupboards that once ran lights. When I reached out to the host via text, their only concern was the grill. No response to any other concerns. Especially the thermostat and no extra blankets. This is by far the worst property I've ever experienced. In addition, there is a sign in the front yard telling everyone the property is a vacation rental. It reads "Hospitality" but the message is apparent. Very disconcerting since the neighborhood was questionable. The price and deposit does not match the property. If it wasn't for my previous wonderful experience with VRBO, I wouldn't use the website in the future. This property is awful!

Prefect Summer Home for the Family

This is a great summer home for a family the house is spacious and as pictured, my kids and I really enjoyed our stay. This is a very quiet neighborhood, so your little ones might not enjoy those quiet swims. The property management will call or text daily to make sure everything is going well.

my review

I did not enjoy my stay at all and it was suppose to be cancelled so I could get my money back but im not really sure what's happening.throughout my whole stay me and my guest were uncomfortable and overall this was just a terrible place to stay at.

This is guest booked our home and was partying with additional unauthorized guests until 4am and hit our neighbors car. We tried to call her multiple times but she did not respond. Hosts needs to watch out for this guest cause she has the tendency to break the rules and act like nothing happened.

Clean and relaxing

Our stay at this property was amazing the pool was clean daily by the pool team house was clean fresh towels and linen for every room washer and dryer w/pods to wash clothes before return home kitchen was neat clean and up to date appliances no bugs neighborhood was very peaceful! The communication with the reservation team was amazing our flight was early and with the time change I over shot our check-in which they gladly accommodated for my bday which was perfect seeing how it was 80+ and humid as heck!! Probably the best stay I've ever had we appreciate you making my birthday trip one to remember!

Houston Vacation

Everything was exactly as listed. The home was very spacious and clean. The owner had extra pillows, blankets and even towels for the pool. This is definitely a must stay for your family. Remember your in Texas so, bring your charcoal for the BBQ!!

DONT BOOK HERE!

Chris should really limit his guest limit to 3/4 people and not 16people. It was 12 of us and we were literally just talking he called everyday about noise from talking. What do u expect from 12people in a house. He also was being very creepy talking and making noises on the cameras. Book elsewhere if u have a group!

Guest was literally playing loud music in the backyard at 4am. It was disclosed on the house rules that we have a quiet time but guest just simply chose to disregard it and partied all night. Guest was not responding to calls or messages so we had to reach out to them using the camera mic. If your house is in a quiet neighborhood, do not rent out to this guests.

Amazing

The property was very spacious and beautiful! I loved everything about it, especially the pool and the pool table. It was clean and comfortable....home away from home. The owner was very nice and pleasant and kept in touch with me though out the whole stay! I would give Chris 10 star's if I could!!!

Summer Camp

My Dance Team and parents really enjoyed the house and the pool area! It was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy! I had the opportunity to meet the owner briefly and he was really nice. Our host Chris was excellent! Any problems we encountered (not many) we quickly rectified! The only drawback was the lack of parking and the noise decimals. But after the 1st day, we got it down to a science! Lol I recommend this property for future stays..

Perfect for house for what we needed

We stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. This was a pretty central location. The neighborhood was good. Neighbors were friendly. Only had one major complaint. The thermostat was shut off our last night when we didn’t leave until @5am the next morning.

Don’t Recommend

The house was nice but all of the sheets, pillow, covers, and the tub was dirty we had to wash them once we got there. The pool wasn’t clean when we got there they had to send someone out the next morning to clean it. They had a couple of things broken that i sent pictures of in sent it to them. They rule for the noise is terrible because we had men there who had big voices in they kept calling us telling us can we lower it down. I would rather stay at a hotel the next time before staying here again. The only thing that was good about it that the house was nice but other then the stuff was dirty and the noise rule sucks. In no we didn’t have a party it was just 12 of us. We tired to have game night in stuff with just us in the house and they kept texting me and calling me. FIND SOME WEAR ELSE TO GO CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE PERFECT GETAWAY PLACE FOR A VACATION....

Accommodating and great communication here!

Myself and co workers rented this property as we had traveled to the area for work purposes. The communication with property management and owner were great. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. The home is as described and pictures are spot on. Plenty of space allowing us to set up our own individual work areas. Beautiful home in what we found to be a nice quiet neighborhood with access to all major highways as we were traveling a bit throughout the Houston area. Restaurants and stores were just around the corner making quick trips to the store a breeze. We appreciate you all allowing us to stay at your home and in the event we need to travel to this area again, we will definitely look at this home again!

Great house with lots of space to spread out.

We were here for a baseball tournament and wanted a comfy and cool place to come back to. We travel a lot and we’re tired of eating out all the time. This place was perfect and the pool was awesome. Our teenage boys loved the game room and we all had plenty of space to spread out!!!
