L2650 | Beautiful Mtn Home | Private Hot Tub | Mountain Views | Winter Shuttle

This beautifully decorated mountain home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and sleeps up to 10 people. A/C units installed in spring 2023 - ultimate comfort during the warmer months! The large, well-equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, and the family or group meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table or breakfast bar. The spacious living room has a fireplace, large flat-screen TV and sound system, plus access to the private deck off the front of the house. After a day of adventures or exploring, relax in the home's private hot tub.

During the winter ski season, you can take full advantage of the winter shuttle service, with the ski slopes and entertainment within minutes from the property. If you choose to walk the short distance to the ski area, you will pass the neighborhood market/liquor store, pub, coffee shop and ski shop. There are also popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the many activities on the Mountain or around Downtown Steamboat.

Great Home, Great Location!

Great home for our group of two families descending on Steamboat from across the country. The pictures don’t really do the home justice, feeling more spacious than anticipated. It is well-appointed, suiting all of our cooking and general living needs. We would certainly return.

Great Ski Vacation for Couples and Infant

My wife and I stayed at the property for 4 nights with three other couples and our 5 month-old baby. The place was perfect: the hot tub was well-maintained, the shuttle service to the ski resort was timely and easy, and the house had everything we needed (including a walk-in closet that served as a perfect baby bedroom). I recommend this property without reservations.

Family Reunion Stay

We needed a place that would work for multi-generation and this house was perfect. The third floor housed a family with two younger girls, the downstairs two bedrooms, two other families, and the main floor of course - was given to grandma and grandpa. Everyone enjoyed family time as well as plenty of space to move around. Thanks for outfitting everything so beautifully from comfortable furniture to a well stocked kitchen for cooking!

Townhome

This is a nice property that should work very well for ski season. It has a two car garage and 4 bedrooms, one on the top floor, one on the main level and two on the lower level. It does not have air conditioning so in the summer can be warm. The bedroom on the top level is not really usable in summer due to heat. It has a deck overlooking the street, which is generally quiet, and also a hot tub on the deck. The only downside there is there is no privacy for the hot tub. The home is about 5 minutes up the mountain from HWY 40. Good grocery stores close. About 10 minutes to the heart of downtown.

Great location!

This property is perfectly located for skiing. It’s walking distance to the gondola and the on call shuttle will take you anywhere. The house was comfortable - 3 king beds was perfect for our families. The kitchen was a good size and there was ample seating. The lounge chairs in the family room were always in high demand! The hot tub right off the living room was super convenient and much needed after a day of skiing. It would have been nice if the kitchen were a little better stocked with basic necessities like olive oil or pam spray. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Great House and Location

Came with every amenity you could ask for, and the layout is great for hosting multiple families. Bedrooms are far enough away from living spaces that kid's getting sleeping while the parents were up. Check in was easy, but property wasn't quite ready by stated check in time.

Great location, awesome hot tub, very spacious. We did have trouble with the Grill, seemed like it was not staying hot and we were worried about the gas being on with no flame. Had a fun time and would absolutely do it again!

This property is great! had plenty of space, exactly as pictured, even heated floors in the lower level which was a nice treat. Loved the hot tub, location and shuttle service. Only part that was a little odd was the lack of convenience in Steamboat. They advertise they have lyft, uber and instacart, dont be fooled, no one shows up, instacart accepts your order and doesn't deliver. The town is still a little in the early 2000s but if you know what to expect hopefully you wont have to find plan B in a rush.

The staff at Pioneer Ridge were top notch everything we ask for or needed they were right there from check in to check out. The property was nothing short of amazing from top to bottom everything in the condo was very thought out to make our stay unforgettable. Last but not least the shuttle service at Pioneer was very fast and comfortable, all the drivers were the best I’ve ever had. We were not aware at booking that this house had no central air. Several days while we were there, the inside temperature was well over 80 degrees even though we used the windows and fans as you instructed. The third floor, especially was almost unbearable and took until the middle of the night to cool down only to get hot again a few hours after sun up even with the windows closed and fans on. I know this weather doesn't happen often, but some kind of plan needs to be in place for days like this.
