Beautiful apartment just like the pictures and other reviews

Could not fault the apartment, was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great location, you could walk into the main part of Nice or get the tram or bus which are literally a few metres walk. Also great supermarket a few min walk away.

The property was fantastic - my daughter and I stayed here and wish we could've stayed longer. They place was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Catherine and Charlotte were extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to stat

Absolutely loved this apartment right on the Port everything was high spec. Would defo recommend and return. Loved the little bar across the road as well and all the lovely nearby restaurants. From start to finish communication with the owners was very speedy.

Loved our stay in Nice!

The property was just as advertised- clean, well stocked and beautifully located overlooking the port! The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful, making our stay so easy! Even when spending the day in the Old City, it was an easy walk back to the apartment to relax with a snack and a glass of wine before heading back out for dinner. In fact, it made for a beautiful view of the sunset! We absolutely loved our stay in Nice!

One of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in

We can't say enough about this property nor it's owner or manager. From the location (and view to port), to the cleanliness, space, decor, security, communication, amenities (ability to temp control each room). Nice is a great city and these accomodations made our stay even better. We would highly recommend this apartment

The property was perfect in every way, location, space, comfort and amenities. It was one block to the harbor and 15 minute walk to old town Nice. Multiple restaurants within 5 mins and fully stock grocery store a block away.

Perfect location & beautiful apartment!

This lovely apartment is just as advertised! Quite large with everything we needed to eat in when desired. Very comfortable beds and well appointed. Excellent walkable location to Old Town, restaurants, beach! Also across the street from tram! Couldn’t be more convenient! Our contact, Katherine, met us at our checkin & was so delightful & helpful with our questions! Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment & superbly located

Spacious, clean, tasteful, and well-appointed apartment within a 5-15 minute walk to many of Nice's top sights: the old city, Cours Saleya, Colline du chateau, Promenade des anglais, Place Massena, etc. The view of the harbor is like a postcard. Conveniently located (1 block) to the tramline and buses to other Riviera destinations, as well as supermarkets, patisseries, and restaurants. Reservation and check-in were very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

Our Favourite Apartment!

Our family of 6 agreed this was our favourite apartment in all our European travels! It was so beautifully decorated, so spacious and comfortable. There was a fabulous range of crockery and cutlery. The view from the lounge room across to the Port of Nice was exceptional. The location was excellent- a short stroll from the tram stop from the airport and with restaurants, a wonderful bakery and supermarkets all around. Would thoroughly recommend!

Stay in Nice

Lovely property overlooking the port in Nice. The location is wonderful, overlooking the port, but only a short walk into the Old Town. The property itself is on the 4th floor with stunning port views. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need for your stay. Check in and out were very easy and relaxed and Catherine could not have been nicer or more helpful, which was really appreciated. There are plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants within a few steps of the front door. There is a small pebble beach giving access into the sea around 5-10 mins walk from the apartment, just past the harbour. Overall highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Nice.

Perfect Place

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We are traveling for a few months, and it's been our favorite rental! The pictures are great, but it's even more special in person. It was very clean and had anything one would need. Our host was very communicative and had her friend, Catherine, meet us upon our arrival. Catherine was nothing short of spectacular. She was so lovely and made us feel very at home. It was like we'd known her for years. We only wish we could've stayed longer. The rental, the host, the "Catherine"...it was a dream experience. We wholeheartedly recommend!

Great place. Nice light. Very comfortable.

Loved the property. Bed was comfy. Quiet. Great location on Port Lympia. Can take the #2 train to lots of places. Parking was at a close facility & very safe. Neighborhood had all amenities. Near Old Town; the "main" part of Nice was a short walk away, but much more crowded. Kitchen was fully equipped. Only negative was a neighbor smoker and the landlord dealt with it quickly. Hard to get away from smoke in So. France.

Spectacular flat in a wonderful area of Nice

My wife and two daughters stayed at this apartment form 3 nights in August and can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Everything form Catherine the apartment attendee who met us promptly to familiarize us with the apartment to the apartment itself. I have stayed in more than 10 VRBO apartments over Europe and this one was the most beautiful. Everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the well appointed furniture,comfortable beds,wonderful bed linens/towels were the added benefit.To note, another benefit is that you are right in the middle of the old port which is a beautiful non- touristy area of Nice. We found amazing restaurants for breakfast and dinner within yards of the flat. Would love to visit the area and stay her again. Thank you Halpern family

Perfect!

Our second stay in this lovely apartment. Special mention to Charlotte and Catherine who make booking and arriving so easy. We are an all female group ranging from 60 to 80 and on arrival into the apartment this time it felt like home. So comfortable with everything you could wish for. Located on the 4th floor there is a delightful lift. Much welcomed by our luggage not to mention me! The window overlooking the busy port provides fascinating viewing (how do they manoeuvre all those big yachts without crashing!). The situation is excellent with the tram from the airport virtually on the door step, an excellent Boulangerie and supermarket just round the corner and an easy walk to the Old Town and amenities. Another happy memory for us. Thank you Charlotte Marc and Catherine.

Wonderful stay in Nice!

This apartment is the absolute perfect location to stay in Nice. My husband and I stayed with two of our grown children for 4 nights/5 days. It is right at the Port of Nice - within walking distance of the Old Town (MANY shops and restaurants/grocery stores) as well as numerous bakeries right in its own neighborhood. There was a small beach close by and the much larger main coast by the Old Town - the beautiful Azure colored sea. The apartment is spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. We ate dinner in 1 night and had everything we needed to cook. Having access to a washing machine was wonderful. There is a tram right out the door that leads within Nice and a train station about a 20 minute walk (NIce Riquier) that takes you all along the French Rivieria and into Italy. The apartment worked out so nicely for our family as compared to a hotel - I would highly recommend it.

Location Location Location!

This beautiful apartment is located in the Old Port of Nice. Everything you need groceries, restaurant, shops is within easy walking distance. You can walk to Castle Hill and explore the beautiful park, the historic cemeteries and the magnificent views of Nice from the top of the hill. You can also walk to the Cours Saleya Market a good starting point for exploring all of Old Town Nice or take a stroll along the promenade de anglais and enjoy the water views. So much to do, no car required! We were two couples and found the apartment to spacious and comfortable for everyone. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The owner is easy to reach and communicate with. We were met by his representative who graciously showed us all the apartment amenities, recommended restaurants and presented us with a bottle wine. Great way to start our vacation!

The best apartment in Nice

We spent Christmas in this apartment and it was perfect! The old port is quieter than the promenade and the apartment has an amazing view. We could still walk to everything! It was an amazing family vacation.

Heaven in Nice

We have rented apartments while traveling for over 20 years. This is one of the best. Perfect location. Well equipped and clean. Easy access to transportation and living essentials. The crown jewel is the property manager, Catherine. She went out of her way to help us with a couple of situations that arose. Very appreciative. Hope to be able to return in the future.

Merveilleux week-end à Nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nice et pu en profiter pleinement grâce à l'appartement de Marc et Charlotte. Situé face au port, avec une superbe vue, le logement était idéalement placé pour les amateurs de balades sur le front de mer et pour visiter la vieille ville. L'appartement en lui-même est spacieux, confortable et merveilleusement bien équipé. Nous sommes particulièrement reconnaissant de la flexibilité que nous avons eu à notre arrivée...plus que tardive à 22h30 ! Merci encore aux propriétaires et à leur dame de confiance, d'une gentillesse incroyable.

Great location, plenty of room for all 6 of us! Pictures online do not do this apartment justice, very quaint and spacious. Extremely convenient and within walking distance to main attractions. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
