I stayed here for a week while completing a course at CSU. The property is cute, cosy, and clean. There is a nice outdoor seating area. While I didnât have to cook meals as they were provided, you could cook basic meals (more than I expected given the size of the place). While the space was small, nothing major lacked. The entrance is off an alley way, so feels a bit strange at night, but I didnât run into anyone or have any problems. Would stay again. This would be perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to old town.
My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this adorable hideaway studio! The home has been well thought out with everything we could possibly need, and it was such a peaceful and restful stay. It is a short walk to downtown with easy access to the charm of Fort Collins. Tyler was a great host, we highly recommend his hideaway!
Everything about this place was charming. It was in a great location, had every amenity, was cozy and would absolutely stay again. Tyler was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. You will not regret booking this property!
A great launching pad to all of your (1-2 person) adventures in downtown Fort Collins and beyond! Very walkable and beautiful neighborhood just on the edge of great dining and entertainment options. Seamless check in process and communicative host. Only thing of note is late risers may not like this property as much as I found it got quite a lot of natural light in the morning, even with the shades drawn. This was fine for me personally, just know some people like it to be dark.
This the perfect place for a single person or couple to stay when visiting Fort Collins. Access is easy, parking is great, outside entry area is nice, key entry, first view of the apartment sells the place. Itâs a compact apartment, but has everything. The pillows were great, the bed was comfy, there was a complete kitchen sans a dishwasher, but you wouldnât expect that and the bathroom was new with a great shower; it even had a bench for people with disabilities, it wasnât zero entry though. I understand those would be a maintenance issue for a host. The communication was good and we loved the place. Our son and family live in old town, so it is very convenient and we will try to rent it each time we visit going forward. I did lose a set of Volvo keys, probably on the couch where I placed our suitcase, and I hope the hosts will look closely for them when they clean up today and let me know.
Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to downtown but very quiet and secluded. Owner was great and didn't get mad when I screwed up by not checking out on time.
This property is exactly as described and VERY close to Old Town. Clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, easy check -in/out, and quiet neighborhood!
Will absolutely rent this place again!!!!
Stay only one night⊠it was perfect for what we needed. Walked to Old Town. Even found a delivered package of Crumbl cookies at our door upon checkout.
Property was clean and sufficient. A gate on the outside of the property separating the place from the ally would have provided a safer more private feeling. Other than that it was a nice place very centrally located.
Small house, and it has everything you need for your stay! Walk downtown to restaurants and more shopping than you thought possible. Very cool vibe and Tyler is great to work with as an owner. Everything was as described in the listing, with check in / check out super easy as well. Our stay was only two nights, but we hung out on the porch for a bit both nights. Love the area and this property, will book again for future trips.
We were in town for my sons graduation from CSU and the tiny house had everything we needed! Esp. liked the outdoor area to sit and relax after all the weekend excitement.
We were in town for one night, and wanted to avoid a hotel. Property was conveniently located for our itinerary. Quaint, charming studio. Well stocked with many items if you want to cook or grill. Great for a couple, would be tight for more.
Fort Collins is the place to be. We have over 300 sunny days per year, and a vibrant community that offers something for everyone. This location is close to everything!
