Horse Nest est une belle cabine de studio de luxe nichée dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. Rejoindre la forêt nationale d'Ouachita. Profitez de la cuisine entièrement équipée ou cuisinez dehors sur le gril et mangez autour du foyer ou à côté du magnifique foyer extérieur. Détendez-vous ensuite près du feu dans le superbe bain à remous ou jouez à un jeu de fers à cheval. Il a un grand lit king size, de grands téléviseurs à écran plat et une console de jeux. Détendez-vous dans le confort à côté du foyer 2 faces. Privé, mais proche de tous les divertissements, restaurants, golf grossier et marina. Horse Nest a été construit pour que deux personnes s'éloignent de tout. Mais il a un petit loft qui peut accueillir deux enfants si vous ne trouvez pas de gardien et que vous souhaitez passer un séjour en famille !!!

Disappointing Cleanliness & Lack of Resolution

Our stay was unfortunately marred by significant cleanliness issues upon arrival. The bedding had visible hair, grass, and dirt, requiring my husband and me to strip, shake out, and wash the sheets ourselves before use. As a result, we were unable to sleep in the bed on our first night and had to resort to the couch and recliner instead. A clean bed upon check-in is a basic expectation. I reached out to the host, Denise multiple times regarding this issue and requested a reasonable refund for the first night, along with the cleaning fee with no resolution or response to my last 2 text messages. I do believe this matter should have been handled more professionally, including a direct phone call rather than only text messages.I would caution future guests to confirm the property’s cleanliness standards before booking, as this experience did not meet expectations.

Front & back porch was dirty, there was not two king beds which was ok for us but it’s miss leading on the web site. If you are older as we are, the driveway is rocky and very narrow, so larger vehicles are hard to get in and out of the driveway.

Overall stay wS outsdanding. Loved the cabin and the area. The only issues was the hot tub water had an odor to it and we found one dead roach and one live one. They were the black roaches. We both would recomend to friends and stay again ourselves.

Wonderful

Beautiful cabin, perfect for a couple needing a getaway. There was a minor mix up as she has two identical cabins in the same road. The navigation brought us to the first cabin and we should have been at the second cabin. The owner was wonderful and answered any questions quickly! We had everything we needed in there!

Absolutely NO PRIVACY

NO PRIVACY at this cabin. My wife and I wanted a place that we could get away and have some time for just us. We scoured VRBO and came across this cabin. The listing advertises that it is “private” and where “two people to get away from it all”. That can’t be further from the truth and we were extremely disappointed. There are other cabins in VERY close proximity and the back porch and hot tub offer NO privacy. From the hot tub you are so close to the next cabin that you can see everyone inside and easily see what they are doing. The neighboring one is also a much larger, multiple storied, family cabin, so they can look down on the back patio/hot tub with ease. The neighboring hot tub is also even closer than the cabin, and again with a direct line of sight. Close enough that you can not only see them but also hear what they are talking about. All these cabins appear to be owned by same people so it is not like the layout was something they could not avoid. We have rented in the area several times and have never seen a cabin with this little privacy from those around you. Now this cabin, inside, is absolutely amazing. It has everything you would want. The bed is large/comfortable, the linens are amazing, the shower was phenomenal, the living room furniture was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could want. If I was rating the interior of the cabin only I would not hesitate to stay here again. However rating the property as a whole, I would choose elsewhere because of there being absolutely no privacy outside. We had planned spending most of our time outside on the back porch and in the hot tub but sadly we felt uncomfortable being out there. It seems that the cabin which had been there was upgraded to this new one last year. Many reviews mentioned privacy curtains for the back patio but that must have been on the old one as this had nothing like that.

Great Escape

Great getaway in the woods of Oklahoma. We would recommend this cabin for any couple looking to step away from the common stresses of life. A cozy cabin for two that truly allows for a reset retreat!

Awesome place to stay and relax. Will definitely be staying there again.

This cabin was perfect size for my wife and I, we will definitely be booking it again soon. The property was very nice and pretty much secluded to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor fireplace with some drinks. I give it a 10 rating. We just left this morning and we are already getting ready to book our next stay. We live in East Texas and the drive was nice and by to far to return several times a year.

Lovely cabin

We had a great weekend spent in this cozy cabin. Very clean, secluded private feel, good location. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Only negative thing I can say about our experience is the bed. It needs a new mattress. It’s a king size bed, but we had no choice but to sleep on top of each other, because you can’t help but roll to the middle of the mattress.

Perfect getaway

This cabin was the perfect place for me and my husband to getaway for a few days. The location was very close to town which was convenient. Cabin was very clean with lots of board games and corn hole boards which was a nice surprise. Very beautiful cabin the owners did a wonderful job of making it feel like home away from home.
