Besoin de sortir de tout? Découvrez tout ce que le Sun Lakes Country Club a à offrir aux voyageurs de plus de 55 ans! Notre maison dispose de deux suites de maître, d'une cuisine raffinée, d'un salon et d'une salle à manger accueillants, ainsi que d'une vue fabuleuse sur les courts de tennis et les terrains de golf situés à l'arrière. Marchez 100 mètres jusqu'au club-house qui comprend une salle à manger rénovée, des piscines et un bain à remous, une piscine pour la nage en longueur, des courts de tennis et de pickle ball et un bar agréable avec musique live les jeudi et vendredi soirs. Le salon Mulligan accueille des orchestres trois soirs par semaine et se trouve à quelques minutes en voiturette de golf. Grillez sur la terrasse tout en dégustant une boisson fraîche et en regardant le coucher du soleil. Une voiturette de golf facilite le transport vers l'un des cinq terrains de golf de la communauté. Avons-nous mentionné que la maison a une salle Arizona pour plus d'espace pour divertir? Plus WiFi et Smart TV pour les nuits agréables à la maison. La maison est meublée avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour vous détendre et vous évader. Wonderful Property

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities one would need when on vacation. Plus, property managers had great communication and were very accommodating with a late check-out. We hope to be back soon - thank you again!

Western trip

Sun Lakes is a very nice area with lots of activities for active people. We enjoyed the pitch and putt course literally in the backyard, the lovely swimming pool at the clubhouse and of course, it’s restaurants. The house we stayed in was perfect for our visit to sunny Arizona.

Everything I needed and more👍🏻

What a beautiful location and the owners provided the most incredible experience. From the golf cart to the hand lotion to the soft, cotton sheets it was all the little extras that made a difference.

Great Location

SunLakes is a great location . Close to shopping. and many golf courses. This property was clean and a perfect size to make your stay a relaxing one. Cheryl & Mike are extreamly accommodating. I would 100% recommend this property!!!

Sun Lakes in November.

My wife and I took a short trip during the month of November to visit relatives in Sun Lakes, AZ. We rented a home via VRBO from Cheryl & MIke who were gracious and attentive hosts. The property was conveniently located within the community, clean, and very well maintained. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Perfect house close to pool!

We stayed in this house for the last 3 weeks. We really found the location fantastic! The neighborhood is extremely quiet. I appreciated that the pool and clubhouse were in walking distance. The only negative is that the carpet was hard on my allergies and lazy boy chairs are in need of replacement.

Fantastic vacation!!!

When looking for a relaxing golf vacation, this is exactly what we had in mind!!! Mike and Cheryl were very welcoming and easy to deal with. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and it had everything we needed. The furniture and bed were all very comfy. The golf cart was certainly a plus - getting to the golf courses and pools!! We were so happy with our experience, we booked again before we left. Thanks so much JMAC!!!!

Fabulous in Phoenix

We had a fabulous vacation on this trip, our first through VRBO. The house was immaculately clean, and working with Cheryl was incredibly easy. It was the perfect location for us and our 2 adult sons: steps out the back gate to pitch and putt golf, and only a few steps more to pickle ball, pool, jacuzzi, and the clubhouse. We used all of them multiple times a day. Having a golf cart was super handy so we could keep the rental car to one day. We want to stay for two weeks next year!

Just right for me

I stayed at this Sun Lakes house in order to have an experience of the community and the fitness opportunities. I was able to walk out the back door to take walks on the Greenbelt. I was able to participate in fitness classes at the Cottonwood/Palo Verde fitness center. The pool nearby was closed and being cleaned, so I used the pool at Cottonwood. The house itself met all of my needs.

Annual November Ladies Getaway

Ladies annual November getaway with main focus on golf and Pickleball. Location was perfect for both plus swimming, hot tub, bocce ball, exercise room and pitch & putt coarse all located out the back patio! Both bedrooms were a nice size with large closets and t.v. Bath in master and 2nd bath located next to other bedroom. The use of a golf car with rental was absolutely a big plus for getting around the resort and playing golf. Perfect for our needs.

Stayed at this property August 2024. I chose this location due to my family living in the same development. It was a quick drive to my family’s home, walking distance actually if not for the heat. The home is conveniently located near amenities such as tennis courts and pool. I could walk out the gate in backyard and be at the pool in 2-3 minutes. The home was nicely furnished, clean and had everything I. Needed. The owners were pleasant to deal with and I was met by one for check in that filled me in on the home and using facilities of the community. I will definitely rent this home and from these owners again.

AWESOME VACATION RENTAL!!!

We loved our stay here!!! Thank you Mike and Cheryl for sharing your Az. home with us. Once we got settled in they came over and told us about the area and even brought some golf clubs over for the guys to use instead of them having to rent some. The place was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including a golf cart to use. The location was perfect. It is literally only 155 steps to the awesome pool area where we met a lot of great people. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is our favorite. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Cheryl's was a joy to work with and her place was the perfect home away from home for our stay. The house's amenities were top notch and the best any of us had experienced in other VRBO stays. The house was white glove clean and had all the amenities of our own home including a grill. In addition, the community had golfing available within a block of the house (and Cheryl even provided a golf cart!), a pitch & put right next to the back yard, hot tube, lap pool, swimming pool, exercise room (one for the ladies and a separate one for the men), sauna and club house restaurant about 100 feet from the back door. I could not imagine finding anything better. Location also was perfect for the SE Valley. Would definitely recommend Cheryl's place and would love to come back next year!

Great place for value minded renters

We enjoyed the location of this property as it was steps to the sun lakes clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and golf practice area as well as walking paths around the lakes. The neighborhood had a very friendly feel. The home itself was adequate but would benefit from new recliners in the living room and a deep cleaning of carpets, vents and behind the beds. The beds were comfortable but the recliners in the living room were old and hard to sit in for very long. The appliances were old but worked. The smoke alarm went off when we used the oven even though it seemed clean. The house was fairly well stocked with essentials on arrival. Overall our stay was pretty good.

The master bathroom vent was cleaned after you checked out - thank you for bringing that to our attention. We were unable to duplicate the issue with the smoke detector in the kitchen. We LOVED EVERYTHING about this rental!!!

This house was spacious, beautiful with comfortable beds, pillows and funiture. Tons of amenities. It had everything we needed plus extras we wanted and didn't expect they would have. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Cheryl gave clear property information and instructions. She always quickly responded to all our questions with excellent communication and even helped us with things that had nothing to do with our rental and loaned us a container for my husband to use for his baseball games.This house was located very close to many grocery stores and other shopping. It was conveniently located to the baseball fields my husband played at. It is set in a wonderful senior community that has a golf course, gym, restaurants, hot tub, heated pools, and aquacise classes that I really enjoyed taking with Maggie and Dina as instructors. This rental really exceeded our expectations for a wonderful stay. I made a lot of friends here and would love to return. We highly recommend this rental and hosts.

Cozy Home in the Desert

Property: Size-able home that is comfortable to sleep in. Has anything that you could need and anything you’ve forgotten can easily be bought at one of the nearby stores which are maybe 1-2 miles from you. Community: Elderly community that is generally friendly and relaxed. Plenty to do in the evenings and on the weekends. Houses are organized and mostly uniform with a few exceptions in the plants that grow. There’s a large community pool as well as a gym and a restaurant. Location: About 20 mins from S. Phoenix if there’s no traffic in a cute community just next to the desert that has amazing views of the mountains when you drive to the edge of the neighborhood. Hosts: Very personable and down to earth people who work to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They are very communicative and won’t bother you unnecessarily. I strongly recommend this property to anyone who has read this and has a guest who is 55+ as this is located in an HOA.

Great location

The property was wonderful. It had everything you need to stay Was great to have a golf cart. Husband would have like better TV channels.

I'm very sorry if there was miscommunication about how to access the YouTubeTV channels - it has almost anything you can want plus Netflix, Hulu, Tubi, and the others. You were great guests and we hope to see you again!

A Little Piece of Heaven in Az.

This property is the best spot around. It has Everything you need in this darling home. Very Cozy and inviting. The location is perfect, so close to everything. You can walk to the pool, hot tub, restaurants, or better yet if your not in the mood for walking take the Awesome 4 person golf cart for a spin to these places. So much fun to drive around and the horn on it is the best ever. Cheryl, Mike and Joe the owners are the best ever to work with. Anything you need or if their is a problem they are right their to help. This house is equipped with everything and if not just ask and they will make sure you get it. Mulligans Pub is a fun place to hang out if you want a cold Beer or Adult Beverage, The Bartender was awesome. Don’t miss out on a great Property with amazing owner. Thanks Cheryl, Mike and Joe, your the best. 😇💚🙏
