Great stay! Our host was very accessible and very helpful.

Visited family in area. We especially loved the pool! Location was perfect for our visit, and we liked the proximity to downtown Chandler.

A great place to rest!

This property comes exactly as advertised! There were no surprises after we checked in . Unlike other places we have stayed at where the listing pictures didn't match the current state of the property, this was not the case with this property. I had contacted Darren initially with some questions and he was very quick to answer. I had indicated that the pool loungers were worn and Darren replaced them in less than 48 hrs. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The pool was clean, well maintained and an excellent addition to our vacation. We have already booked our stay for next year & would highly recommend this property.

Will not be staying again

I have been here twice before when things were better managed and maintained. I arranged for the pool to be heated and paid extra for it, only to find out the heater broke before my arrival and the owner was aware but never informed me to give me a chance to book elsewhere. He did refund me the heating fee I paid, only After I Asked. Floors were filthy, ice machine broke and removed, garage door opens at night by a nearby neighbor so you wake up to open garage door and the smell of weed was strong whenever I went in the backyard. Bottom line- not what it used to be. Couldn’t enjoy the pool nor yard. Location is the only thing going for it.

Nice home in great neighborhood

One week stay to visit relatives/grandkids near by. Home was very nice and the pool was enjoyed by all. Good location with short drives to multiple tourist attractions. Would definitely come back in the future.

Chandler AZ trip

The property was as described. We really enjoyed the pool. We walked to downtown Chandler several times which was just a few short blocks. Much better than driving and trying to find a place to park on the weekends! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely rent this property again.

Terrific location and home!

I have friends nearby that came over from time to time to swim, but I work remotely and working from the patio was a dream! Sunny everyday and so much to do close by!

Great house to unwind and to host friends.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Chandler. The house was clean and well stocked. With the extra table, it made a great place for us to play games with our friends, without having to pick things up when we ate. The house was very close to many great eating places and centrally located for visiting with all of our friends in the area. Darren responded quickly to all questions and problems that we had. We would love to come back!

Rough start, good finish

We rented the property for 4 weeks starting January 1, 2023. The host, Darren, was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We did have several water issues the first week but they were all resolved within a day or so. No issues with access and the home was in pretty good shape.

Great property in convenient location

Second time staying here and I would highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay in the Chandler area. Nice neighborhood and handy to shopping and entertainment. Wonderful time spent here!

Perfect Chandler location

Perfect family get together house. Just husband and I stayed but had family over to swim and BBQ. Clean accommodations, plenty of seating for the fam, comfortable beds and owner very responsive. Had a couple minor issues and they were quick to respond and remedy issues. Overall great stay and we would definitely stay here on future trips to Arizona. One caveat is pic of coffee shows K-cups so we got several flavors and it’s a completely different system that’s does not take kcups. It’s a Bosch Tassimo for all you coffee lovers.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, we loved the pool! Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds. Only issue, was the hot water heater seemed to not be working well. 😒 Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful outside

The house is location was in gated community felt very safe.. Outside patio was relaxing in the pool.. only thing would be to update towels sheets and pillows..

Peaceful place to be...

The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Close to the freeway and grocery store. House and pool were perfect getaway. AC was slow to cool, but owner was very responsive to our concern and provided assistance and direction. It was just what we wanted.

Short STay after road trip

The home was just as in the photos. Plenty of space for the three of us. The Pool was heated and we enjoyed using it. This was our first experience using furnished rentals and it was pleasant. At dusk, there were what appeared to be 3 small Bats flying around from the backyard behind us. One even swooped down towards my son's head while swimming. There were many others Birds, and sounds that were delightful.. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very quiet. We loved visiting in Chandler; so many fun things to do.COVID-19 put a little damper on our stay but we enjoyed the walks and the food.

Home Away From Home

The house was a wonderful home away from home for us. I would definitely stay here again if the situation arises. The owner has decorated and furnished with a variety of styles and I found all of it fun and full of personality. Kitchen: The kitchen was very well supplied with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. It also had many staples like salt, pepper and seasoning. We purchased food and cooked every day and left a few items for your use. All the appliances were great. The ice maker doesn't dispense ice but I didn't mind opening up the freezer for the plentiful ice. All the needed cleaning supplies and paper products were there for use. In the family room area there is a recliner for two that was amazing! We watched movies on the TV that were located on an attached computer. Everything you can imagine! Master Bedroom: The bathroom and shower were great. Clean and roomy. The vanity had giant, empty drawers for our toiletry items which is a huge plus. The bed is a Queen which for me was the only downside since I am so used to a King, but it was extremely comfortable. The dresser drawers were empty for use as was the closet full of empty hangers. Be prepared for the sun to bathe the bedroom through the bathroom window really early. We probably should have hung something up to shield our eyes in the morning but we were on central time for sleep anyway so we didn't mind. There were towels available as well as a wash cloth or two. Plenty! Laundry: The washer and dryer room contained wash supplies and we did a couple loads of laundry. A/C: The A/C was awesome but seems to have shut down the morning we were packing to leave. Must have been on a timer or something even though we were out by 9:30. It got pretty warm pretty fast. Garage: The house comes with a garage and automatic door opener which is a huge plus in the AZ heat. Pool: Ahhhh I really enjoyed the pool. It was clean and refreshing with pretty flowers all around. There are two well-padded sunbeds, a table with four chairs, a side table and a foot stool out by the pool. There is very little shade so in the absence of a sun umbrella, i had taken a small rain umbrella which shielded the fair skin on my face sufficiently. The only grass in the back yard area is artificial turf and it gets hot quick so take your flip flops! We were sad to see there was no grill at the house but we made do just fine. Thank you to the owners for making your place available!!!
