We enjoyed our stay at The Corner Lot Casa. The house was very clean, it was in a quiet area and easy to find. The check in was smooth and it was just as described on the website. We were able to have a very enjoyable Thanksgiving break here, the yard was nice to have for our dogs and we were able to walk our dogs in the interesting neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
We were visiting family for Christmas. The property was very convenient for our purpose. Great location for getting groceries. A good neighborhood for walking the dog and a nicely fenced yard for him.
This was our second time staying at the corner lot. The house was just as comfortable, and even cleaner than last time, which is saying something.
Only thing we would change is if it was a bit closer to campus.
Great location for my family of four to explore the Tucson area. We loved having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the outside grilling and seating area. Very clean. Nice towels
My son and his family live in Tucson, so I wanted a place where I could stay and have the family over, when I come down to visit. We had a blast. Itâs not fancy, so you donât feel up-tight about the kids running around having fun. It was clean and more spacious than the hotels I have gotten before. The neighborhood is very quiet. I will definitely be back. The communication with the owners was good.
This was a great house for our vacation in Tucson. The rooms are spacious, the furniture comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. Taylor was responsive to our questions, even before we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near the parks that we like to visit. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Taylor!
We were the first to stay at this property. The interior was updated with new appliances, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets. Beds very comfortable. It was clean and simply decorated.
The exterior was still being worked on during our stay. It is just one block off a main thoroughfare and therefore very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed meeting Taylor. Taylor and Yuko were very responsive to any questions we had online or by phone.
The overall experience was great, the property was exactly as described. Just a few minor things, the back yard area needed some cleaning to enjoy the patio, also found a couple of small bugs inside the home but nothing that would make you feel uncomfortable. One thing that I found to be a slight inconvenience a checking out. The property does say to check out at 11, and they expect you OUT promptly at 11. Not sure if it was the property manager or the owner, but they showed up right at 11 knocking on the door to make sure we were almost out. That was a bit of a negative for me, but overall the stay was enjoyable.
I don't know if it was this sites or owners fault but I sent multiple messages about me and my friends having a surprise little kickback Halloween birthday party for my best friend and told them that the people that were there for the party wouldn't be staying the night there and and who drinks would be 21+ and all smoking would be done outside the house but we still got kicked out and had to pay for staying the night even though we cleaned everything up and left. But the place was nice, a very good home. It was fun while it lasted.
Great pet friendly rental. So nice to be able to kick back and relax at this rental after a day of competing at dog sports at Kino Sports Complex. The rental was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the dogs enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard area. Our favorite place to dine out was Zinfandelâs Burger and Wine Bar on River Road.
We were here for the week and enjoyed the stay. Nice cottage with a big backyard and covered patio. Would certainly book this again. Sleeps 6 but it would be tight if if all adults. Kitchen is nice and updated. The only thing keeping this rating from being 5 stars is the furniture is dated, and no real eating/dining area inside. Overall though this is a nice place to stay.
We were in town for our daughters U of A Graduation. With siblings coming in town, not sure of how many, an rental worked best for our family. Close to U of A and perfect for our needs.
This house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We lived the rain shower in bathroom! Enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the back porch covered patio. Would stay again if in the area!!
Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)
Together - We make a great team and We look forward to meeting more people via VRBO
Knew it would work well, as it has which has another casita behind it that we use as a vacation rental. So if this one isn't open, inquire about one of our other homes.
With that said, We absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. You can't get any more centrally located to EVERYTHING to do in Tucson ! Close to U OF A, hiking golf, great restaurants, parks, botanical gardens, malls, downtown entertainment etc, while located in a well established quiet neighborhood that was built out in 1940's.
ON TOP OF THAT : We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness! It so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Frys - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 !! This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!
Please have a Look, they are all very nice properties. They are all - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - shopping , restaurants, The U of A , and we have 7 other listings so we can accommodate almost any group. We also have tables and chairs for events,, and we go all out to make for the best experience with our events coordinator .
