Votre villa est située à quelques pas de la magnifique piscine Ho'olei et juste en face de la plage de Wailea et du complexe adjacent. Cette villa est l’emplacement idéal pour les journées de piscine et les promenades à la plage. Parlez de commodité!

Le salon s’écoule de manière transparente à l’extérieur sur la véranda couverte spacieuse par des portes en verre coulissantes empilables. Profitez des sièges à l'extérieur, d'un grand gril à gaz extérieur et d'un mini-réfrigérateur. Le dernier étage comprend un salon magnifiquement conçu qui présente un plan d'étage ouvert, aéré et lumineux qui se jette dans la cuisine gastronomique. La cuisine du chef comprend une cuisinière à gaz, des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme, un grand réfrigérateur avec plusieurs tiroirs congélateur, et est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des assiettes et des verres. Transportez facilement votre épicerie et vos bagages à l'étage avec votre propre ascenseur situé dans votre unité!

La chambre principale est située au niveau inférieur et comprend un lit king-size, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, une douche à l'italienne, deux lavabos et un dressing! Profitez de votre propre véranda extérieure privée au rez-de-chaussée avec des chaises longues. La deuxième chambre principale est également située au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative complète. Le dernier étage comprend une chambre d'amis avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Le salon principal dispose également d'un demi-bain, ce qui permet de divertir les invités et la famille!

Les équipements supplémentaires de l'unité incluent la climatisation centrale, un ascenseur privé dans la villa, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un garage privé, un abri voiture couvert, des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage à utiliser à la plage ou à la piscine!

La propriété Ho'olei dispose d'une superbe piscine avec une cascade, d'une plage de sable fin pour les enfants et de 2 jacuzzis. N'hésitez pas à apporter les serviettes de plage fournies dans votre unité à la piscine! Vous trouverez également un centre de remise en forme à côté de la piscine et un pavillon de cuisine couvert. Des massages au bord de la piscine sont également disponibles! Ceci est une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité disponible.

L'accès à la plage est situé directement de l'autre côté de la rue, via le complexe adjacent. Vous pourrez dîner dans l'un des restaurants du complexe et prendre rendez-vous pour un spa dans un établissement voisin, mais veuillez noter que l'accès à la piscine du complexe adjacent n'est pas inclus dans votre réservation dans cette villa de Ho'olei.

Great Stay

The home was as advertised and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials. The welcome gift package of food products was a nice touch. All enjoyed the stay with no issues in a quality unit.

We loved this. The only complain is that we did not get information for check-in three days before. We called your help number and we did get some of the check-in. Had to wait until 4pm exactly to get final codes and it did not work. Reminded me of the Nick Sabin commercial.

What we expected plus more!

This property exceeded our expectations! We were two adults and 4 teens and the most convenient thing was its proximity to the pool and the Grand Wailea resort/beach making it easy for the teens to walk to on their own. The property itself had everything you could possibly need from high-end appliances to games, puzzles, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as many of the basics like towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, aluminum foil, the list goes on. The only downside was its proximity to the road. The view is well hidden, but the sound can be loud (but only when you're outdoors). Also, no access to the Grand Wailea pools but we knew that going in. Seriously consider this property if you're wanting an easy walk to the pool/resort - many of the others are a fairly steep incline of a walk! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fabulous from our contact with Monica to get us checked in and deliver packages shipped from home to the beautiful accommodation to the pool to the location. We will be back with our family of 8 very soon.

Beautiful Maui Retreat

This was our second stay at Ho-O’Lei 12-4. The unit is gorgeous and spacious. It is convenient to the resort entrance, fitness center and pool. All communications were easy, no hiccups whatsoever. Would definitely return!

Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth. This is a high-end home. It was large, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beautiful pool area was even closer. It far exceeded our expectations.

Gorgeous Villa

We were here with 6 family members. Everyone had a great, roomy, comfortable bedroom and en suite bath. Nice, clean pool area and right across the street from the beach. Very clean & kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could want. All in all gorgeous villa! We’d definitely highly recommend & would happily come back.

Wailea Relaxing

We didn’t know that this property does not have access to the amenities at the Grand Wailea until after it was too late to cancel. This should be advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and location and used the Ho’olei pool and walked to the beach. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs and everything that was set up in the house. We had a relaxing time.

Amazing

Amazing property! We stayed her with my husbands family and it has everything you would need. The villa was very well stocked and the staff made sure we had what we needed. Communication was excellent. It was perfect for 6 adults. Location was easy to get around and easy access to the beach. The pool was very relaxing and a beautiful setting. The villa is even nicer in person than the pictures show. I ordered groceries ahead of time which was worth the cost to just have everything there and read. Allowing more time for family. And made it easy for breakfast and us to just visit. We will be back to this property again.

Wailea Home Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Maui. The home we stayed at was well located to beach, resorts, restaurants, etc. The home was clean, the property mgr was responsive. We rented through Airbnb and did not know the exact location of the home. Had we known that the home fronted the main road we would not have rented. We knew it didn’t have an ocean view but didn’t expect such significant traffic noise. I would not stay there again. I recommend the listing service mention traffic noise and proximity to main road.

Expansive, Great Location, All Amenities

We were 3 couples and an infant. We were 4 grandparents, a granddaughter and her mom and dad.. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and main floor bedroom allowed for optimal privacy and quietness. Beds and linens were great, both comfortable and soft. Kitchen had a complete set up with every appliance (including coffee grinder and electric tea pot) and mutple sets of silverware and plates. There was also a drawer of serving ware. Cookware was adequate though a place like this deserves high end cookware. Complete set of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas made heading to any of the public beach access spots easy. The on site pool was dynamite. We spent most of our time there. There were always open seats. Remember to bring the towels. This is a street facing unit though you can’t see the street. Morning and evening commute traffic was a little noisy if the sliders were open or if sitting on the deck. Instead we just had coffee inside around the huge kitchen island. Excellent stay. Definitely a do-again.

Grandparents-Bucket-List Vacation

Our stay at Ho’olei Villa 12-4 was VERY comfortable all-round, from start to finish! Each of the 3 bedrooms (all master-suites w/ensuite baths) were spacious & private for my husband & I, my parents & our two older sons to share. Our adult daughter claimed the pullout sofa in the family room & had her own use of the main floor half-bath as well as sharing our shower. Her only comment was that she was up with the sunshine every morning as the expansive wall-to-wall lanai doors did not have blinds. The shared spaces, particularly the kitchen/family room worked wonderfully for the whole family to gather, whether it be for morning coffee/breakfast or for the group to visit & join in on preparing/tidying up the meals we were easily able to prep within the well-appointed kitchen. The lanai & bbq/grill were enjoyed for both morning/evening relaxation & the open-air meals we cooked. Even though the location of the villa does back onto a bit of a busy roadway, it didn’t phase us too much as any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in paradise was welcomed. The location did prove beneficial as it was closer for us to visit the beautiful Ho’olei pool or easily trek just across the street to the beach/ocean via the pristine Grand Wailea Resort or the enjoy a nice walk to the shops. The peek-a-boo ocean view was framed nicely from the lanai & we knew we were fortunate to get that on top of a fabulous place to stay. Keyless entry was great & contact w/management was simple & very helpful!

Ho olei 12-4 Review

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 12-4, with easy access to the beach, workout facilities and a beautiful gated community. We definitely realized "the 80% solution" by choosing these accommodations for our purposes. If I were to delve a little beyond "overall impressions", there were a few too many deficiencies for the price we paid (which should warrant a "90% solution"). We understand that we're in a tropical place and rodents and critters are a way of life but (1) encountering and having to clean up rat feces (and the actual live rat) on the BBQ!? We also (2) had to have maintenance come over on two occasions for the air conditioning (one unit improperly installed and therefore making noise all night long in the upstairs bedroom) which had shut down, (3) had a plumber over twice, once for kitchen filtration unit (not working) and once for two leaks in MBR ensuite bathroom (sink drainage pipe), (4) had maintenance change fire alarm batteries (beeping as they were depleted), (5) endured intermittent functioning of washer & dryer as power buttons were worn off (new ones on order), (6) coffee makers chipped (one) or not functioning (the other) and (7) a general worn appearance in places (i.e., couch cushions (on lanai and inside), and upstairs bedroom carpet look their age and need a thorough cleaning, ... as well as walls in high traffic areas - require cleaning and/or new paint). Having said that, kudos to Allison Ibarra who was a pleasure to correspond with as she handled all "glitches" professionally and was able to address each issue in a timely manner (i.e., getting personnel, if not herself, addressing each item asap). We were, fortunately, out having fun while most of these "glitches" were being addressed. Allison was also able to provide us with an extended checkout and refund with a total value of almost 10%. That pretty much bridges the gap between our 90% expectations and 80% experience! :)

Spectacular. Great location in Wailea. Close to beaches and the shops. The unit was very well equipped including kitchen, spices, blender.The lanai was perfect for 8 people. The 3 kingsize bedrooms with ensuites were all very nice. Highly recommend this unit

Beautiful and luxurious

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and fully equipped unit. The location of this unit was close to the pool and is walking distance to the Wailea mall and beach. I would definitely give 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find the floors and kitchen counter top weren’t the cleanest upon arrival. The counter had sand or something of that texture on it and the floors were dirty. We had a problem with the cable box and/or router, but since it was our last evening there, we just let customer service know before future guests arrive. Also, as a suggestion, it would be nice if a map of the area, like the pool and beach, and outside trash bins was provided.

Best place to stay in Maui

This is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The property is beautiful with high end appliances and is well taken care of. The property management is also top notch- very responsive and checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Additionally we left a few items behind and they mailed it to us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful. The staff was helpful and responsive. This unit is right next to the road and it is a busy road. Get a unit higher on the hill to avoid the noise from all the traffic. While staying in the unit there were several maintenance issues that required a quick response from staff. They did come quickly but this interrupted our time staying here and for the amount of money paid should not have to deal with this.
