1. 5 ans, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain évasion de l'ordinaire. Nous avons créé une maison de vacances sur le thème d'Alice au pays des merveilles qui vous laissera sourire comme un chat du Cheshire. Savourez une tasse de thé à la table du Mad Hatter ou faites une sieste dans la luxueuse chambre Queen of Hearts. Les choses deviennent de plus en plus curieuses lorsque vous explorez ce château de cartes. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, nous sommes tous fous ici! The decor was whimsical, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole house was nicely appointed. We appreciated the large living area, where we had lots of space to gather and catch-up.

This is a wonderful vacation stay. The hot tub was clean, firewood was provided even though we did not have time to use it. The kitched had everything we needed. The house was so roomy and comfy and cozy and fun. It is within walking distance to trails, and a short drive (traffic dependant) on restaurants and shopping. Communications with the owner was timely though everything was so thoughtfully provided and explained in the welcome book we did not need much assistance. We Loved our stay and would book again.

The Perfect Location!!

This was absolutely the perfect location for all the Sedona hikes and highlights. Very centrally located. House was well equipped and comfortable. It's in a neighborhood near Safeway, gas, restaurants and just a few moments from everywhere you want to be! Rented March 2025

Awesome red rock hide away!

Cute themed house, comfortable, good location, reasonable walk/drive distance to restaurants, but the hot tub puts it over the top!

House was overall solid - good location near trailheads and amenities, good layout, solid kitchen supplies. Two unfortunate points: hot tub was not usable for most of our stay, and it was not very clean. On arrival, hot tub smelled of horseradish; Googling told us it was not safe to use. I messaged the owner first thing the next morning (we got in late), but got no response. Texted a few hours later; still no response. Followed up the next day and got a response 12 hours later that someone would be out the next day. By this time we only had one more day in Sedona, which was a day trip to the Grand Canyon. So we never got to use the hot tub. The hot tub was our #1 requirement; if I had booked a place without one, we could have paid a lot less for a nicer place. Also found (1) a pair of women's panties in the closet (gross) and (2) a vape in the couch cushions, suggesting cleaning wasn't very thorough.

Great location beautiful house

We loved this place. Host allowed us early check in. So clean and comfortable. Half a mile walk to peace park and at the base of beautiful thunder mountain. Four minute drive to grocery store and great little cafe. If i am ever in Sedona again i will definitely rent this house again. And the wonderland experience inside was just plain fun!

Convenient location!

Close to everything we needed for our getaway. Very close to some great quick trails with amazing views, even for beginner hikers. Mel (property contact) was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Annusl Sedona Family Adventure

We L-O-V-E staying at Sedona Wonderland (it was the second year in a row). It is so cute, welcoming and comfortable. The property managers are fabulous and thought of everything that we might need to make our stay memorable. Absolutely coming back again next year!

Wonderland in Sedona

We had a great time in Sedona! Enjoyed ATV rides with Sedona ATV, hiked trails for 6-8 miles a day, enjoyed local restaurants, shopping and of course our stay at Wonderland. Wonderland has a fun themed decor, conveniently located, and clean. It was a great trip!

Great house in West Sedona

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The Alice in Wonderland Theme is fun (without being too much). Close to everything you want to do in Sedona as well as good places to eat. Hottub in the backyard was a great bonus!

Nice getaway

We had a great week long stay here! Location is great! Close to everything, but not right downtown with the crowd and traffic. I am tempted to start decorating using an Alice theme too now! Hot tub was wonderful to soak in after hiking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wonderland! It offered all the amenities of home and isn’t far at all from adventurous hiking trails or downtown. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores to choose from! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Nice place to stay

Nice house with close access to great hiking trails. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a hike. Now a few nit picks, the carpet in the master bedroom is worn out and stained. Having to contact Mel to change the HVAC setting was odd. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Charming home not too far from the action

We stayed at Jeanne's home during high season in Sedona in mid April. The property is one of the most unique we've stayed at: a very charming Alison-in-Wonderland vibe. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is about 10 minutes south of the main strip in Sedona. We found it nice to be a bit removed from the action, but if you're staying during high-season you should plan to drive into (or through) town early to avoid the traffic. Would stay again!

Friend Getaway

A group of us from all across the US gathered in this relaxing retreat for a long weekend. The property was in an excellent location to easily get to activities, food, and breath taking scenery. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in wonderland, though. The adorable theme was mood enhancing. The hot tub was divine. This was exactly the vacation home we needed to recharge together.

Fantastic getaway

We loved the Wonderland theme right down to the fancy hats. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Each room had a unique style. The smart TVs were a bonus. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The view of the stars from the backyard is stunning. The house is centrally located Thank you

Nice stay in Sedona!

We had a nice stay in Sedona, the house was as advertised, big enough for the 4 of us. Just some minor comments , the twin beds were not very comfortable maybe more appropriate for kids than adults, also there is not a closet in that room, it’s locked. Communication got better as the check-in got closer, but prior to check-in I reached out three times through the app to change the start date of the listing and didn’t hear until a month later. Overall a nice stay !

PERFECT ON ALL LEVELS

Jeanne communication was great throughout the entire process. The house was exactly how it looked on line, very clean, abundant of towels and beach towels for the hot tub , kitchen was well equipped for cooking (we made breakfast one morning and had everything we needed and was easy to find. My adult kids (19-27) enjoyed the hot tub.The house is centrally located to everything Sedona has to offer. We hiked to subway cave and devils bridge and had less than 10 min drive to each.Last, the Alice in Wonderland theme is a great touch. My entire family loved it. I could only imagine if they were little again , This is a must stay if visiting Sedona

Perfect place to stay

Us and another couple walked into a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to this house. It’s roomy, clean, and comfortable. Amazing location, hot tub is clean and easy to use (be sure to turn off back light to get best view of stars). Communication with owner was beyond expectations and they provide an informational welcome book. One insignificant complaint, the coffee maker might be on its last leg. :).

Sedona getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was just outside of the main part of town, but just blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Upon arrival, we easily entered the property and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, size, whimsical decor and amenities available. We brought our own board games, but there were many available at the house and even dress up hats/costumes in the closet for children (if you have them) nice touch! We used the hot tub- but couldn’t get any power to it, initially. Messaged the owner & she promptly answered & guided us how to fix it.. (we fit 3 adults- but you might be able to swing a cozy 4). One night, I experienced two groups (small herds of 7 & ~5) of the local javelinas (they look like a boar gone wrong - lol) passing through the side of the yard late at night while sitting on the back porch. Wow! That was a crazy, but exciting experience for us all.. then we noticed statues of these pigs around town. Apparently they can run up to 35 mph & are definitely wild so keep a clear distance! :). Everything you need & more was supplied at the house. My only suggestion is to be careful of temperature adjustments in the showers- the temps can get extremely hot. The beds were good, but a little soft (just an opinion). Overall, I was impressed with this well, thought-out, clean and whimsically decorated place. It definitely made for a positive experience for our family and one that I would definitely recommend! Thanks, Mel!
