Belle Vernon est le chalet de plage idéal pour une famille nombreuse et bénéficie d'un emplacement central à proximité de tout le bord de mer. Situé sur le calme 'dog-leg' de E. Ruskin Street et à proximité du parc Ruskin, vous êtes assuré de minimiser le bruit et la circulation tout en vous promenant rapidement à la plage et au centre-ville. Le vaste et confortable porche filtré est sur le point d’agrandir l’espace de vie extérieur et de vous accueillir pour perfectionner l’art simple de la séance sur le porche. Pour les amoureux du soleil, le pont ouvert au deuxième niveau offre la possibilité de travailler sur ce bronzage tout en évitant le sable qui accompagne l'ensoleillement. Au premier étage, vous trouverez deux chambres doubles, toutes deux avec salle de bain privée avec combos douche / baignoire. A l'étage, il y a une autre chambre queen qui a accès à une véranda privée. La quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres partagent un bain Jack n Jill.

Beautiful Home - Great Location - Cold showers

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the home and the location. Being just steps away from Seaside Square and the beach access was a dream, and we really enjoyed being within walking distance to so many activities. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable—truly a great place to stay.Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the hot water. Even with only three adults needing to shower, there wasn’t enough hot water for even one full shower. Cold showers on vacation are definitely not ideal. The maintenance team did come out and suggested spacing out showers, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I can’t imagine how challenging it would be for larger groups or multiple families trying to stay there.Overall, the home is lovely and in an unbeatable location, but the hot water situation would keep us from staying there again.

Great location, beautiful house

The house was great for our family get away. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the property managers were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this house!

Brought in the new year!

We chose Seaside to ring in the new year and we definitely weren’t disappointed with this absolutely adorable house! The kids had their own rooms and the adult couples had their own bedrooms with bathrooms, it was perfect! We had a little problem with the washing machine, but they were quick to send someone and it was a quick fix! The house is a quick walk to the town square and the neighborhood is so cute. We used the rec center for pickle ball and swimming, which was just a short walk as well. We loved staying here, and will absolutely choose this house again!

It was REALLY close to Seaside's "square" and within an easy walk/bike ride to the beach AND it was an easy walk to the tennis courts and the adult pool and indoor family pool. The kitchen was nice and usable and the living area had plenty of comfortable seating. There is no true master, but two downstairs bedrooms which is perfect if you're sharing the space with another family. There are also lots of nice upstairs porches.

The layout allowed us to have our own spaces but to all hang out together...which is what we wanted to do! It would have been good to have towels hooks in the bathroom. The location is a very short walk to get coffee and a newspaper in the morning or eat at Great Southern later! We would definitely consider staying at this cottage again!

Wonderful location. Beautiful home.

This home was really nice. Really nice location because we could walk/ride to the beach and also walk/ride to the tennis courts and pools. The square was closest of all. The only downside of this property is there is not true master. This makes it really good for families that are sharing the house b//c there are 2 matching downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, just not a large room with a large bath. It had a bonus single bed, bedroom which worked well when one child wanted to go to sleep earlier than the others. The kitchen was very nice, as were the many outside porches. Most importantly, the manager was very accessible and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Homeowners Collection always meets or exceeds expectations. I’ve been up and down 30-A for twenty-five years. I’ve stayed at friends’ homes, friends/family rentals in all seasons as well as rentals through more agencies that I can easily recall. Since kiddos came along, Seaside is the only place that checks all boxes and never disappoints. Worth it.

This house was not comfortable or cozy

The renting process was easy. The house was not good! The mini blinds are in terrible condition. The porch was uncomfortable, old and not inviting with slabs of wood on it as well. The bedrooms did not cool properly! The upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well.

Belle Vernon Birthdays

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay to celebrate several family birthdays. Some minor disappointments were dirty, moldy dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and a lack of baking pans and baking sheets (only one old one of each). Everything else was great - short walk to the beach, space for everyone.

October Fall Break at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initial check-in was not good. We had to completely scrub clean all the bathroom floors but Homeowner’s graciously agreed to waive our $320 cleaning fee at departure when they saw the pictures of our check-in conditions. The house is nice but a bit pricey.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I'm very sorry that you found the cleanliness of the home substandard but appreciate hearing that we waived your cleaning fee as a result. We have several layers of Quality Control, but clearly something went amiss for your stay. Again, I apologize that you were inconvenienced. We hope to welcome you back to Seaside again very soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Belle Vernon was the perfect home for our growing multi-generation family! The office staff was great to work with; immediately sharing the concierge options once I mentioned having a 7-month old with us. The location is peaceful and quiet with a layout that fit our family just right. Booked is for a week next year already!!
