This was a perfect house for our family over July 4th week. Great location, we rode our bikes to beach every day. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean house. Stove didn't work at all. A hotplate was brought to us although it didn't replace missing a stove for the entirety of our stay. Had to stay in another house the first night due to issues with the door opening when we arrived. I was told we had to pull it forward, but how would a guest know that. Walking distance to food and the beach was not as easy as in the description. Host was helpful, but it wasn't much to be done to change our circumstances. We did enjoy the pool and the beach of course!

Overall a really great fit for our group!

Decent location.. quiet neighborhood and and beautiful home. Kitchen could be stocked better but had all basics... missing a dustpan so we had to deal with sand all week. First world problems I know.. The bikes were a bonus and came in handy when some of our group wanted to go to beach later than others 😄 Definitely would stay again .. such a beautiful area! We loved that it’s not right in the middle of the Seaside action but close enough to go and enjoy shopping and restaurants.

I was not able to take my vacation and they were very strict on the cancellation policy. I understand however it would have gone a long way for them to allow me to move my dates to winter (in the off season) or at least refund the cleaning fee since no one had to clean.

Wonderful time with family!

GRAYTest 30A was a beautiful home. There was ample room for our family of 7 adults. The house was clean, comfortable and upscale! If you plan to cook, bring as much as you can from home.... (Salt, spices, etc) There were coffee filters, but that’s it. One dish towel. Not a problem, just be prepared. The house does have a nice supply of bath towels. I do highly recommend a golf cart. 4 bikes are a nice feature, but there were 7 of us. With all the beach gear, it would have been a hassle without the golf cart. The pool is great! Clean, close and not crowded. We had a lovely visit.

Grayton Beach Gem

My family and I visit 30A every year. This unit was the best! It is not directly on Grayton beach, but a 5 minute ride away. One minute out of the neighborhood, there is public transportation to the beach. This is a better option since parking is a challenge near the beach. The transportation attendants provided my children with 30A free frisbees and beach balls. There is a significant amount of construction in the neighborhood but this was not a problem. The home was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It looks like what you would expect for a home in 30A. There were lots of bath towels. Four bikes were provided but we didn’t get a chance to use them. There are a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. We went to dinner in Destin and this was the perfect distance away without being in that rat race.

Wonderful house!

Very clean and very spacious. Enjoyed the location in Grayton Beach. Bikes were handy. Community pool was very nice. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in this community, and noises started at about 7:30 am each morning. This wasn’t a problem for us as we are early risers, but do be aware of the construction. Overall one of our favorite stays on 30-A.

Pool was great and private and 3 other people came so we had it to ourselves the whole week. Close to town and beach. Lovely home. Needs more supplies. We had to buy Toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper. All those things you would hope would be available. Overall great house and very nice area. They were building 3 houses all around us so it was very noisy. That was the down side. Also floors were not clean. If you are barefoot your feet would be black on the bottom. Beds were wonderful! Kitchen is nice too. Just empty. Not even coffee filters....

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Condiments, coffee, coffee filters, spices, etc. are not provided due to food safety concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and for the cleanliness of the floors. We would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean the floors had we been made aware during your stay. We unfortunately have no control over construction on other properties. Covid Getaway

Loved the house and I am a crazy picky clean freak and we asked for some extras that management/cleaning crew accommodated which I was so grateful for because the cleanliness makes or breaks my vacation. The only bummer was the pool-if they redid the pool and kept it clean, I think it would really improve the experience especially with kids.

My family enjoyed the property. It was just the break we needed. The house was up to date, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items. The house was close to the beach, and the bikes were a great addition. We walked and rode bikes to the beach daily. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice property...convenient location to the pool

Overall the property was very nice...we only had minor issues with the property. The front door was not properly working and I believe due to Covid measures the cleaning staff delayed the check in process. On a positive side: (1) it was nice having 4 bikes includes and they were all in great shape (2) the downstairs area was very nice and we enjoyed hanging in the kitchen (3) the bike to the beach is approximately 10 minutes (4) the overall property was very clean and fit our families needs. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Perfect house in perfect location

We came to this house to spend winter break with the kids. The girls loved riding their scooters in the cup de sac. We loved the bikes and the ability to ride them when we wanted. The house is absolute gorgeous on the inside. The neighborhood is located straight up the road from the beach, restaurants, and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Overall a great property, location is great, was just unfortunate that part of the community is still under construction, so it was a bit noisy at times. We want to go back and we will.

Thought it should have had more supplies; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, beach towels, shampoo. Some bathrooms did not even have a roll of toilet paper. We understand we would have to buy more. Just suggestions to make rental. Also, wanted Fox News Channel. We were there for a wedding. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back. Great service with property management service. Ask for bicycles and they were there real quick. Great to get the emails along the way. Thanks. Lee Stanley

Clean and perfect for a group of 10

We had visited Emerald Coast to celebrate the birthday of our 2 year old with family. The house is clean and spacious. We used the bikes to ride to the beach and it is fun. Only inconvenience we had is due to ants that crept into the kitchen.

Beautiful beach house

Great brand new house! Beautifully decorated and well equipped with all you need. Quick bike ride to Seaside or Grayton Beach.

Perfect!!

This is a wonderful home in a "Grayt" neighborhood. Everything was immaculate and new. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Grayton Beach. We hope to vacation here for years to come.
