We have stayed at this facility a couple times. In my opinion this is the best. Excellent views of beach from every bedroom and the balcony was outstanding. Definitely booking again.

The good: The view was amazing. Balcony size is great. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bad: Mattresses need to be replaced; they were all horribly uncomfortable. The only person in our group who did not complain about the mattress was in the military and used to sleeping on the ground. There were clumps of hair and dirt behind furniture and doors. The furniture upholstery was dirty.

This was the perfect size for our family of 10. Our only complaint was the elevators took forever to get up and down the floors.

Wonderful 1st experience

Excellent property, quiet, very clean, spacious and get like home. This was our first time here. We had 3 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had space and could find an area to be alone as needed. I would definitely recommend Phoenix West.

Annual Family Trip

Our stay was great. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was spacious. It was the ideal place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. I’d definitely recommend this place- and I’d definitely go back. One drawback- my vacation didn’t last long enough :(

Beautiful

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and had plenty of room for 11 of us. We spent most of our time at the beach and the outdoor pools- amazing. Prompt response with any issues. The elevators here are very slow especially during check in/out turns- so plan accordingly.
