Highly recommend this vacation home! It's a great, spacious house for larger families, with enough room to gather all together or have your own space. The pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake where you can just relax after a long day visiting the theme parks. The management team is great at communicating if you have an issue or questions, and the neighborhood is quiet and close to amenities, theme parks, and beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our California vacation one to remember!

The home was beautiful with a great patio and pool. We were drawn to the location because it was centrally situated to places we wanted to visit in the area. There was a small problem with the dishwasher during our stay, but the on-site manager responded quickly and effected a repair. Our family had a great time here and hope to return in the It was a pleasure to stay here during our vacation!

We enjoyed our stay, the pool and hot tub was amazing. The home was generally clean, although a few areas could have used more attention, and the kitchen lacked basic staples. The outdoor space could’ve used a little cleaning up. There were cobwebs hanging from the table and the chairs. Outdoor chairs were a little dingy and falling apart. We were disappointment with the outdoor-hours restriction—not being allowed outside until 9:00 a.m. seemed excessive, especially for a property with such a great pool and outdoor space.Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property, especially the pool.

Regarding the outside noise, those quiet‑hour guidelines are set by the city, not our company, but we understand how it can impact a stay. We’ll also have our maintenance team take a look at the outdoor furniture. Please know we do have monthly pest control at all of our homes, though it can be challenging to manage every outdoor element in California’s climate.

Booked during the World Cup so pricing was higher than what it should have been but the house was clean and in good condition. Pool and spa were the highlight. Grounds and pool kept immaculate during our stay. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, kitchen appliances and items etc. Minor grips - TV in living room has aged and the picture colour is off and there was only 1 teaspoon in the entire house. Also would have liked the option to deactivate the pool door alarms as we were not travelling with small children.

We stayed here and did Disney. The hot tub was ahhhhhhhhh-mazing after a long flight and long Disney days. The jets are superb and the kids loved having a pool to themselves. The home itself is in a very convenient location but also tucked away so the street is quiet. I get pretty homesick but this felt similar to my home away from home. I’d definitely stay again if/when we revisit Disney again.

We loved the pool, loved that the hot tub heated up fast. The rooms were lovely and clean. We loved that there were a lot of beach towels! Bath towels were great. We loved it so much we want to come back in the future. The only thing we didn’t love was that the queen size room TV didn’t work.

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful home. It was comfortable, clean, plenty of space for our two families, and the backyard pool/hot tub were stunning!! We were in the pool every second that we weren’t at the beach or Disneyland! Will definitely stay there again!

The pool was amazing! We enjoyed it most evenings. The hot tub was hot and relaxing after wedding duties and festivities. The house was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We have family in Tustin but always like to try and do some Disney activities. The location was perfect! Nice neighborhood with necessities close by. House was perfect to relax in and spread out. We will definitely be staying here again!
