The property is super cute and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and even in the bathrooms and little mud room they thought of everything. The makeup removing wipes were a very nice touch.

We had a wonderful time. Frankfort is very cute with lots to do. Farmers market, lots of shops and places to dine and a top-notch sunset location on the beach. Close drive to local lighthouses and sand dunes. The house location was an easy walk to town. Loved the record player and the record collection. We had to make a last-minute adjustment to our schedule; Lauren was very understanding and helped through the change. The weekend was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great property! Very clean, really cute, close to downtown without being on a main road, and very well-appointed. The hosts were awesome and very responsive! We would absolutely stay there again!

So much thought went into this property. It was well stocked for our stay. So cute--great updates! One suggestion...we had someone with us that would have appreciated hand rails in the bathrooms for handicapped stability. Loved the openness. Warm and sunny. Lovely visit!!

This thoughtfully laid out house was absolutely amazing for our family of 4. We love Frankfort and this house made our stay so comfortable. And our hosts made the whole process so easy. Truly a gem and we can't wait to stay here again!

clean and comfy - great cottage!

This cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and shiny, and has all you could need for a getaway. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here while skiing nearby. The stock of toiletries came in handy since we had packed lightly for a short trip. Great location in Frankfort.

Suite Stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing time with friends at Suite Baby James in Frankfort. The place is within walking distance to town and Frankfort Beach. It is immaculate and we enjoyed listening to records in the living room in the evening. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning next summer.

Sweet Baby James Crib

Charming, comfy home a nice walk to town & the wonderful beach! Nice touches in every room. Frankfort is a great location for seeing some of the prettiest parts of Lake Michigan’s coastline!

Frankfort stay

If you come visit the lovely town of Frankfort you will want to stay here! Lauren and her husband have put so much work into this home and the attention to detail shows. They went above and beyond as hosts and have everything you need. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever had. Don’t think twice, book it, you won’t be disappointed!

We are sweet on Suite Baby James

House was quite comfortable for three people. Floor plan works well with spacious entry including hooks and storage, large closets in the bedrooms, and spacious, well furnished kitchen. The house is nicely furnished and decorated with a keen eye for detail. Good location in town on quiet residential street.

Great guick get away!

The property was great. They layout, beds and 3! Bathrooms made everything easy. Communication with Lauren was on point. Also we enjoyed the fact that there’s no television. Made for great time to walk to the beach or play games.

Very, very pleased

This is a very, very nice rental. Conveniently located to downtown's shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was very clean, well laid out, and the host had focused on many details to make our stay extra special. The house features two bedrooms - each with a large bathroom - that made our stay with another couple a great weekend. Each room boasts privacy with a shared living space. And the decor is beautiful. We'd stay again and would definitely recommend this wonderful rental.

Picture perfect

Suite Baby James is perfect! The house is beautiful, cozy and so comfortable. No detail was missed from the toiletries to the beach chairs, beach toys, coffee, trail books and more. Location is great just a short few blocks to beach and town. Loved this house and the beds/sheets/pillows were so comfy! I need to know where they are from!! Defiycimong back!

Perfect Summer Escape!

Our family enjoyed staying at Suite Baby James! The house was spotless and perfect for our family of four. We loved the quick walk to the beach and downtown Frankfort, the proximity to the park for basketball and pickle ball and listening to all the records/ playing games every night. My teen boys and husband didn’t even miss a tv! Lauren was available at a moments notice to help if we needed anything too. Definitely would stay again!

Suite Baby James is outstanding!

This is a delightful place to stay when visiting the Frankfort area. The house is clean and has everything, except a TV. But who needs TV when you have good friends and the beauty of northern Michigan. The only suggestion is to add a picnic table to the back yard. We will definitely look for Suite Baby James when we return next year.

A perfect house!

I wish I could give this house more than 5 stars - it was perfect! The owner was welcoming from the moment we booked. Once we arrived, we were all in awe of the beautiful home. From the craftsmanship, to the decor down to the record player! The kitchen, baths and laundry room were well stocked with everything we needed. I would come back here in a heartbeat and can't wait to share this gem with my friends! Thank you!

This place is perfect!

The owners just remodeled the place from the ground up and you can tell they put every bit of thought into every little detail. Having two bedrooms each with their own large full bathroom and then a half bath for entertaining is both brilliant and unexpected in a smaller home. The place was spotless when we arrived and they include higher end linens, shampoos, soap and pretty much everything you could need so you can just show up and enjoy. The rest of the place is open concept and so enjoyable for relaxing and hanging out. Frankfort and the surrounding areas have endless possibilities for how you can spent your time. We walked into town every morning for a coffee and pastry and then down to the beach to enjoy a Lake Michigan view. If you’re a small family of four or two couples looking for the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, look no further.

We can't say enough about how amazing this property is or how great the hosts are. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was immaculate. The communication with the hosts was always fast and trouble-free. Both bedrooms are large with lots of closet space and both have a full bath with shower. The kitchen has everything you need. We didn't use the washer and dryer but they are new and I believe full sized. The back porch is a great place to relax at any time of day. A 5 minute walk (less than 1/4 mile) to a couple of great restaurants that we highly recommend: Dos Arboles and Birch & Maple. We would definitely stay here again. P.S. The record collection is impressive!
