Hakuna Matata est un endroit exquis pour vos prochaines vacances! Cette incroyable maison de vacances offre 3 chambres et 2, 5 salles de bains ainsi qu’une belle et spacieuse cuisine et un coin repas. La communauté offre une superbe piscine et un centre de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir. 2 vélos supervisés sont fournis pour vous permettre de monter et descendre le magnifique et pittoresque 30A et vous êtes à seulement 0,7 km du point d'accès à la plage.

En entrant, vous verrez le beau plan d'étage ouvert et à votre gauche un porche avec moustiquaire qui est parfait pour votre café du matin. La belle cuisine contient une grande île merveilleuse. Au premier étage, vous verrez une vaste chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size et une magnifique salle de bains principale. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées au premier étage pour votre commodité, ainsi qu'un refroidisseur de vin. Au deuxième étage se trouvent deux chambres: l’une avec un lit queen size et l’autre avec un lit king size avec une salle de bain attenante entre les chambres.

Vous trouverez de nombreux excellents restaurants dans les environs, à moins de 3 km. Si vous recherchez une pizza, vous découvrirez que Pizzeria et Pâtes d’Angelina ne vous décevra pas. Without hesitation 5 stars across all categories! We loved this spot in the neighborhood. There are neighbors and it’s across from a pool (a concern I had), but it’s VERY peaceful and quiet. There’s a strip of land with trees and no houses adjacent to the house, and the house is more set back than some. Really loved the setting. And a lovely walk to the beach - maybe 12 min. Good place for frisbee, throwing a ball and bikes on the street because it is less traveled. The rental company immediately set up very convenient and open communication through text. They were super friendly and accommodating without being overwhelming.Loved the flow of the house. My husband and I even commented that we would want to own a house like this. We used the office for a sleeping space for our 9 year old. There is also a chaise in the main floor master that would accommodate a small child. Put the teens in the two bedrooms and one bath on the 2nd floor. Wonderful vacation!

The home is spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Super Convenient to beach and right across from pool. Ample space for our family to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped and made hosting multi-family dinners easy. We loved the screen-in porch and the bikes were great! Special family memories made in this beautiful home! Winter get away in quiet Segrove

January 2022 Stay

We loved our time at Hakuna Matata. The kitchen is well equipped including an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Keurig & standard coffee pot. Only item I wish it had was a liquid measuring cup. House could use a deep clean but nothing we couldn't deal with. Ohers have commented on the comfy couch, we disagree but that's personal preference. MBRM bed was comfy, bath was nice but needs some attention. We would recommend this house to others but probably will not return mainly due to couch.

June 2019 Stay

We couldn’t be happier! What a wonderful home for a family vacation! Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Just as the pictures depicted. A half mile walk or bike ride to the beach access and a mile from Seaside. Perfect for us, our daughters and their friends. The beach in this area was not crowded and so relaxing. The house has everything you will need, a well-stocked kitchen, a great layout and great screened porch! Highly recommend and will be back!! I didn’t take a pic of the house BUT all of the pics online are 100% as it is! Beautiful!! Hard to leave!

The pictures don’t even give it justice and it was immaculate! .5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from Seaside. Perfect location. The kitchen has all of the things you will need, perfectly stocked. The bikes are in great condition, the screened in porch was fabulous! We would totally rent again! Loved it all!!

The house was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The photos do not do this place justice. We loved the open concept of the house and especially loved the big screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet and adorable and we enjoyed many walks and golf carts rides. We also took advantage of the bikes almost daily, which was so much fun. We have talked about coming back next year and renting Hakuna Matata again. It was a perfect spot for us.

Great house with some A/C issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property was very good. The layout was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and there is a room that is off the living room with a door that was a perfect office for the work my husband needed to do during our stay. The property was generally clean, and nothing rose to the level of needing to contact the management company but the bathrooms could use a new round of caulk and the kitchen could benefit from a deep clean (cabinet fronts had food smudges, food fell off the placemats when we moved them the first night, food stuck on some utensils and the strainer, etc). The air conditioner has something strange going on and is very loud and doesn't seem to work efficiently so it runs often. There is a portable air conditioner in the primary bedroom which does work to keep the room cool but is also very loud. If they are are able to fix the central A/C it would be a place we would love to stay again. The neighborhood amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball courts) were great and a lot of fun. We rented a golf cart to go to and from the beach and although not necessary, made trips back and forth much easier and nicer. We had one issue with the door lock that required the management company to come out and they responded quickly and solved the problem temporarily for us and had a plan to fix it but we left the next day.

Neighborhood was very quiet and we very much enjoyed the visits from the deer.

We did drive each day, but we could have easily have biked to the beach. The home was lovely and the couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings and even using the grill. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!
