Maison confortable et tranquille avec toutes les commoditĂ©s et proche de tout. Un roi et un lit queen. Salle de bains. Grenier fini avec canapĂ©-lit dans le lit, bureau, imprimante wi-fi. Deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs intelligents avec cĂąble et Internet haute vitesse sans fil. AllĂ©e sur la propriĂ©tĂ© avec la place pour un vĂ©hicule et beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. 5 minutes de l'aĂ©roport national Reagan (DCA) et 5-10 minutes du centre-ville de Washington D. C. VĂ©lo part est Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la propriĂ©tĂ©. ArrĂȘt de bus est Ă©galement un et deux blocs et plusieurs stations de mĂ©tro (lignes orange, bleu, jaune, argent) sont un trĂšs court trajet en bus (7 minutes). Les piscines Uber Express Pool / Lyft souvent ramassĂ©es et dĂ©posĂ©es Ă  la porte. ClĂŽturĂ© dans la cour.

Comfortable Stay

Very comfortable stay, host responded quickly to questions. House had all needed utensils and kitchwear. It was a very convenient location for us to visit our relatives. We enjoyed our stay here!

Comfy, cozy, clean townhouse!

This was a great cozy townhouse located in a walkable neighborhood, close to a park, walking trail, and many restaurants/grocery store. It was clean and well-stocked, with plenty of cleaning supplies, toiletries and a great selection of high quality kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable. I was teleworking during our stay, and really appreciated the desk and access to a printer and office supplies. There was a bit of noise from the neighbors, but it is to be expected in an older duplex. The stairs up to the finished attic were rather steep, and somewhat of a challenge for my young kids, but they loved playing up there. CJ was a fantastic host, and very responsive to all communications.

Lovely Penrose Home

This home was perfect for our stay in Arlington. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere you need to go. The home is well thought out and very comfortable. The private backyard is a plus! The owner was very helpful and always available. Would definitely come back!

Good location, clean, and up to date

Had a great stay 15-20 Jul 19 with family of 4 w/ two teenagers. Very clean and up to date. Adjacent to Ft Myers, Arlington Natl Cem, & AF Mem. The location is a short drive, about 10 minutes, to the Natl Mall. Metro bus stop 2 blks away. Parking spot is fine for large SUV. Will definitely consider staying here again. The Nichols Family

Amazing Place and Location

CJ's place was super well kept, organized, clean, and comfortable! He was very responsive and helpful to all my questions! The location was great as it was very close to downtown DC, Arlington, and near some great restaurants! We will definitely stay here again our next trip to the area!

Amazing

This place was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed in. It was clean, and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need. We traveled with our 2 year old and he loved the yard and also the playground down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Experience Ever

This house is amazing and CJ is an awesome host! The house has been completely renovated and all the "extra" touches are included - fully equipped kitchen, plenty of blankets/towels/pillows, even cell phone chargers! Four of us stayed very comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Very conveniently located for access to downtown and to the interstate. CJ always responded to our questions promptly and was very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to DC.

Great Experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here and the location was perfect! Right next to Arlington Cemetery and a quick Uber ride over to DC and all the attractions. The house was cozy and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great having a relaxing place where we could make ourselves at home. CJ was super nice and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!
