La station balnéaire Makani A Kai # B-1 est un condo de luxe avec un plan d'��tage résolument comme à la maison, un peu différent des logements de vacances habituels que vous voyez. Il a été magnifiquement remodelé avec des matériaux de qualité et présente une atmosphère sereine et tropicale avec des œuvres d'art colorées, un décor, un mobilier de qualité et du granit dans la cuisine complète, et du carrelage en marbre dans les superbes salles de bains avec douche. Ceci est une unité de deux chambres / deux salles de bain qui convient à quatre personnes.

Après une journée d’aventures à Maui, rafraîchissez-vous dans la climatisation et détendez-vous devant le grand téléviseur à écran plat (avec câble et système audio complémentaires). Vous trouverez de nombreux excellents restaurants à proximité, mais grâce à la cuisine entièrement équipée, vous pourrez créer votre propre dîner tropical: profitez du fruit de vos efforts à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du lanai, les deux pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La vue de la véranda est à travers le paysage tropical, la station de barbecue / pique-nique de la piscine, et dans la baie de Ma’alaea, avec Haleakala servant de toile de fond impressionnante! Il existe de nombreuses activités, des bateaux de port lors d'excursions passionnantes; les gens qui surfent, pagaient et jouent - et en hiver, les baleines à bosse rentrent des eaux froides de l’Alaska pour mettre au monde leurs bébés dans la chaleur d’Hawaï - c’est tout à fait intéressant.

La station est à côté de Haycraft County Beach Park; Il est populaire auprès des familles et des surfeurs de la région et constitue le point de départ idéal pour explorer Sugar Beach. Il est non construit, non encombré et les vues ne sont pas obstruées. Le port et les magasins de Ma’alaea sont à environ 15 minutes à pied à l'ouest et méritent vraiment d'être explorés - le port est animé par les bateaux d'excursion et les boutiques, restaurants et attractions sont amusants et divertissants.

Enfin, le centre de villégiature étant situé dans le centre-ville, il est facile d'explorer les attractions de l'ouest, du nord et du sud avec des temps de trajet de 15 à 40 minutes. GET # W40839916-01

Perfect Condo in Paradise!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described! Very clean, has everything you need and the grounds and beach area is beautiful. Location is great! You can get to most of the popular areas on the island in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is perfect. Beautiful condo with wonderful views. We will definitely be staying here again! Condo is appointed with everything you need and so clean! The location is awesome and central to everything. Totally remodeled and easy access to beautiful beach for long walks on the beach. Stay at this condo you will be happy you did! The owners have thought of every detail. So glad we discovered this condo!

Good first trip to Maui

Place was clean and as listed. Pool was nice and was nice to be able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. There was some weird smell outside near the water but not the property owners fault, just figured I'd mention cause it was very noticeable to us. Got used to it honestly though and overall was happy was the stay.

We weren’t able to use our balcony or spend too much time at the pool because the septic system smell. This was a minor issue but a serious bummer.

Great location

This is a small complex located directly on a nice beach next to a remote park, so there's a very long stretch of secluded beach. Not necessarily good for swimming or surfing, but great for walks along the beach or sitting by the surf. Wading into the water is fine, very calm water. Unit to beach is about 1 min walk, about as close as you can get. The general location is very convenient and central to anyplace on Maui. The unit itself has been recently refreshed/updated. Not fancy, but really nice for a laid-back vacation. Would gladly stay here again.

Great Place - perfect views!

Excellent condo - perfect views, quiet, clean, nicely furnished. Very pleased with service from Management Office. Grounds clean, well kept. Unit just as described. Great whale watching all day from our balcony. AC worked great, all the extras including beach chairs, coolers, etc. Coin-op laundry right at bottom of stairs. Only suggestion would be that the kitchen window needs blinds. Thank you - great week ! Highly recommend.

Great condo and property, but.....

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice. The property was clean and well maintained and super close to the beach and ocean. However, the unit is right next to the parking lot and the lot for an adjacent building, so cars in and out all night. There was a rooster that crowed every morning at 3 AM for about an hour and half. He sounded like he was in the room with us. Friday night and Saturday night were a different story. A group of people started a fight in the parking lot with a lot of screaming and profanity. They were going from the condo pool to the street across the building, chasing each other and screaming. I'm not sure if it was the transients that seem to live in their cars in the street or fellow condo residents. We ended up calling the police. This went on for over an hour and a half. I am former police officer and was worried that they might start trying to get into the units themselves. There was a beer bottle in the pool in the morning. Saturday night/Sunday Morning was a repeat of Friday for almost 2 hours. with screaming and carrying on in the parking lot and the police were summoned again. I did not feel safe those nights with my family. There is also an air conditioner for the neighboring unit about ten feet from the Lenai that ran non-stop, blocking out the sound of the ocean waves and making it hard to have a conversation.

Absolutely Amazing!

The place is clean, perfectly set up, comfortable, and comes with all the amenities you could wish for. Beach gear is provided as well as many kitchen utensils. View from the balcony is literally a postcard view and is perfect for sunset and sunrise viewing. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk. Serene, calm, and relaxing.

Maui Family Trip 2022

We absolutely loved this property. It was just as it was listed on the site. It was clean, the air worked perfectly, the proximity of the condo to the beach, the laundry, the parking lot, just everything was perfect for us. For a family vacation, the fact that the beach was safe, the pool was clean, and the property was quiet at night was a premium for us. We loved the fact that we were steps from a safe beach and the property was semi remote, away from the hustle and bustle, but still a short drive to most anything we wanted to do. Additionally, there were umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, and wake boards available to use, We would definitely recommend this property to people who are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay as opposed to being packed into a overcrowded and overpriced resort and we would stay again ourselves if we were ever to visit Maui again.

Great location, well stocked and clean.

We enjoyed our time at Makani A Kai. The location is central and easy access to most parts of the island. The beach was nice with a few turtles to see while snorkeling. We had 2 couples so it would have been nice to have an option of making a second king bed. Also the furniture is not very comfortable for relaxing. We were a bit surprised that there wasn’t an oven, just a small toaster oven. Everything worked well and the view of the ocean was wonderful. We could whale watch from the lanai. Thanks for sharing your condo.

Beautiful location and views

Great to sit looking at the ocean from the lanai, stumble to the beach, and walk to Tradewinds/ Aquarium/ Tante's. About equidistant between Lahaina and Wailea and < 20 mins from the airport. I'd strongly recommend it.

Great little spot!

We had 4 adult family member stay, and it worked well for all our needs . The ocean access was quite close, just a walk across the lawn to a nice beach area. The place was clean, the balcony view nice, and there were a couple boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and small coolers available for our use, which was also quite convenient!
