Face au nord-ouest de Kealia, une station balnéaire au sud de Maui, le condo 208 dégage une sensation sophistiquée de carrelage et une magnifique cuisine rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit (y compris une grande section pouvant accueillir quatre personnes). Pendant que vous cuisinez, vous apprécierez certainement la vue sur le parc ombragé et sur la baie de Ma’alaea et l’océan Pacifique! En fait, ces vues sont là pour vous pendant que vous dînez sur le lanai privé ou que vous vous détendez à l’intérieur sur le canapé en cuir. Ce condo comprend également une grande chambre avec un lit king size et un lit queen surélevé dans l’alcôve de la chambre. La salle de bains comprend une douche à l'italienne carrelée avec un banc d'angle. The facility itself is nice. Everything was well maintained and clean. The beach is lovely. Our particular unit was very close to the highway. It made the Lanai virtually unusable due to the road noise. It was also extremely noisy inside the unit even with the doors and windows closed. I would stay in a ocean facing unit in this building, but not one with a Lanai to the west. I feel like this information should be more clear when booking.

Great for an affordable stay with private beach access

This place was perfect for our stay in Hawaii. I love the easy beach access and the pool was awesome for the kids. Honestly, it was so quiet and private. It is smaller than it looks in the photos, but it was great!

Perfect getaway spot

Nice, clean condo in a great location on a quiet beach. Great getaway for a couple. The pool was super clean and they provided lounge chairs for the beach which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was just perfect! The views from the lanai were spectacular and afforded plenty of privacy. The place was clean and well equipped including beach chairs and coolers. The bed was super comfy. Although it was quite windy during the afternoons our lanai was protected from the wind. You really can’t beat this location if you’re looking for a private get away. The location is north of the busy area of Kihei but an easy drive to the action if you’re looking for it. You’re right on the beach with a pool and bbq area. You really cannot beat the view!!! We will be back!

Great Get-away

First trip to Maui, first Vrbo experience. In house manager was very helpful with initial questions, follow-up questions after booking, and in person once at property. Very glad with our choice and would do everything again (except the crying baby on the return flight home). Mahalo!

Small, quiet complex

This place looks just like the pictures. There is ocean access with a shower to rinse off along with beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. There was also sunscreen for when we ran out. Overall, great experience.

My 3 adult children and I loved our visit to the Sugar beach area! Such a beautiful beach and grounds. Everything was wonderful at the property, but our unit was a bit small for us. I would definitely return however. Thanks for the hospitality!

Direct access to beach

It was perfect for myself and 3 kids. Loved that it had direct access to beach and it felt as if we were on a private beach. Not crowded and just absolutely beautiful. Close to harbor, aquarium, grocery store. Able to walk next door and rent snorkeling gear for kids. Definitely be back again

Like home

We loved our stay. The beds were comfy, shower hot and good pressure, all the kitchen stuff you could ever need. Loved the location and condo amenities. Grills, outdoor picnic tables, wonderful pool, great parking, lawn chairs, great beach access. Road noise was loud but not awful when running the AC at night. We slept super comfortably. Can’t wait to come back.

I loved that the beach was foot steps away and you can hear the waves from the ocean which is so calming. Only down fall is you can hear the traffic early in the morning. However Sherry and Rodger were great!!
