When i booked my stay it said that umbrella and chairs were available with my stay. After i booked it, i received a contract to be signed.After i signed it i received another email stating that umbrella and chairs were not part of the stay. There were 8 of us staying in the apartment and only got 2 trash bags, when i asked for additional bags they stated that they only provide 2 trash bags per stay. We stayed 4 nights.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We apologize for any confusion on the beach chairs. At the time of your booking in February, the listing stated that the condo had beach service for 2025. That owner opted not to renew their beach service and that information was updated immediately. We also provide a list of items in our starter pack that is provided to the guests which includes the 2 trash bags per trash can. We wish you the best of luck in the future!

Much needed vacation

This condo is in a great location and could easily sleep 8 which is nice. The proximity to the beach is wonderful and the floors, bathroom and kitchen were very clean upon arrival. Checkin, parking and amenities were all great. It seems that there have been renovations but they don’t go all the way. In the listing it claims that there are blackout blinds, but they are cheap, there aren’t enough to even fully cover the windows for privacy let alone knocking down the noise. Beware if you have small children because there isn’t a secondary lock on the door and this condo is the only one that is not actually inside the building. The condo door opens right out into the pull through for drop off. Some of the comments/responses from the owner in ratings say that beach service was included. It is not. The decorative bedding seemed to be very stained or very dirty- I’m not sure which and the “new” furniture had stains all over it. This complex was very large and had a ton of security. I’m unsure of why they needed so much security but given the lack of extra locks on the front and back doors- it made me uneasy. I raised concerns with the management company and was told they would clean again but that I should have looked more closely at the pictures in the ad for locks/blinds. Read the reviews thoroughly because they are right. It is LOUD. All night. It’s super hard to sleep there. I would not book again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. The blackout curtains are positioned in the living room to block the boardwalk behind the condo. As shown in the photos, the bedrooms are equipped with blinds that do not block sound. Additionally, we do have a deadbolt on the front door, and we do not advertise the presence of a chain lock for child safety. This condo has had beach service in the past as reflected in past reviews; however this owner no longer offers it, and this information is in the listing. Please note that your stay occurred in mid-March, which is peak Spring Break period, hence the increased security on the property. We wish you the very best in your future travels.

The condo is spacious and right on the beach. This is our first time to stay in a condo, we normally rent a house. The elevator situation is slow, so thank goodness we were ground floor. It was nice to be able to take the kids for ice cream and to get Starbucks and adult beverages on the property. We had an amazing time. We even took advantage of the free golf.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay . Right on the beach , 2 pools and a bar at one of them and just steps away from the ocean. Only bad thing about this hotel is the elevators but with this room no elevators needed which is a plus !

My stay here at Tidewater was AMAZING!! Everything was perfect. The condo is bright, vibrant, clean, and even has a little bonus bunk room WITH A BATHROOM for the kids. The view from the patio is Stunning, we sat out there for hours and hours everyday of our stay just looking at the 🌊.

clean and neat place with very friendly staff. will definitely come here next year. access to the beach is only a step away. very safe and quite. love the view from the living room and the balcony. Only thing i missed was the highspeed internet as the internet here is still in 2022 :-)

We throughly enjoyed the convenance of this room!

With little ones this condo was a dream! Right on the bottom floor beside the pull in and unload spot at front of hotel. No elevators, long walks to/from vehicle and being able to walk 10 steps to the beach made coming in for naps and snacks super easy! + the air conditioning really cooled the place down! We’ll be staying here again!

Spring break stay

It was good. The only thing I would complain about was the noise we could hear from the bedrooms. We were right next to the lobby, which was great for some things, but not when it came time to sleep. We kept hearing groups of people coming and going super loud all through the night. There was a lot of 18-25 year olds staying in our condo building and it was a little rowdy because of it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Beach Level Condo was perfect for us!

This was perfect for our group! We had 4 adults and an 8 and 3 year old kids so being on the ground level was the best! PCB is just so pretty! Was thrilled that the office had been replaced with built in bunkbeds, the kids loved them!

Overall a ok stay

The only bad part is the elevator wait time and being on the ground floor the outside lights come through the blinds. But Beach access was real good.

Perfect Location

At first I was a bit skeptical being on the ground floor and worried about traffic of people walking by to get to the beach. But, quickly realized it was the best location with the easiest and quickest access to the gate to the beach. Condo was perfect. Everything we needed and nicely decorated! Thank you!

Perfect spot!

Very convenient to beach and pool. Did not have to use elevators. Only a couple of problems. Being on bottom floor it is very noisy, people throw things from upper balconies and the sliding glass door takes 3 people to open. Other than that it was a great vacay. We would stay here again.

Excellent location but needs a major cleaning and some TLC

While this was the 2nd time in this unit the 1st was much better. This trip was noticeably different! The carpets were filthy, spiders everywhere (which was immediately taken care of), just the overall cleanliness was not good.

Weekend getaway

The condo was cozy. The couch and carpet and curtains need some attention but overall it was a very peaceful quiet weekend. The unit is on the ground floor which I loved however everyone walking to the beach passes by your doors facing the beach to get there. If you have any quirks about people looking in your condo you would have to keep the curtains closed all the time. The convenience of not having to use the elevators constantly was worth it to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Ground Floor a plus!!

Being on the ground floor was awesome. No waiting for the elevator!! The carpet in all rooms were pretty stained and dirty looking… The couches were pretty stained too!! Maybe the carpets need to be replaced with tile or hardwoods. The unit definitely needs some updating.
