Charmante maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec une vue magnifique à 180 degrés sur l'océan. Situé à 5 km de la ville touristique branchée de Mendocino, cette maison se trouve dans la communauté fermée privée de Pacific Reefs, à 800 mètres d'Albion Grocery. Terrasse enveloppante pour s'asseoir dehors et profiter de l'air marin et de la sérénité de la côte californienne dans un cul de sac très calme et privé. Pacific Reefs est au cœur des restaurants 5 étoiles, du shopping, de la plage, de la randonnée et des activités océaniques à quelques kilomètres en voiture. Séjour minimum de 2 nuits. Loved it!

I am a wedding planner and had a 3 day wedding in Mendocino. Stacey's home was the perfect landing spot for me and my team. The hot tub was an additional bonus after long work days on our feet! A great home away from home!

Wonderful stay

Everything was great. House had everything we needed and then some! Only recommendation would be an electronic lock with a code to get in. One key was problematic, and the bottom door handle was difficult to lock/unlock.

Very clean property with a beautiful view and all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The views were outstanding. Loved every moment spent there!

Perfect Spot for Larger Family or Two Families

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and the views were stunning. It's very close to the town of Mendocino and Fort Bragg and there's even a small grocery/shop less than a mile away, in case you run out of wine, like we did. :)Also, the hot tub was hot and clean with those same wonderful romantic views. Hint, the stars come out at night like nothing you've ever seen before.Oh, and we saw that fox on a night hike!Book it and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Epic Location and Cozy Home

Lovely home with great living/dining space for a group. Wood burning stove was fantastic. The views are gorgeous - inside and out. And just a short drive to Mendocino, and not too much farther to Fort Bragg.

Leaking roof

House had at least 5 leaks; 3 over one of the beds and 2 in the living room. Had to sleep on the floor in the living room and offered no compensation. Location is beautiful. Lots of deer near property and good view of the ocean. If you’re ok with camping then you can tolerate this property if not during the rainy season.

Deer and Hummingbirds

Check in and communication was easy. We got to the house and followed all the instructions that were correct and easy to access. Unfortunately, as soon as we opened the door we were hit with a terrible smell of mold and horrible air freshener that I am guessing they put in thinking it would cover the smell. My guy said did you look at the reviews on this place? I had looked at many properties before renting this one so I thought maybe I missed something on this one. I got on my phone and scrolled back to 2022 and not one mention of a smell. Seriously it was so bad that my eyes started watering and throat felt like it was closing. The following morning we left for the day and turned the heat on and opened all the windows which helped. By check out we had cleared out most of the smell. Our inlaws came while we were out and texted they could smell through the open window before they even went in. There is a nice hot tub but make sure to bring your bathing suits because there is no privacy screen and the tub is at the back of the house where everyone in the neighborhood can see you. Location is great, the sunsets are great. We even had a herd of deer slumber through the field. There are tons of hummingbirds that were out feeding at dusk on the flowers by the deck. Was very peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. If it weren't for the smell we would have given 5 stars. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, lots of towels and paper products.

Birthday trip

It is a great house with fabulous views. The weather was perfect! The house had everything we could want for old friends to get together. I think it’s the best rental experience I’ve had. The pics do not lie.

Our stay in Albion.

Had a wonderful time in a wonderful home. We had my brother and his wife visiting from Scotland. Enjoyed the rugged beauty of the area. We saw deer, foxes and birds every morning from the deck. The hot tub and BBQ were great after our adventures at the beaches, Van Damme Park and of course the Skunk Train. We would stay there again.

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. When we arrived there were ants everywhere. I contacted the host to see if there were traps, she apologized and said she'd get back to me. We bought our own ant traps in Mendocino the next day. What bothers me more than the ants is that she didn't check back in with us.

Pleasant Stay

We really enjoyed this property. It was just right for our needs. Within 30 minutes of all the places we wanted to see. Great view. Quiet location. Deer, birds, and a gray fox visited several times a day. Thank you for hosting us.

quiet, beautiful location

We enjoyed the quiet. We enjoyed seeing occasional animals: deer, swallows, skunks, fox. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby state parks and enjoyed visiting shops in Mendocino. The weather was perfect.

Quiet neighborhood and relaxing property

The Albion is peaceful and quiet with close proximity to Mendocino and all of the area's natural beauty. The property has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. We had a relaxing stay.

Best birthday!

My family of 5 arrived late in the evening and there was zero reception or any places open. Once we got to the gate it seemed to be off. It was not it was user error. Once in we were welcomed by a skunk who was the most adorable thing and our kids were very excited to see one! The house is older but very cozy and comfortable feeling. Everything worked great! The wood burning fireplace was amazing and the long bench seat in front of the window made for the best views! It poured all day Saturday but we enjoyed the beautiful coast line views, the hot tub and relaxing by the fireplace reading and playing games. The next day we were able to get out to Russian state park and hike fern canyon to the waterfall! I can’t explain how beautiful that hike and park is! It’s a must see! We had lunch in Mendocino and came back to soothe our muscles in the hot tub before it opened up and poured on us again. The large living room was amazing for our kids to play in and the outside property was perfect for games of tag and watching the deer walk by and climbing trees. We cannot wait to come back! It was seriously gorgeous and the best trip!! The host is so easy to get ahold of as well and returns emails asap!

Beautiful Setting

Nice for a Family Getaway

This rental was perfect for our family of 5 adults for exploring the Fort Bragg - Mendocino areas. The kitchen isn’t huge but is well equipped. Everything was clean and in good working order. The beds were all comfy with nice linens. The hot tub with great star gazing was a nice treat after a long day of hiking. The sunsets are of course stunning. Best nearby activities were Mendocino Botanic Gardens, hikes in Jug Handle and Russian Gulch, wine tasting in Philo along 128.

I love the wild life with wandering deer, adorable foxes and other cute creatures. It’s awesome that the family has lots of room to fly kites or throw some balls. There is lots of room to jog too. The gated community provides extra privacy.
