Notre confortable cottage de style artisan est l'escapade parfaite au bord de l'eau! Situé dans une rue calme au cœur de Belmar, à 5 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Main. 2 chambres (1 avec lit Queen, 1 avec 2 lits jumeaux), 1 1/2 salles de bains, avec laveuse et sécheuse. Deux très grands coins salons, chacun avec des canapés gigognes. Planchers de bois franc partout. Cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire! Tous les draps fournis. Inviter le porche à déguster une tasse de café ou un verre de vin! Barbecue à gaz fourni, même si vous aurez envie de goûter aux nombreux restaurants que Belmar a à vous offrir!

Clean and Comfortable Stay

Very clean, comfortable and lots of amenities! Host was very flexible and responsive to questions and a minor issue with automated door lock. My family (6 adults) will definitely stay here again when we visit Belmar. Thanks for the great accommodations!!

Very satisfied with our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's! We were able to walk to the beach as well as up to the main street to restaurants and stores. The neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation

Laura was so flexible and easy to communicate with. The house was walkable to the beach and there is plenty of parking. The house had everything we needed including linens and even beach towels which was awesome. The location was ideal and can’t beat it for the price. Would 100% recommend this rental. No complaints!

Comfortable, clean and relaxing!

Laura's place met all of our expectations. The layout of the house was very nice - plenty of space. Super clean. Loved the nautical touches here and there. We found it well stocked with everything that you would need. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and badges.

Amazing family house down the shore

The hosts were fantastic and sincere. They thought of everything. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was charming and quiet. We woke up before sunrise and were able to easily walk the 5 blocks to Ocean Ave to watch the sun come up at the boardwalk. Adorable bakeries and restaurants and shops in Belmar. We'll be coming back for sure!

The gem of Belmar!

Laura, you rock! Truly! Everything from the start was exactly as described! Came in from Florida for a friends wedding and Laura made our stay on the Jersey shore, so perfect! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and I have to say this was one of the best overall ,by far! Thank you for having us Laura, we will definitely be back!!

3rd Annual Belmar Trip

After outgrowing the previous house we rented we found this one and it didn’t disappoint! We appreciated that we could walk to town and go to dinner and that the house was still only a few minute car ride to the beach which has sand mats and playgrounds near most of the beach entrance points. I knew there were stairs based on the pictures and while manageable they were a little steep. I’ve stayed in many rental homes so I understand there are just some things you don’t know until you arrive so this is not meant as a criticism, just information for future families. Also there isn’t central air but portable units. This is shown in the photos but I missed it so I was a bit surprised to see them but the downstairs and bedrooms were very cool so it was very comfortable in the home. Overall we’d definitely consider renting again and the host was very easy to communicate with!

Another Great Stay!

This is the second year in a row my family and I stayed here. It is perfect for my two young children (3 & 7), my wife, and myself. Close enough to both the beach and to Main Street that even the 3-year-old could get to most places with us on foot. The property is lovely and the hostess is professional and communicative. We will more than likely come back next summer for a 3rd year in a row. It's the perfect little beach vacation house.

Adorable home in Belmar

The house was perfect. So clean and plenty of room for 6 women. Awesome porch where we spent most of our time when not at the beach. Walking distance to beach and very close to Main Street so you can walk to dinner and cocktails. We will be going again next summer.

Lovely, convenient location

Our nine-year-old thought it was basically a mansion. :) A terrific, spacious house that more than met our needs - we had some trouble managing the behind-the-house parking (our fault) but there was ample street parking, fun restaurants nearby, and the beach - a manageable walk - was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great small home for a family beach holiday

We stayed here in late June 2022 and loved it. The neighborhood is quiet (even on Friday and Saturday nights), the home is perfect size for our four person family, the beach is a short walk away, main street another short walk, and the host was super responsive. We definitely recommend this place for others and we're considering coming back next summer as well. Cheers!

Wonderful cottage

This house was wonderful for our family of 4 to stay in. It was clean, stocked and having the bikes and beach chairs helped!! The kids road their bikes all over town and down to the boardwalk. Despite it being a cooler weekend, we did need to turn the AC units on in the rooms and it felt like central air. It would be perfectly fine in the summer. The other plus was there was a washer/dryer (we didn't use it but it would be helpful to have in the summer). One draw back was the shower is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, but that didn't bother us at all!! And the host is super responsive to communicate with and answer questions!

Loving the Jersey shore

This house had everything we needed with a great location close to the beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants close by easy to get around. Love the beach decor and very clean house, would highly recommend! Laura thought of everything and having the beach passes was great too!

Great trip

The house is very clean. The furnishings/ beds are not the best quality, definitely feels like a rental house, but lovely porch and good amount of space. Large kitchen. Its a bit far from the beach (15+ minute walk) for a family with young kids but close to main street which in non-COVID times would be great. House is unit A/C's which are loud but do adequately cool the rooms. Belmar beach is absolutely beautiful and its great that the house has beach passes. Big plus. Thanks for a great vacation.

We live year round in Belmar, having moved here permanently four years ago. We cannot say enough about how much we love living at the shore. There is so much to do in Belmar, you will not be disappointed. Belmar is centrally located at the Jersey Shore. We often bike to Asbury Park, Spring Lake, and everywhere in between. Short car ride to Great Adventure for an amusement park, and Point Pleasant and Seaside Park for Boardwalk fun. The long boardwalk in Belmar is great for a morning stroll!
