Excellent hostess! Rosalba was welcoming and extremely responsive to our needs and requests from parking pass to dinner reservations. We stayed 6 nights. The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring Orvieto. The terrace is lovely. Note: there are lots of stairs, furnishings are old-fashioned and spaces are somewhat crowded with decorations and multiple items in the kitchen and cupboards. The lighting in the main room was difficult making the kitchen area rather dark. The bathroom was crowded and the shower a bit awkward. Overall, a very acceptable, clean and roomy accommodation. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing and relaxing week in Orvieto - and our stay at Terrazza Paradiso was a huge part of it. Rosalba was lovely and very helpful, the historic town is fun and everything is a short walk away, parking was convenient and the house was very comfortable. We took a few day trips to nearby locations and spent the rest of the time exploring Orvieto. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

We loved this house and want to return. The house is beautiful and the terrace is amazing. Our host, Rosalba, was very kind and even left us a bottle of wine. I want to buy the house and be Rosalba’s neighbor. I would strongly recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of historic Orvieto. Carlos and Rosbala were outstanding hosts, friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy and effortless. The apartment was spotless, beautifully appointed, well stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus!. The air conditioning was also a huge bonus during the summer heat.Our favorite feature was the lovely garden patio, where we enjoyed relaxing each morning and night. The location is perfect, with convenient nearby parking and easy access to Orvieto’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. It also makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding countryside, traveling to Florence, Rome or nearby towns. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The interior was spacious and functional. The crown jewel was the rooftop patio. Spent many a morning and sunset enjoying it. We had family staying nearby and hosted a few dinners at our place. It’s fully stocked to support this. I’ve got to alert you on one thing. If you have a car (and we did to accommodate several day trips over a 2 week period), the walk to the parking garage is a hike. Rosalba was extremely helpful.

Samuel, I'm sorry that you found it difficult to get to the parking lot. Ancient towns like Orvieto don't have many parking spaces available, as you know. Anyway, from the elevator, which takes you up to the city wall from the parking lot, it's a 5/6-minute walk in the plain to reach the apartment. It was a pleasure hosting you and your sister in our property and we hope you can come back!

Great stay in beautiful Orvieto

Rosa was a great host, caring and kind. The property was beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect: away from crowds, but a short walk to restaurants, shops, and sights. The rooftop patio was delightful. All in all, a great stay!

We cannot recommend this home enough. Rosalba was an amazing host- welcoming and sending us off warmly, like we were members of the family. The home is in a wonderful location and absolutely beautiful -as is the town. Parking, while a bit away, was easy to navigate and getting back to the home was not an issue. We cannot wait to return again in the future.

Terrazzo Paradiso was exactly as advertised. Host met us upon arrival and was accessible when needed. Perfect location within walking distance to everything Orvieto.

Fantastic rental in Orvieto

We loved this rental in Orvieto! Great location, house was very clean, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the outdoor patio was amazing!! We were really able to relax here and enjoy Orvieto. I highly recommend!

Delightful patio

Orvieto was a charming town and the apartment’s patio allowed us to soak up the sun. The apartment was well stocked and the parking garage was great. Loved my stay in Orvieto.

Beautiful house in the old town of Orvieto, all rooms decorated with taste and attention to detail. Very well equipped and the owners are really helpful and friendly. The roof terrace is great. We stayed 9 days and enjoyed it very much.

Give Terrazza Paradiso at least a 10 day stay

From reservation through our last day, Rosalba was completely on top of all aspects of our visit. This property is a beautiful respite from all the activities and touring around and in Orvieto. Being able to walk throughout Orvieto from Terrazza Paradiso to historic sites and incredible restaurants was such a bonus to this relaxing home. Loved the terrace!

Wonderful stay at a great home

Rosalba was the best and most helpful host we have ever met in all our travels. She repeatedly exceeded all hopes. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very much a home rather than an apartment. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Orvieto. It was perfect!

Lovely apartment

Tarrrazzo paradiso is well named. It’s small but very efficient. Beautifully appointed, excellent roof terrace and comfortable bedrooms. The owner, Rosalba, is friendly, helpful, available but discreet. She made our stay very successful. And Orvieto is an amazing place - full of history, great food and amazing views out to the Umbri hills. We strongly recommend this town and this apartment.

Autumn break

Terrazza Paradiso was perfect. So close to restaurants and shops but away from the main tourist streets. Our host Rosalba was great - helpful and available without being intrusive. Apartment was clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds. Sofas not so comfortable! Spent 2 weeks there with different family members, terrace great for sitting and socialising.

sweet apartment

The host was quite gracious. She gave us a good review of the property and was very available when we had trouble with public parking. The apartment was very well maintained with some nice antiques. It wasn't a big deal, but you asked if the online listing was accurate. It was, except it said ther was a hot tub on the property.
