Real Escapes Properties est heureux d’offrir cette unité de deux étages avec deux chambres à coucher, un bain et demi situé à quelques pas du village, de la jetée et de la plage. Le niveau supérieur comprend la chambre principale avec un lit queen-size, la deuxième chambre avec un lit double et une salle de bain complète. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La demi-bain est directement à côté du hall. Les autres commodités comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi, une machine à laver / sèche-linge et une piscine sur place. Le complexe est situé juste au coin d'un parc public avec une aire de jeux pour enfants, ainsi que des courts de tennis, de basket-ball et de jeu de palets.

Great Location-Great Price-Great Property Overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful vacation rental! So many things to love. The location was perfect for a short bike ride to the pier and shops. The price couldn't be beat. The property had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Very clean property. The pool is about 30 feet away from the front door and it was never busy.A few cons:The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear next door neighbors somewhat. Couldn't get smaller tv in one bedroom to work, but I never inquired, so that could be an easy fix. I never got in the pool, but my girls said the water was always hot. Rental is a bit dated, but that was not a big deal. We loved it overall! Would stay there again and recommend it!!!!

Great location!!

We so enjoyed how convenient it was to everything! Very clean and quiet. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it too looked very clean! Thank you, we had a great trip and hope to come back for a longer stay!

Would book again!

My kids and I stayed at the condo for four days and we would definitely book again. The property was very clean, check in was simple, and it was in close proximity to Mallery Park and the village. The community pool was just steps from our condo and was very well maintained.

The townhouse itself could be really nice if a little bit of maintenance was done and more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately these things are what made the rating lower. Furniture - Comfortable.Fridge - Good size and ice maker worked well.Appliances - Good, working condition.Pool - Fair size. Nothing special about it but it's nice to have.Negatives - When we went to take a shower on the first night, I grabbed the shower curtain to close it and it felt "grimey" and turned my hand black. Very gross. Then we killed 3 different spiders in the bathroom. We also had a lightbulb out in the hallway upstairs. We did call maintenance and they changed the bulb and the curtain. I give them credit for taking care of those but I do think it should have been done BEFORE we arrived. We then had the porch light go out when we were staying there but I didn't bother telling them. Apparently they need to change bulbs more often or use higher quality. The walls of the unit are very thin. We could hear our neighbor snoring through the wall at night. Not something that can be controlled, but it's something I would want to know as a traveler. It is a short drive to the beach and downtown so location is nice.

Great rental, Great Price, Great secure location

We enjoyed the rental. It fit the needs we had for a quick weekend get a way. I was a little worried after reading all of the reviews - I want to say there isn’t any evidence that pets might have stayed in the past. The place was very well stocked with 2 kinds of coffee makers (a k-cup and regular). The only thing that needs attention are all the ceilings fans. They need a very good cleaning. Over all the rental was clean and it will go on the favorite list. One tip I can Share about Saint Simone - please explore the entire island and not just Mallory Street area. There are some wonderful restaurants on the fort side of the island and are not full of tourist.

Very comfortable beds

Very close to village and pier. The townhouse is modern, clean and comfortable. The check in staff staff were friendly and very helpful. I would rent the property again.

A home away from home!

Its large enough for 2-4 people to stay for a month or more comfortably. The upstairs laundry area is a real plus, as is the half bath on the first floor. It is a nice walk into the village/pier area, and we love the central location. It is close to some wonderful restaurants, including the breakfast places we enjoy in the village. It is very pet friendly, with several areas to allow your dogs to relieve themselves. We love to walk on the beach in the mornings with our dogs. We've already booked for an extended stay next winter! Cable and internet are not the most reliable, but this is an issue with the provider!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at St.Simmon Island ...great place we loved all...we are planning to go again...we loved who help us rent i, they are just the BEST... the only thing we were not very happy was with the apartament cleaning aervice. Dirty corners with hair.fans dirty vents areas very dirty . It looks like the apartament needs a big deep clean,back deck needs a care ... After all is a great location and a nice neughboor hood area. Thank you....
