We normally have a min night requirement. These condo's are owned and Managed by Mary's Boon Beach Hotel and Spa and its best if you contact the Hotel then directly for exact prices and availability
The one bedroom condo's are located within the grounds of Mary's Boon Beach Resort is truly unique to St. Maarten and the Caribbean. Conveniently located on Simpson Bay Beach, just South of Princess Juliana Airport and only minutes away from great shopping, restaurants and Casinos.
Mary's Boon Beach Hotel and Spa is a Beach front property and is located on a gorgeous 3 mile stretch of non crowded white sandy beach, with crystal clear turquoise water. The Condo's have a partial limited ocean or garden views and all are very nice and apx 20 steps away away from one of the best white sand beaches in the Caribbean! This very historic St. Maarten Condo-Hotel sits on a magnificent three mile stretch of white sand beach in one the most secluded parts of the island and yet is only minutes away from great shopping, restaurants, casinos and night life. This very private condo at Mary's Boon is that special place that's exactly what you've imagined when you think about a Caribbean holiday experience.
Enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel such as a great restaurant, bar and tropical pool. Our housekeepers take all precautions to ensure your heath and safety to protected from covid19 issues.
