Vous cherchez un puits abordable pour deux chambres près de la plage, nous avons exactement ce que vous recherchez: Bienvenue dans notre nouveau rez-de-chaussée récemment refait à neuf Beach House

Nous offrons un emplacement idéal, pas besoin de transporter vos articles de plage, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la promenade / océan, à seulement 1 minute à pied (ou 10 secondes de course). Porter tous ces articles de plage sera désormais un souvenir à distance et si vous devez revenir en arrière pour cette urgence, il est bon de savoir que tout est faisable.


Il est petit (environ 550 pieds carrés), mais idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes. Pas besoin de forcer votre famille dans une chambre à coucher, pour le même montant de location, vous aurez le luxe d'avoir chacun sa propre chambre privée. Venez profiter de notre maison de plage de 2 chambres récemment refaite, sols carrelés partout, nouvelle cuisine complète mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, télévision par câble avec chaînes premium, Wi-Fi, télévision à écran plat intelligente de 50 pouces dans le salon et chaque chambre a sa propre TV 30 pouces (juste au cas où vous souhaiteriez regarder votre propre émission). Pour l'extérieur, vous avez votre propre espace privé avec barbecue au propane et table de pique-nique. Dix fois mieux que les hôtels / motels locaux ou une chambre existante

Close to beach, easy to get to, clean

Pleasant little cottage, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor seating area and an outside shower as well as an indoor shower in the bathroom. Everything needed for a good stay supplied! Good grocery store a short drive away. The hosts had great communication and were very pleasant.

Great little place

Very clean and cozy. The place is small, so I wouldn't expect to spend a lot of time there if you have more than 2-3 people. Only reason I gave 4 stars was that it was a bit pricey for what is was. I'd get it again if the price was right.

Hi Ryan, We always like to respond to our guests. Communication is always welcome, especially when other guests can read it and make a decision on whether to proceed with renting our beach home. Yes, you are correct, the beach home is small, In fact, we clearly stated that in the description on VRBO: “It small (about 350 sq. ft.), but ideal for a family.” Our intent was to compare it with a standard hotel (which goes for approximately the same price), and yet we believe we offer so much more. Enjoyed our stay..

From start to finish this place met all our needs for my family of 3. With the unit just a minute or so walk from the boardwalk/beach was so covenant. They also have a outside shower to wash off salt/sand was also a plus. Whenever i had a question John would return with an answer in a matter of minutes which was also nice. I was thoroughly please with my visit and will defiantly be coming back in the future!

Fun in Seaside Heights

We went up for a long Memorial Day break and the location was FANTASTIC. Short walk to beach and boardwalk for food and fun. For food we highly recommend walking down past games and rides to Park Seafood. Food and service was excellent. We combined that with some Mac-n-Cheese and Playa bowls each night! Accommodations were clean, comfy and quiet and so close for walking. It is small though. We are big board game players (there were 4 of us) and there really wasn't a good area to sit 4 to a table and set up a board game. Luckily the weather was great so we could sit at outside picnic table for breakfast, but if you had rain, the inside situation mainly allowed for watching TV. If you are wanting boardwalk and beach we highly recommend, but if you are going to need a home base to hang out in for longer periods of time, know that your space-though clean and tech friendly is small. (All rooms had large TV and we were able to log into our Netflix account.)

The cleanest in 50 years of rentals.

My wife and I needed a get-away and my birthday happened to fall on the Memorial Day weekend. I've been visiting Seaside since I was a new-born and continued the tradition with my family and now grandkids. The point is that I've seen quite an assortment of places in my now 66 years of visiting Seaside.Despite reading a very negative review from a few years back, the listing looked terrific and the owners were flexible with dates and length of stay so we decided to take a chance.The owners were up front that this is a 350 square foot ground floor apartment in back of a larger rental. If you come from a 3000 square foot home like we do, 350 square feet feels small no matter what you do. But the place has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, multiple air conditioners and it is very very well supplied witheverything a couple or small family could need on a vacation at the beach. This place was exceptionally well cleaned. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean and of very good quality. There was a small, shared outside seating area and each unit has its own barbecue gas grill. Ours, and the others seemed new and in good working condition.Unlike a reviewer who commented about poor communication amongst other things, my experience was that John was an exceptional communicator who responded quickly and he was helpful and responsive to us. John and his wife are serious, responsive and committed property managers and you can't go wrong renting this, or their other properties.

Don't expect a warm welcome. From anyone.

The unit was adequate, with two small bedrooms and an efficiency kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. We were there on Memorial Day weekend but not for the beach; just looking for a place to stay that wasn't a hotel. The boardwalk was right down the street, with tons of greasy food for the hungry traveler. I was not told that the rental was a back unit behind a big house, and it turns out the house was hosting a bunch of college-age kids who started drinking and partying at 9 am (I can't help but admire their endurance). Street parking was incredibly difficult due to the crowds, and once I had to drive up and down streets for half an hour until I found someone leaving a spot, two blocks away. From start to finish, I couldn't help but feel that none of the locals (including the property owner) liked tourists, and, in fact, were actively hostile. My child got yelled at by a neighbor for trying to walk down the alley to our unit (apparently drunk people tend to go behind houses to pee). Someone called the cops on me over a parking misunderstanding (the cops said it was the second time that owner had called them that day). Because I'd had to sign a long contract that repeatedly insisted the unit was not a party house, I was not expecting to be surrounded by partying. I admit to a certain amount of naivetée. PS: Do NOT misplace a beach badge--no one will give you the benefit of the doubt when it is found under the couch. I was not invited back. To which I say: No problem.

Memorial Day is one of the busiest times in Seaside Heights, which often brings increased foot traffic, limited parking, and more activity throughout the neighborhood. A quiet set back small sanctuary for a single person or group of 4

Everything described on VRBO is accurate. I was in contact with the owners at all times, not that it was needed. They ask for common sense in respect to their home and I appreciated that. I went to this home by myself and it’s small and appropriate. It’s clean and you have everything you need. Just bring your own goodies. They don’t lie when saying the mattress is comfortable. I slept like a baby. The only thing I would suggest, as I went off season. (Mid October) is I did use the TV in the main area and during the day it’s so bright that the screen isn’t visible. I know some would say, why are you watching tv on your vaca) but this trip was the first trip I ever took alone and I like tv. So I hung up a towel to block some of the light. In retrospect if a family stays and for some reason they can’t go out maybe a light blocking blind on the door would be more helpful. All in all it’s was wonderful and I’d like to go back. Actually I can’t wait to go back if they’ll have m.

Great Vacation and Location

We really liked the location being 3 houses from the boardwalk and our Host John Anthony was very helpful and attentive with the whole process. The place was clean when we arrived and clean when we left. Included kitchen ware, pots , pans ect. All appliances were in great shape and all the air conditioners in each room worked great. Nice Flat screened Tv's in each room as well. Included beach passes and a free parking pass. We will certainly be back next summer.

Fun time in Seaside Heights

My husband and I stayed here the last week of July and had a fantastic time. The unit was extremely clean and in a great location to all the fun Seaside Heights has to offer. It's a quick walk to the pier, boardwalk, beach and restaurants. The unit is laid out perfectly and feels bigger than it is. There is also a nice outside area with a grill, picnic table and nice outdoor shower. It had everything we needed for a terrific vacation. Will stay here again when we visit Seaside Heights.

More than promised

Property is even nicer in person than shown in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. The wall to the beach and boardwalk just cannot be beat. I may have missed it during the research process the availability of a private outdoor shower outside our front door was so helpful with a small sand coated child. Hosts were very responsive and kept in touch prior to, upon our arrival and at our checkout. They made it easy and transparent. Will absolutely rent here again.

The location of the house if very convenient. Perfect accommodations for 4 people. The host was helpful and responsive to texts when needed.

Hi Tricia, Thanks for your review, we are sorry you miss reading our description on VRBO. It does state the following, "It small (about 400 sq. ft), but ideal for a family of four". This 2-bedroom, which is very modern, situation in the North end and 5 minute walk to the beach is price perfectly. We would like for you to return and try our larger 2-bedroom that may be more to your liking. Best regards John Anthony
