Perfect Place!

My husband and I have been wanting to travel to Banff and we knew that we didn't want to be in the middle of it all. This was perfect! We loved that we could cook dinner every night, enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking, and sleep in the most comfortable bed! It was nice to enjoy dinner on the balcony, with the mountains in the background. The property was extremely clean and had all of the necessities to be comfortable for a week. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for the area. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place

My husband and I visited Banff National Park and decided to stay in Canmore. I read lots of reviews on the area and fell in love with this place. Very clean, felt at home and great view from fourth floor. Stayed 7 nights and loved all our time in this great town.Thank you!

Canmore Retreat

Our stay in the Raven Suite at Stoneridge was spectacular! The suite was fully equipped with everything one needs and the grounds were very nice. Check in/out was extremely easy and the hosts provided all the necessary information in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Canmore/Banff area.

We finished off our stay in the mountains with 2 nights in beautiful Canmore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property is clean, well appointed and conveniently located. Of particular note, the bed and bedding is SUPER comfortable. Definitely looking foward to staying again.

Clean, well-maintained property. We used the hot tub and pool, and met other nice travelers. This was in the middle of a road trip for us, and we were very happy to have use of the washer and dryer!

Three Great Nights in Canmore

Súper easy check in and instructions. Free garage parking is very convenient and safe. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. No issues at all with the lodging. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommended for the apt itself and the amenities (communal heated pool & hot tub; convenient Black Dog cafe; and nearby eateries).

25th Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful fully appointed suite. Great view of the mountain range. Cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. The hosts’ (Troy and Jayne) hospitality was fantastic and provided timely and clear helpful communications. We really felt welcomed from the beginning and felt appreciated as we left. Our stay was very pleasant and we’d highly recommend Jaybird to others.

Great Home Base for Canadian Rockies Vacation

The Raven Suite was perfect for our vacation. It is located close to Canmore town center and is only a short drive to Banff. The condo was exactly as it was described online. We arrived to a clean and well-equipped temporary home. The owners kept in touch and checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. The local products left for our use were fantastic and appreciated. I highly recommend the Jaybird suites for anyone planning a similar vacation.

Warm and cozy

Lovely and clean property! 2 minute drive from down town. Underground parking was a really nice bonus and is was -20 during our stay. A park pass for Banff was available to us as well which we were able to take advantage of. Overall wonderful stay.

Exceptional property

This is an amazing property. It was clean and well stocked. They even had a Park Pass available to us. The hosts were very responsive. When we arrived we asked our host if they had a blender. They did not, but dropped off a new top of the line blender the next day. This is one of the best VBRO rentals that we have had.

Best anniversary ever

We rented this suite for 3 nights to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was incredible. The suite is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and the owners have quite literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable. Thank you so much Troy, we look forward to returning soon!

My wife and I had planned to stay 4 nights but due to the airline changing our flight we had to cancel 1 night. Troy was super understanding and promptly refunded 1 night stay. The property is great and was a perfect spot to enjoy Canmore & Banff from. I would highly recommend these hosts & this property!

We had a great stay at Troy and Jayne's condo. Looks just like the listing. Check in was simple. Condo was clean. Vaulted ceilings and views of the mountains are what sold us. Nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Amazing Getaway!!!

Everything at this rental is exactly as advertised. Beautiful home with all the comforts of home in convenient location. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub facilities were a must after a day at the slopes. Heated parking garage was a bonus! Easy check in/out process and communication with owners. We would highly recommend!

Perfect!

My daughter and I were completely comfortable at the Raven Suite. We appreciated the clear arrival directions, spotless & safe accommodations and particularly comfortable bed. The space allowed us to spread out and prepare meals. The pool and hot tub, which we used briefly, were lovely too. Naturally we spent most of our time adventuring and it was a pleasure to have a safe space to return to. The hosts were attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. There are many places in walking distance and the town of Canmore is charming.

Canmore in 2 days

I needed a short getaway. Arrived Friday late afternoon and was pleasantly surprised with the property. It was clean and everything laid out perfectly. Directions were perfect and it was easy to get settled. Even the bbq was clean and ready to go. Ill certainly be looking for this same property again the next time im headed to Canmore. Just book it!

This was our second stay with Jayne & Troy. The Raven Suite was great! The location was super convenient to do a bit of shopping, and you have lots of options for restaurants in Canmore. Just hop on the Trans Canada highway and you're in Banff in no time. The unit was super clean, and well appointed, with all you will need to enjoy some meals in the suite if you're tired from hiking all the great trails that are just minutes from the resort--while you take in the amazing views from the living room window!

Excellent View and Location

We loved our stay in Troy and Jayne's place at the Stoneridge Resort. The place was very clean with excellent views. The check-in process was smooth. Loved the well thought complimentary beverages arranged by the hosts. The place is close to Banff National Park and really appreciate the National Park access ticket provided by the hosts. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We were provided with everything needed for cooking including oil and spices. I will definitely highly recommend this place to everyone and we will surely be back.

Very happy.

This is a lovely property. Bright, lovely decor, well laid out and a very comfortable bed. Our only disappointment was the loudness of the Highway traffic. It was difficult to enjoy the balcony. I would definitely rent it again. Thank you.

Our stay here was exceptional! Two tvs outfitted with fire sticks meant there was no lack of programming and movies for down time. It was beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked so cooking was an easy task. Even a slow cooker for days spent on the slopes. Beautiful bathroom. Large tub and separate large shower. A games cupboard, washer dryer and barbecue on the deck rounded out the experience. We’ll definitely book this condo again. 10/10

Canmore GEM!

We stayed at this property for a week and really liked it. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and we really appreciated the in suite laundry. It was great to wash our hiking clothes! Because of Covid we cooked mist of our meals and while there was enough plates and cutlery for us it would have been great to have a little more . The property is close to town and an easy walk to shops. There is a European deli near the building that is great! We love the hiking trails in Canmore and after a good hike appreciated the comforts of this property!

This is the one to choose!

This property goes above and beyond what we expected. The cleanliness was unbelievable. It was the perfect place for us to stay for our vacation. The location is perfect because it isn't loud but is still close to everything. We felt very safe! The view was breathtaking and the entire condo looked and felt as though it had just been built. Everything we would ever need was stocked and ready for us. It was a very tough decision for us to choose where to stay but, we as soon as we walked in, we knew it was the perfect property for us! I don't see how you could find a better property for a great price than this!
