Convenient to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach Attractions. This great house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus a bonus Game Room with additional sleeping space. House easily sleeps 10. Game Room includes Foosball, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard and game table with 6 chairs. Big yard with great outdoor deck with gas grill for summer barbecues. Enjoy tax free shopping at nearby Outlet Shopping Centers. Take a bike ride to Lewes or Rehoboth Beach via the nearby Junction-Breakwater Bike Trail. Master Bedroom: 1 QUEEN bed; Bedroom #2: 1 QUEEN bed; Bedroom #3: TWIN Bunk Bed, and 1 FULL bed; Game Room: 1 TWIN Trundle set. 1 dog allowed with non refundable pet fee. No Smoking. Such a great stay, clean, easy, great location. Had everything we needed. The beds were my only complaint but cant get everything perfect I suppose. We had an awesome time at this house! Would stay again for sure.

Everything was amazing and the family loved it. It would’ve been nice if certain things such as the mattress covers and blankets would’ve been washed and clean. Bath towels, some pillow cases and bed sheets would’ve been nice as well for future guests incase they forget to bring theirs. Otherwise everything was amazing. Will be reserving again in the future!

House was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Had to message owner a couple of times and she responded quickly. Everything was great. Only minor issues. Limited tv channels and lamps on tables in living room and bedrooms would be nice. Other than that, house was perfect. I would rent again.

We really enjoy staying here. It is a great location for when we are there to work & also close enough to downtown. My only complaint is that they need more options for channel selection on the TV.

Great Property

Everything was as expected and there were no issues with the property. The only "complaint" has nothing to do with the property owner or property itself, but rather past guests. There are several nonstick pans at the property for cooking. Metal utensils cannot be used on them because once nonstick is scratched it releases cancer causing toxins and, since this is a place that is pet-friendly, can negatively impact animals when used for cooking (feel free to look up the countless studies of this). I would advise throwing out all nonstick items that are scratched or damaged and warn guests to only use silicone based utensils on nonstick cookware OR get rid of them entirely and switch to Stainless Steel only, for safety.

Beach trip

Great location in quiet neighborhood but close to highway and beach. Check in easy. Exactly as described. A little bit surprised lack of any bathroom rugs for shower etc.. not so bad to bring own linens. Also a little surprised only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a whole house, though they said this would be the case, so fair enough.

Family Vacation

This was our second year in a row using this beach house and it lived up to every expectation! Megan is always extremely responsive. The house is conveniently located near the grocery store and outlets, and is a 10 minute drive to the beach. Check in was smooth as always and the house was very clean upon our arrival. My husband and boys spent lots of time in the game room playing air hockey and fuseball. We even occupied ourselves w/ the Perfection game one night. Our Cavapoodle loved walks in the quiet neighborhood every morning and afternoon. I also enjoyed the sitting area in the back porch. Can't wait for next summer!

Nice Stay

Very nice house, clean and updated. The fenced yard in the pictures is not part of the property, which was a bit disappointing and misleading. Coffee machine and BBQ did not work well. Great location for SATB tournaments. Overall, good rental.

Third stay at this wonderful home, away from home with my husband, our kids and nephew (11, 13 & 14 yr olds). Highlight is always the game room, the well-stocked kitchen and spacious areas. Location is perfect and parking is plentiful. Communication with owner is timely, within checkin and checkout a breeze! Until next time, we left with more fond memories.

Great vacation house for a group

We had a great time with 3 different families with teens. Plenty of room and game room was terrific! Kitchen well equipped for cooking. The floors were a bit dirty/slippery so I recommend bringing house shoes. The location was a quick drive (or easy bike ride) to the town and beach.. thanks so much!

Great location for Lacrosse Tournament at DE Turf

Great property! We enjoyed the air hockey and foosball table and the location. Close enough the DE Turf fields but a fun location in Rehobeth Beach! We did replace the propane tank so would could grill and we used Amazon to restock the foosball’s for the foosball table but it was a small price to pay for the great lodging!!!

we stayed a few days for some shopping and dining in the area- the house is located conveniently close to 1 shopping areas-but is on a main road- you can hear traffic at times but it’s not bad, and you are adjacent to an area to walk with your dog if needed- the keyless entry is the easiest ive ever used- the house has everything u might need for a stay including a start on paper supplies- the game room is great- loved the shuffleboard- the host is very responsive and accommodating- we will definitely stay again when visiting-
